The Atrium Resort is an excellent place to stay. It’s a little outside the resort areas, so either rent a car our use taxis, Luca is excellent +1 (954) 666-3075. Nice pool, beach chairs and umbrellas are set up each day at Sunset Beach, a short walk away. The little store on the property is handy for incidentals and snacks. Gershwin at the front desk is helpful arranging tours and transportation. One thing to remember, this property has some permanent residents, doctors, engineers, civil servants, and others working on the island. They are gracious and friendly, just keep in mind it’s not a hotel. Kitchens are tooled up well, units are clean and comfortable. No housekeeping during your stay, like renting a house at the Outer Banks or Myrtle Beach in the US. In room laundry is handy. Take the negative reviews with a grain of salt. As I mentioned this is partly a vacation resort and partly long term housing for imported workers. If you are looking for a good place to enjoy relaxation, exploration, and meet some charming folks, this is your spot. We will be back

Quiet island with great beaches. All meals along the hot spots wete great. Some include a service fee and some dont. Car rental needed it you plan to explore as there is no public transportation and cabs are pricey for that matter so is food, unless you go all-inclusive that has a premium. We rented a condo at the Atrium as a 3 bedroom about 1600sq ft

Can't say enough good things about this place and their staff. This resort was quiet, peaceful, and relaxing. All guests and staff were friendly. The units are very clean and come with everything you need. 6 minute walk to the best spot on the entire beach! Would, no questions asked, stay here again! Our luggage was delayed from our airline, so a very special thanks to Robert for pulling out all the stops to get us our luggage and for making sure our stay was enjoyable.

Lovely, relaxed accommodation fairly close to Grace Bay but far enough away to be away from the crowds. Lovely pool and very spacious accommodation. Shame the pool bar was closed but other than that I would absolutely recommend The Atrium.

This accommodation idols around ( minutes drive out of the Centre of Grace Bay and it’s located in the Leeward community. Reception and check in is easy and friendly. Parking is provided if you are staying there, mine was an allocated space in an underground car park which was ideal I was allocated a garden level room, I would have preferred an upper level room but no issue. The room was ready early and was huge, this was a superior one bed condo with a large open plan kitchen and living area with a half bathroom. The bedroom was excellent and gave access to the walk in closet and large bathroom with bathtub and shower. The kitchen was well equipped with a welcome pack of dish soap, kitchen roll, dish washer tablet and some tea and coffee, the unit also had a washer and dryer. The patio was nicely furnished with direct access to the pool area which is clean and well maintained. The site has a small convenience store which has some essentials. Overall I think this is excellent accommodation and although the resort was quiet, it was perfect for my stay and I’ll be back

We enjoyed our stay at the Atrium resort. Robert, the manager was very nice and responsive to our requests. It is not a full-scale resort with restaurant and pool bar, etc. but more of a place where people take long-term rentals because they live on the island. It is very quiet and the pool is gorgeous. On several occasions, we were the only ones at the pool! Now, I would suggest having a rental car here as it is in the Leeward community and not near any restaurants, but a 10 minute or less drive to the heat of Grace Bay. They do have a beautiful empty beach only a 2 minute drive or 8 minute walk away and chairs and umbrellas are set up daily. However, most of the time we went to explore the other beaches. Robert had a chair for us,and there was an umbrella in the unit's parking space. A full-time resident was kind enough to lend us another chair to take on our adventures. There is also no maid service here and if you run out of something you have to go to the supermarket and get it. So, what's the attraction? Well, the price is so much less than the other hotels. There is wonderful peace and quiet here and the villa is fully stocked with utensils, pots and a washer and dryer. We could have easily stayed another 10 days. This is not for everyone, but check out the website, prices and amenities and decide if this is for you. We will return! Oh, there is a chef who cooks and caters and who made the most delicious pizza which can be delivered or picked up but cash only. We were sorry we didn't have time to try the pasta and other meals.

