Stayed here the one night for early morning flight next day! Excellent proximity only 2 miles , very close! Friendly hosts, complimentary drink on arrival too! Located close in town of ardeiser so there's a good pub there! Good breakfast too very tasty! However the room is quite small and cramp. You have to share the family bathroom too, which... More

I had a very nice time at this B&B. The room was big, clean and tidy. The toilet is shared but clean. Zoe is very sweet and makes you feel at home. The room is very quiet and just a minute from the sea. Nice breakfast.

We had an excellent time we spent in Moray's bed and breakfast because of the warmth by Zoey and Adrian . Starting from the lovely homely decor to the special hot breakfast . We felt at home . Best part of our trip with such lovely people. They took care of the smallest things and also dropped us off to... More

The sign on the front gate says it all. A small house with a big welcome. On arrival we were warmly greeted with a welcome drink of our choice and we settled in for a good chat prior to finding dinner at the local pub. Our room was compact, but clean and comfortable. Our breakfast needs were generously provided for.... More

Great little bed & breakfast around 20 minutes car journey from Inverness centre. We stayed there for two nights (31st dec & 1st jan). Zoe & Adrian were very welcoming and friendly, Zoe kindly gave us a lift into Inverness on New Years Eve to save us money on a taxi. Breakfast was lovely! Bed was very comfortable & we... More

What a wonderful experience with Zoe and Adrian! Wonderful hosts that have now turned into friends. Not far from Inverness this little BnB is in a quiet seaside neighborhood with a few restaurants (including the best one I experienced in Scotland). The host are wonderful and the shower and rooms were extremely clean. The breakfast was great and make sure... More

I stayed here for a night with a friend on a short driving holiday around the Scottish Highlands. A very warm welcome was received from Adrian when we arrived and we were instantly made to feel at home. He recommended us a local pub for food, told us where the cash machines were and even offered us a beer after... More

The fact that this B & B is not in a larger town but in a little village is part of its appeal. The owners went out of their way to help. The breakfast was faultless. Thoroughly enjoyed our second stay.

This was a lovely b&b and the hosts were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast in the morning was lovely and was nice fresh fruit on the table in the morning. The room was clean tidy and brought fresh milk up for tea and coffee.

We stayed here as it came up on late rooms, we were using it as a bed only and didnt want to spend much. Well the saying you get what you pay for is right. We got a ex council house with a average size bedroom with 2 cheap single beds, then the third bed for our son was a... More
