We stayed here due to the closeness of it to Ebisu Circuit so was a great location but the beds were small, very hard and uncomfortable. also limited power points throughout the room. The Hotel does have a laundry though which was very helpful. make sure to grab a pedestal fan when you exit the elevator onto your floor. the second night we stayed the air con wouldn't work so the fan was very handy for air circulation as the windows barely open

Comfy enough stay while attending Matsuri at Ebisu. Rooms are big enough but are quite dated and showing sings of ware. Very Close to the train station and a 711, free guest WiFi in the lobby but not in room. Great local restaurants down the ally way right next to the hotel.

Was told the air con wouldn't work during the day because of the weather outside. Problem is the window didn't open either. It was about 30° inside. Bathroom was filthy and hair dryer was broken. Not much to do around here which is fine as we were just here for a night wile watching the car races at ebisu circuit. They do provide free washing machine and dryer which I found useful. No wifi or internet services available. If the room was cheap it'd be ok but for $250AUD a night I thought it was a little pricey for what we got.

I took an overseas job working for this company and this this hotel. We stayed at the hotel for a week before we moved Into our own apartments. There are little markets, post office and a 7-11 within a few minutes walk. The train station is less than a 10 min walk where you can travel to the next local town called Fukushima. We liked to do our Christmas shopping there. You can transfer in Fukushima to the faster bullet train if you wish. The shinkonsen travels at over 300km and hour and can take you from one end of Japan to the other. Buy your Japan rail pass in Canada before you leave...have it stamped in Tokyo when u arrive....then the pass in unlimited for the specific time you chose. It can't be stamped once over I. Japan so keep that in mind. This hotel employs foreigners to works the front deal so if you don t speak Japanese this should help you out. When I worked there ...there was a bar Downtairs and a smaller cafe or coffee shop upstairs. The rooms are a decent size with awesome beds and bedding. Very comfy. I'd stay here again in the future. It was more expensive than we are use to in North America but then again we are talking about a hotel in Japan so that is to be expected right?
