Our 18th Century farmhouse is set in 7 acres of private garden with a swimming pool - all available for guests. We have 3 self catering holiday cottages: Joséphine - 3 bedroom/2 bathroom cottage - sleeps 6. Isabelle - 3 bedroom/2 bathroom cottage - sleeps 6. Amélie - 2 bedroom/1 bathroom cottage - sleeps 4. Each cottage is clean, stylish and comfortable with beautiful views over the gardens and fields. We are close to small historic towns, vibrant with restaurants and attractions. Having fallen in love with this area of the Dordogne (Perigord) we moved from London to fulfil a dream. The cottages have been newly renovated for the 2017 and 2018 seasons.

Stayed here for a week in July as a special birthday present from my family and boy did this place make it special.
The gites are all lovely ,clean and well equipped. The gardens/land around the accommodation is beautiful and there are a couple of nice walks in the grounds.
Eymet is a 10 minute drive away but dontvexoect to see many cars on the way there as the area is incredibly peaceful. A really great place to relax beside the excellent pool which is cleaned daily.
Andy and Neil are superb hosts and genuinely nice guys who will help with any questions and as they are the local djs ,know the area really well.. they recommended an excellent trip with bergerac wine tours and also a visit to a local chateau and labyrinth which was great for the kids in our party.

You will not regret booking this brilliant hideaway,it simply ticks all the boxes.

Beautiful rural countryside, surrounded by vineyards & sunflowers. Short distance from village of Eymet with plenty of lovely restaurants & bars. The cottages are impeccable; tastefully decorated, with everything you need. All within lovely wide open grounds, complete with hammocks BBQs, a lovely pool & barn with activities for kids. A great base to explore further afield. Owners Neil & Andy were possibly the best hosts we’ve ever experienced; like visiting & relaxing with great friends (who have a great house). Cannot recommend highly enough & hopeful we’ll return again.

What a beautiful piece of paradise The Cottages de Garrigue are. We hired all 3 stunning cottages for a family trip. The cottages are so big and spacious with gorgeous interior design and have everything you could need on a self-catering holiday. The barn with table tennis and darts, along with bikes, petanque and other toys was a huge hit and some welcome cover from the heat. The pool was just fabulous with plenty of sunbeds, umbrellas, chairs, shady spots and pool toys. The hammocks dotted about were fantastic. Hosts Andy and Neil are just lovely, nothing was too much trouble and they were great to have a chat with. We had such a fantastic holiday, albeit 3 years late (everything booked pre Covid) and would highly recommend the cottages.

The cottages were fantastic. We'll stocked with everything you could need.
Andy and Neil were wonderful hosts and very knowledgeable of the area and suggested some great trips out.
The pool was clean and a great size for games and a gentle swim.
Plenty of pool side furniture.
The local town in Eymet had some great restaurants....but avoid Paco!!! Especially on a Tuesday!
The cakes in the patisserie are well worth a try.
All in all we gad a fantastic week.

I returned this time to stay in the newly finished two bedroom cottage and LOVED IT = just perfect. As before, the house & grounds are beautiful and the hosts a joy. Their taste and attention to detail really is in another league to the standard fayre.

This new cottage itself is a very generous space and the rear lounge with UK TV channels and a comfy sofa were really appreciated after my lengthy motorbike travels :-) as was the huge double bed. Highly recommended :-)

We have just returned from a fabulous 7 day stay at Cottages de Garrige and can’t stop taking about our holiday!

Our 2 bedroom accommodation was gorgeous. Andy and Neil have thought of everything you would need during your stay and made sure it’s well equipped, modern and decorated to such a high standard.

The gardens were stunning and well used for the impromptu game of boules and football to relaxed reading in the hammocks.

The pool, well what can I say! The pool was a real hit not only for ourselves but our 5yr old daughter. It was always immaculate and so welcoming at anytime of the day. It was always a good temperature as well.
The deck area around the pool, and sun loungers just made it even more relaxing.

Andy and Neil are fantastic hosts, they make you feel so welcome and at home. They have some great tips and recommendations for things to do and would always be checking that everything was OK and if we needed anything, without being intrusive. We loved getting their recommendations and hints and tips whether it was over a morning coffee or even a glass of wine.

We highly recommend Cottages De Garrigue and can not wait until we return, which we certainly will be!!

We stayed for three nights (May 18) with Andy and Neil at Cottages de Garrigue. Our entire experience was truly fantastic. As hosts they could not have been more attentive yet at the same time never intrusive - fabulous fellas and we couldn’t have asked for more. The Gite was beautifully arranged; a spotless kitchen, lounge, bedrooms and bathrooms were fabulous and catered for the very tiniest of needs. A delightful, clean pool was perfect after hot days exploring too!
We have rarely ever quite felt so welcome by both the hosts and Rex the gentle Moroccan dog. Can’t recommend highly enough and already looking at next years’ flights and the chance to stay again before it books out.

I had the most wonderful stay at this stunning place, and think I have left a little piece of my heart in France.
The accommodation, setting and atmosphere was exactly what I wanted from my break.
The gites have been beautifully restored but are modern and comfortable at the same time, and everything you could need is provided. High end bedding and lovely products always get a big tick from me.
The location is perfect; tranquil and away from the noise of modern life, but a very short distance from the lovely Eymet if you want restaurants and shops (plenty to chose from).
The garden is beautiful, and the pool area is a little sun trap if you want to lounge around and relax.
The welcome we received from Andy and Neil was wonderful, and there were some lovely treats in the fridge to get us into the French spirit! Andy and Neil are there if you want company (and I would strongly advise that you get to know them, they’re fab), but are discreet enough to leave you to relax and do your own thing; perfect hosts!

Overall I highly rate Cottages De Garrigue, and will undoubtedly return on an annual basis; it is the most perfect spot to unwind.

I'm sitting on a train going from Richmond to Waterloo wishing I was back in France. Our cottage was gorgeous and spotlessly clean with a fabulous bathroom, kitchen and great lounge area. The bed was also very comfortable: very important. The view from our gite was perfect.

The fabulous owners have managed to upgrade the property in keeping with the original building with lovely exposed brick and beautiful floors. You can sense the renovation has been a labour of love and a lot of hard work. No quick fix here.

On a practical note, the trip from the airport was easy through gorgeous countryside.

The owners are so welcoming and even had a supply of shampoo when I ran out! And, almost forgot the pool! Again spotless and secluded but only a few steps from our cottage.

Final point- the local village is beautiful with a fabulous market and a great selection of places to eat.

Steve and I will definitely be going back to Cottages de Garrigue.

Jeanette
