If you find yourself in Pucallpa, Los Gavilanes is a great place to stay. I have to say their best asset is their service, all the employees go the extra mile to make sure that you are happy and satisfied. In the restaurant, Gilberto was so good and patient with all of us and with large orders. The food at...

We had a very nice experience at this hotel. We stayed in a bungalow with a little porshe. The restaurant is a good option if want to enjoy the pool and receive your friends (as we did). The staff was always pending on our needs. Finally the price was really good for the service they offfer.

Though Los Gavilanes is a nice place to stay, overall, the surroundings are quite dangerous, especially at night. Do not even dare to walk outside the hotel when it gets dark. A friend of mine was waiting for a moto-taxi on the corner, a few steps from Los Gavilanes, and she was robbed of her computer by two men passing...

This is the second time we're here. First time we visited ,we had a room without balcony ,and placed under the washingroom. If you're affected of noise not so good. This time we asked for balcony, it doesn't cost extra. Don't get everything on the check and pay afterwards, they are not so well-organized to know what you've been taking...

Los Gavilanes is an oasis in the Ucayali..The food is delicious and the service is excellent..I found the staff friendly and very helpful, the rooms are clean and there is nothing like a cool swim in the pool during the hot amazonian afternoons..Free airport pick up and drop off is also very punctual and I certainly can recommend Los Gavilanes...

Hotel Gavilanes is one of the friendliest, most accommodating and welcoming places that I've found throughout all of Peru. The staff is experienced and highly trained, and always ready to assist you with any questions you might have. The hotel itself is beautiful and cozy, and the rooms are air conditioned and comfortable. Most of the rooms come with a...

We have returned several times to this hotel and this time around were disappointed by the higher prices with worse service. We had an ant invasion in the bathroom and hours later someone came to "confirm" it but not clean it.

I don't have a lot to compare it to because this is the only hotel I staid at in Pucallpa. It was clean and the staff were nice. It was away from the business of the main city which I liked. I'd stay here again.