I highly recommend this resort as the staff make it worth the stay. Katie and Jacqueline work the reception area and are so very warm and friendly. These two ladies did and excellent job at customer service by going above and beyond each day I left the resort. They always greeted with a smile, every time I called from my room- the phone was answered promptly. The manager was very accommodating with all of our wishes. Def a must stay!

Booked the smallest room as I was staying alone for business. Plenty of Covid precautions. Not too many people. The room was clean. The kitchenette was just enough for me and enabled me to cook a few meals. TV in the main room was only used during breakfast. I will stay here again if there is availability post Covid. Loved the in room washer/dryer.

We had a bit of a mix up upon arrival and Lola at the front desk was SO helpful, going above and beyond and talking to multiple staff and higher ups to resolve the issue the hotel is quiet, has incredible amenities including a full kitchen with pots, pans, stove, toaster oven and dishes and is INCREDIBLY spacious for the price! I can’t recommend this enough for people trying to do a “social distancing” getaway without private rooms and killer views! Thank you again to Lola for saving our trip!

Security staff at the front desk after office hours is useless and quite unfriendly. They do not make any attempt to help, and tell us that we should come before 5 o’clock. The Front Desk staff was diplomatic in saying that they are sold out and don’t have upper floor rooms. On our second day and remaining four days of our stay, many rooms did not seem to have guests. Our ground floor room is certainly spacious and has a patio with easy access to the swimming pool. It has nice furniture. Our one bedroom is clean, has smooth sheets, rough blanket, white towels, pool towels, plenty of chairs and two sofas to sit on. The kitchen has all appliances, table ware and utensils one would need. They provide a starter kit of dish washing supplies including paper towel. There is a half bath in the hallway beside the washer and dryer. The master bathroom has a clean, deep bath tub with a separate shower. They did clean during our stay. Our trash bags were not collected and replaced. On our last morning, housekeeping rang our door bell before the 11:00 a.m. check-out time and checked if we were still there. It has a convenience store but pricey. [The Market at Blue Haven is a short walk, reasonably priced and serves good cooked hot (not spicy) dishes at lunch time. They have croissants, cinnamon roll, paninis, sandwiches, wraps, pizza.] Pre-paying airport transfer at $24 per person each way for two people was only slightly shy of car rental cost for a week. We did have plenty of exercise walking to Blue Haven’s Market and the Salt Restaurant. Service could be much better and friendlier. Currently, we feel like we are on our own with no one to obtain information and assistance from. The Sunday Front Desk staff was not clear in giving directions to Pelican Beach. We eventually found Sunset Beach (see directions below). At the beach, Mr. Ione (unsure of spelling) asked us which resort we’re from. He provides umbrellas and lounge chairs for Atrium guests at no cost. (Of course, we tipped.) None of the Atrium staff informed us about that! I appreciate Atrium’s 718 Queens, New York telephone number though. Directions to Sunset Beach: From Atrium turn left on Governor’s Road. As you approach the roundabout, turn right on Sandpiper’s Lane which bends to the right. Pass that bend and go straight to the unpaved road. At the fork, you will see a Sunset Beach sign pointing to the left. Keep going straight to the beach. Right there on the left you will see Mr. Ione.

Dear Elsa C. L., Thank you for your review. In response to your comments: (1) During your stay, we were sold out of units on upper floors. Please note that while we try our best to accommodate a guest’s request, we do not make any guarantees for floor preferences. In addition, any preferences should be noted in writing on reservations in advance prior to arrival (usually same time as booking is made) in order to avoid the possibility of the request not being accommodated. (2) Please note that daily housekeeping is not included during the stay. Rooms are prepared for arrival and cleaned after departure. Additional housekeeping can be arranged for an additional fee. (3) There is always someone at the front desk during the day to assist with guest questions and activities. (4) Please note that a guest welcome letter is provided to guests at check-in with the room keys, which provides information about the property’s amenities, as well as directions and chair/umbrella setup at the nearby beach access. Maps with directions to Leeward Beach are also available at the front desk. Sincerely, Atrium Management
