Quite charming little place in the center of Fažana. Extremely welcoming nd courteous staff.. Room was clean and nicely furnished including all the bathroom amenities. Definitely recommended especially if you enjoy historical buildings.
Hotel owned by of the most respected Austrian chain. Location great ,Unfortunately during our stay they never cleaned the room. After three days and a new complain with the Manager nothing happened. With the standard of this generally good hotel this behaviour is not up to the price.
This is an absolutely lovely boutique hotel, the best one I have stayed in during my 30 years of trips to Croatia. We stayed in the superior sea view room, which would be perfect for a couple and fine for a family (although a bit cramped if your family includes two strapping teen boys). There is an extra half bath, which was very helpful. The WiFi was good and there was air conditioning. The location is in the center with incredible sunset views from the window and loads of ambiance drifting up through the windows. However, you can shutter it out of you need quiet sleeping. Parking is close and on flat ground, although you do have to climb a minimum of 1 flight of stairs to get to your room. If you need help with your luggage, they are happy to provide it. The breakfast was ample and delicious. The coffee is outstanding. Best of all was the incredible service. The staff are incredibly kind, genteel, accommodating, and professional. This was the best hospitality I have ever experienced in Croatia. I would say this place is a good deal considering the quality of services.…
Phenomenal location in a phenomenal town and with phenomenal service. I could write some more superlatives, because we (family with a small baby) didnt have any objections, but i will just mention probably the best breakfast that i ever had. Oh, and did i mention the entire staff was great; helpful and very polite? We will most definitely visit again.
This hotel was charming and spotlessly clean. It is in a super location. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and the breakfast was fabulous.we would thoroughly recommend this hotel especially to couples
We are so happy because we choose this hotel. Rooms are very clean, breakfast is delicious with traditional specialitets, stuff are great, position is perfect and I know that we will choose this hotel next time.
Really nice hotel on top location on seafront. Beautiful roomview to square, church and sea. Polite stuff and excellent breakfast. They also offer small wellness with sauna, jacuzzi and massage on request. Recommend.
We stopped only to have a drink with friends and then stayed for a few hours enjoying the peaceful outdoor seating, next to the church and away from crowd at the seaside (although we could look at the sea). We were lucky that there was a music performance in the church at the time, the doors were open, so some classical music came as a bonus. This was at high season. During low season, it is surely even more quiet. The service was quick and friendly, they had a fair choice of local drinks and also some cocktails.
This is a wonderful hotel, one of the best we have ever stayed at. The room is charming, clean and comfortable, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the location could not be better. Breakfast is truly excellent -- fresh and delicious. Overall, a highly recommended hotel.
Our first visit to Croatia and we stumbled upon a quaint, historic hotel right in the heart of the old town. Perfect location, close to restaurants, bars, beach and harbour. It is right next to a 15th Century church which is still in use, on the edge of the town square which is a pedestrianised area. The hotel staff use a golf buggy to assist guests transferring luggage from the barrier to the hotel but it is only a short distance. There is also a complimentary drink on arrival, which is a lovely gesture and much appreciated. Our room was quite small, but when we booked it was all that was available, however there are more luxurious suites/rooms as well. Despite this the room was clean with a good view and air con. No balcony for drying swim wear, but there weren't any balconies on this or any other hotel as far as we could tell. The hair dryer left a lot to be desired so if you need to dry your hair make sure you take your own. Tea and coffee making facilities would have been nice but as breakfast was included it wasn't a problem. The breakfast was fresh and plentiful and served on the terrace in the sunshine. Couldn't ask for a nicer setting, what a fabulous way to start the day! All of the staff we met were very friendly and helpful. We'd highly recommend this hotel.…
