Stayed here for 2 nights for a short getaway from Sydney. The rooms are modern, clean and include a TV and an air conditioner. Outside the room were tables and chairs in the front yard which overlooks a beautiful view of the water at Soldier's Point. Food for breakfast (if you cook) is provided in the fridge as part of...

We spent a wonderful 2 days with Sandy and Michael who made us really comfortable. The cheese platter was perfect for lunch when we arrived, and the fridge well stocked for breakfast, which we cooked and ate on the private patio. Sandy provided everything we could have needed with little extras every day. The rooms were spotlessly clean and comfortable...

Wow did we luck out based on previous reviews! My daughter & I spent 3 nites here (could have spent 3 more). We each had our own spacious bedroom w/ comfy bed and spa style bathroom (including jacuzzi tub). Apartment was equipped with everything you could need (and if you needed something else I'm sure Sandy would provide). Stocked refrigerator...

We have just returned from a two-night stay at Port Stephens for our anniversary, and we were privileged to have discovered and stayed at Sandy's At The Point. Every single aspect of our stay, from the cleanliness of the accommodation, quality and variety of produce provided for breakfast and lunch (we must mention the delectable cheese platter!), the convenience and...

This is our second time staying at Sandy’s at the Point. The B&B is immaculately clean and has everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The fridge was well stocked with milk, juice, yoghurts, eggs, bacon, bread, various spreads and fresh fruit. There was also a choice of various teas and coffee. The garden space is very private,...

We stayed here for four nights, on the recommendation of our daughter and son-in-law, and we were not disappointed. Quite the opposite in fact. Sandy and Michael were perfect hosts, making us feel really at home. Our bedroom had a stunning view out over the bay, and the bed was easily the most comfortable I've ever slept in at a...

My partner and I stayed at Sandy's at the point for 2 nights. We couldn't believe the value for money this accommodation provided. It was like staying with family up the coast. The rooms were comfortable, clean and beautifully presented. Breakfast items were carefully chosen and of the highest quality - the little extras make this place second to none....

We have just come back from a beautiful 5 days at Sandy's. Sandy has the place setup wonderfully and her hospitality is very welcoming. Lots to do in the area - fishing, bowling, RAAF museum etc. or just sit on the deck area overlooking the water and relax.

My Husband and I stayed here over the long weekend and boy did we get lucky! Sandy and Michael are the loveliest couple that really do have an amazing gift of hospitality. Best because not only is it a lovely place with nice water views, a lovely terrace, well-appointed rooms and thoughtful goodies and breakfast things in the kitchenette, but because of Sandy herself -- a friendly and thoughtful host who provides information and help almost before you realize you want it. We stayed 2 nights and by the end of it...
