Got back from this hotel Friday, spent 6 days and maybe got WiFi for 2 of those. My main bugbear is on checkout at 11, which is understandable, but not being able to use the pool after that, we weren't being picked up till 3, .so I asked the manager and was told categorically, the children had to be out of the pool by 11. We have been all over the world and this is the FIRSTt time I have been told we couldn't use the facilities after checkout,

Nice and clean rooms, friendly staff, good breakfast, spacious rooms. The only poor thing is the wifi, very very bad signal, something you don't expect anymore in 2019; hope this can be improved, then it will be the ideal place to stay.

Review collected in partnership with Accorhotels.com
Although the room was relatively clean, there was a massive urine stain on the sofa bed, the toilet was in a different part from the bathtub and shower which I found rather strange, on our arrival the staff were not the most welcoming, and being British they’re English was shocking they did not understand a word we were saying and also we never understood what they were saying. On our third night we were woken up to a loud noise at 5 in the morning, which we ignored for a while although it got louder so we opened the door to find our was was happening, people were rushing out the fire exit and gathered at the main entrance, 3 fire engines, a police car, an ambulance and an hour later we were aloud to go back to our rooms although no one was informed about what had happened and why the fire alarm had went off in the first place. Although the hotel was placed in a great location for Disney and they had a shuttle to take us there they claimed was “free”, we were charged €2 each. Will not be rushing back.

Stayed here with my partner for Disneyland, being foreign the staff at reception answered my 5000 questions happily and gave all the answers needed! Room was clean and very cool for the price, aircon was amazing. Free shuttle bus to Disneyland everyday every 10 - 30 mins meant getting to and from the park was easy and cheap. The main shopping centre was a 5 min walk with a beautiful desert shop on the way. 100% would recommend to anyone wondering

A friend and I stayed here as part of our trip to Disneyland Paris. We were welcomed by very friendly staff who made our stay as comfortable as possible. Our room was fully stocked with everything we needed- towels, hairdryer, toiletries, crockery, cutlery, TV and toaster. The hotel itself is very close to Disneyland (5-10 minute walk) however there is also a free shuttle bus- not that there was enough space on the bus once it had stopped at the previous two hotels before ours. We were also very surprised by the amount of restaurants open nearby until 11pm every day! The Sea Life centre is well worth a visit as is the shopping centre. The Val d'Europe train station is a bit of a trek but is easy to find and use to get into Paris itself. Only drawback really is the lack of cleaning supplies in our apartment- no brush or cleaning sprays available- just washing up liquid and cloths to wash dishes, so without a daily cleaning service our room was more difficult to keep clean and tidy during our stay. Overall would stay again in the future.
