I stayed at this huge hotel for two nights in March for a work event. Check-in was a breeze. The room was spacious and well-appointed. The bathroom was a nice size and the shower was large. One issue with the shower is the water barely comes out of the shower head. They must have a flow regulator on it. This...

Stayed at this hotel one night for a conference, got a conference rate, but still felt like it was overpriced. The room included two double beds, though I had requested a king. The room had a "balcony" which overlooked an indoor courtyard which created a lot of echoing noises- and there was a loud music party which went on until...

Beautiful town. Was here for a convention and stayed one night. Nice hotel. I loved the atrium. Cant say anything bad. Everything I saw and experienced were first class; except room service was just ok.

The hotel is very nice, great location. The rooms was clean. A number of things need some work. The beds were incredibly uncomfortable! The linens were fine, the room on was quiet, and the were plenty of different kinds of pillows. The heat was on when we arrived, but a quick calls to maintaince fixed that very quickly. The restaurants...

This is the 3rd time I have stayed here for business conventions. This time I was coming off leg surgery and freshly out of a cast. I didn't ask for a handicapped room, but started thinking after a false fire alarm at 2 a.m., where are the handicapped rooms located? I was told the first floor, but there is no...

We stayed over Easter weekend, not knowing there was a volleyball tournament at the convention center, but that didn't bother us, except for a few times. The atrium and lobby are gorgeous. The room was very clean and we liked the bathroom. My only complaint about the room was that I was expecting a small refrigerator. Maybe the upgraded rooms...

Dear loey6, Thank you for sharing your feedback from your stay. We appreciate your kind words about the aesthetics of our facility, and the cleanliness of our rooms. It means a lot to hear that we are doing a great job but; we can always do better. Observations surrounding our coffee shop and the long lines have been documented, and...

The hotel is grand, opulent, and in a good location on the water. However, the same thing that makes it spectacular--its size--becomes a nuisance during the stay. The situation in front of the hotel with valet parking is chaotic, despite their best efforts to control. Long waits for elevators, long lines for coffee, and long walks to get anywhere. Many...

The hotel is very nice. I stayed on the side closest to the convention center. It was probably 1/8 mile walk from the elevator to my room but that wasn't terrible. I was there during a cheerleading convention so the hallways got to be quite loud as i was trying to sleep. All in all a nice place to stay....

We were there for 3 days for a volleyball tournament. Rooms were very clean. My limited interaction with the staff was positive. Proximity to convention center can't get any closer (attached). There are several restaurants to choose from but their options for a reasonably priced breakfast and lunch are limited. We paid $10 for a pre made chicken salad sandwich...

Had a great time at this hotel, but I didn't give this resort 5 stars because of a few nuances. We were there for a volleyball tournament this weekend. The hotel website states they have over 2000 guest rooms, yet they didn't have enough elevators to handle the flow of people going up from the atrium or lobby up to...
