We booked three nights and had to leave after the first one due to the lying description and dishonesty of the management 1. the first description we saw specified that there would be aircon in the apartment. We hesitated with a cheaper option and specifically took this one because there was this extra facility. Once we arrived we saw the aircon but were told it just broke (and would not be repaired, even though we requested to ask for someone to fix it). When we notified the host told us it was never in the description. When we crossed checked it was not anymore included. Seems like the host updated it to make the change 2. We saw 2 cockroaches in the apartment. One on the bed the other one in the kitchen.  We were told by the host that they were probably geckos and if they were cockroaches they are just part of the fauna (!). Come to this place if you want to enjoy the fauna (cockroaches) and to be told you mistake an ant for a rhino 3. The towels we were given had suspicious brown stains on them (!). Not changed even though placed in evidence outside 4. The wifi is said to be available in all spaces- it barely reached our apartment. Optic fiber in the description. Blind fiber in the apartment 5. The water stopped regularly from running. We notified the manager but no action was taken. Shower is cold and not working 6. The manager booked a snorkeling tour for us. The driver came one hour late, and without apologizing drove us to a shady place to rent old and dirty material. The whole thing is neither organized or secure. 7. The kitchen furniture is very old and the kettle was broken. We planned to go groceries shopping but the supermarket is so far we had to take a taxi 8. After mentioning all of the above to the management, the host refused to reimburse the prepaid nights we did not spend at the place It was a very disappointing experience and the host's reaction was even more disappointing. Having a great emplacement doesn’t make you a great host. Hope this will help travelers to avoid this place. Looking forward having either no answer about the above or an angry comment. Having an attitude will not make the place any better.
