Our family of 4 stayed here for about a week in August 2023. The hotel is well located across from the ferry to Lixouri and a short walk from Argostoli town center. The hotel rooms are apartment like suites which are fully and thoughtfully equipped including extras like first aid kits and ironing boards. The lady who works at the front desk is a gem - so thoughtful and so helpful. She went above and beyond for our family and we really appreciated her efforts. The only downside is parking which is pretty terrible in Argostoli in summer, sometimes you have to circle around for 30 minutes to find a spot. We would stay here again in a second!

From the moment you arrive Athina makes sure that you have everything you need. She shares her mobile number and is able to assist with suggestions of where to visit and when as well as suggestions on where to eat. As well as assisting us with details for booking a boat.
The apartment itself was a large, modern, very clean and very comfortable with great Wi-Fi and air conditioning. There were lovely welcoming touches and clean beach towels every day. There is free car parking directly opposite which does get busy but we didn’t have an issue with finding a space.
The apartment is close to restaurants and shops but it still very quiet. The ferry to Lixouri is just close by and really east to use and a great way to get to that part of the island.
Our flight home was delayed by a day and Athina was so helpful.

The suite was amazing! We stayed there for 3 nights and we loved it! Had all we needed!
Very clean and everything was brand new with every little detail designed to make our stay even more perfect! The location was excellent (just opposite the port of Argostoli and a few steps from the main square)! It has a small market right below that we could shop for snacks etc.
It’s also has a free public parking lot opposite that was very convenient for us since we had a car.
The host Athina was very helpful with everything

We stayed at the suites in July 2022 and it was more than perfect !!! ! Athena ( manager ) greeted us upon our arrival and was amazing. She was available for restaurant suggestions, places/beaches to visit and any other requests. The suite was beautiful , clean and spacious . With cleaning service every day. The location was perfect , a two minute walk to the « platia « with many restaurants, bars and coffee shops . We were originally concerned about the noise level since it is located. on a main road however the area is very quiet and beautiful . Would recommend the twelve suites to everyone !!!

We have just returned from a 3 centre holiday to Kefalonia. Our first stop was Argostoli for a 3 night stay and The Twelve Suites certainly didn’t disappoint. Great check in and lots of advice on where to visit and recommendations for restaurants etc.
The 2 bedroom suite was beautiful , clean and so spacious. Everything was absolutely spotless. Lovely welcome hamper and fresh fruit. Cleaning service every day. Nothing was too much trouble. The location was perfect with many restaurants, bars and coffee shops just on the doorstep and within easy walking distance. Free parking available just opposite the apartments. We would certainly recommend The Twelve Suites and would stay there again. We’ve already recommended it to lots of people.
The photos on the website look beautiful but it’s even better in real life….its a credit to you all and the hard work that you’ve put into it to get it to this standard. Best apartments we’ve stayed in.

Large & spacious apartment hotel. Very comfortable beds and great view of the harbour. Great location to dining, shopping and boat trips.

We have just left our holiday at the amazing Twelve Suites collection in Argostoli. Beautiful , clean and spacious apartments with a lot of attention to detail. Apartments are close to shops and restaurants and has great views of a bustling port.
Athena , who overlooks the concierge was amazing and attentive. Nothing was a problem.
I would not hesitate to recommend Twelve Suites collection to family and friends.

Wonderfully designed with great service. Fabulous location right on the coast. Uninterrupted views. A short walk from local tavernas bars and supermarkets. We definitely wanna stay there each time we visit the beautiful island of Kefalonia!

This place is just stunning, loved our stay here, although only three nights Athina made everything seemless. Wonderful apartment with great views over the water, watching the ferry and boats, spotlessly clean, so comfortable and the bonus of a great welcome hamper - need I go on. We will definitely be back not only to the lovely Kefalonia but to the stunning Twelve Suites.
