DO NOT BOOK!!!! I accidentally booked this property before I realized that the country required vaccinations for Covid. The very next morning (well within 24 hours) I contacted Expedia to cancel. Expedia contacted the hotel. They refused to refund my money. I called the hotel to speak to a manager. He was not available. I then emailed the hotel and the manager finally responded to me telling me he could not refund my money. I tried numerous times after that to contact him again, and he refused to respond. if you are that hard up for somebody’s hard earned money that you are willing to steal it from them, you shouldn’t be in business! I strongly strongly suggest that everyone stays away from this property!

You booked a stay at a discounted/promotional non-refundable rate plan. Proper research and due diligence should have been completed on your end regarding entry requirements for the destination prior to confirming travel plans. In addition, your comments about response time are inaccurate. Management responded to Expedia and to you immediately upon receipt of the emails. A true gem in my opinion. it’s not crowded or touristy like a resort yet it has an absolutely beautiful pool and you are a 10 minute walk from Leeward beach (aka sunset beach), one of the most beautiful and quiet beaches i have every seen. Plus you have a lot of quiet and probably with little apartments/studios with your own kitchen and laundry.

Nice hotel overall. Nice staff especially Robert and DJ. The ground was nice and clean and the apartment well equipped with things needed for your stay. Just a short trip but was enjoyable. Thanks Atrium Resort!

It all started with Manager/Host Robert and his staff Gershwin and Julien. Helpful at every turn. They got us in our room quickly. We stayed in a large 1bedroom Condo. Full kitchen with modern appliances. Living and dining room with breakfast bar. Large King-Sized bed with ensuite (separate bath and showers). Unit also had a powder room by entrance door. Full size Laundry in the Unit. Balcony overlooked the swimming pool. A beautiful Oasis of palm trees and plants. Staff will take you by golf cart to beach where they have chairs and umbrellas awaiting you. You can alternately drive your own car or take a 10 minute walk to beach. I highly recommend this property. Many shops and restaurants are about a 10 minute drive away.

This place is tucked away on the Leeward side of Provo and away from all the busy touristy stuff however, only a short drive away from the centre. The pool is great and the condos are functional with in-suite laundry etc. They have their own section on Sunset beach with an attendant in the morning to set up the chairs and umbrellas. Just be mindful of non resort people using the chairs especially one of the photo shoot companies and their guests. Robert the manager and his team are excellent to deal with, if you book directly with the property you will find it’s way cheaper than Expedia etc.

The Atrium Resort is an excellent place to stay. It’s a little outside the resort areas, so either rent a car our use taxis, Luca is excellent +1 (954) 666-3075. Nice pool, beach chairs and umbrellas are set up each day at Sunset Beach, a short walk away. The little store on the property is handy for incidentals and snacks. Gershwin at the front desk is helpful arranging tours and transportation. One thing to remember, this property has some permanent residents, doctors, engineers, civil servants, and others working on the island. They are gracious and friendly, just keep in mind it’s not a hotel. Kitchens are tooled up well, units are clean and comfortable. No housekeeping during your stay, like renting a house at the Outer Banks or Myrtle Beach in the US. In room laundry is handy. Take the negative reviews with a grain of salt. As I mentioned this is partly a vacation resort and partly long term housing for imported workers. If you are looking for a good place to enjoy relaxation, exploration, and meet some charming folks, this is your spot. We will be back…

Quiet island with great beaches. All meals along the hot spots wete great. Some include a service fee and some dont. Car rental needed it you plan to explore as there is no public transportation and cabs are pricey for that matter so is food, unless you go all-inclusive that has a premium. We rented a condo at the Atrium as a 3 bedroom about 1600sq ft

Can't say enough good things about this place and their staff. This resort was quiet, peaceful, and relaxing. All guests and staff were friendly. The units are very clean and come with everything you need. 6 minute walk to the best spot on the entire beach! Would, no questions asked, stay here again! Our luggage was delayed from our airline, so a very special thanks to Robert for pulling out all the stops to get us our luggage and for making sure our stay was enjoyable.

Lovely, relaxed accommodation fairly close to Grace Bay but far enough away to be away from the crowds. Lovely pool and very spacious accommodation. Shame the pool bar was closed but other than that I would absolutely recommend The Atrium.

This accommodation idols around ( minutes drive out of the Centre of Grace Bay and it’s located in the Leeward community. Reception and check in is easy and friendly. Parking is provided if you are staying there, mine was an allocated space in an underground car park which was ideal I was allocated a garden level room, I would have preferred an upper level room but no issue. The room was ready early and was huge, this was a superior one bed condo with a large open plan kitchen and living area with a half bathroom. The bedroom was excellent and gave access to the walk in closet and large bathroom with bathtub and shower. The kitchen was well equipped with a welcome pack of dish soap, kitchen roll, dish washer tablet and some tea and coffee, the unit also had a washer and dryer. The patio was nicely furnished with direct access to the pool area which is clean and well maintained. The site has a small convenience store which has some essentials. Overall I think this is excellent accommodation and although the resort was quiet, it was perfect for my stay and I’ll be back…
