Dolce has some old world charm with very comfortable beds. The good at the Grill Room is good and the golf and hot tub are great. The guests rooms are very large by todays standards and they have been nicely updated. Only improvement would be if they would turn A/C as guests arrive and make sure units are working. Each of our rooms required a little extra help.
The hotel is beautiful and the staff was incredible! I found the golf course renovation invigorating and highly recommend getting in a round or two on the Bay course. Its so nice to stay in a historic hotel with all the amenities of a new resort!
The entire property was beautiful, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. A friend who lives in the area suggested the place for brunch, and when we looked at pictures of the rooms, and saw the price, booking the stay was a no brainer.
Nice place as long as you don’t expect room service or to buy something I left the place starving and pissed off I couldn’t buy my wife a robe I don’t think I would go back for the amount you pay for a room you disservice room service and staff that knows what they are doing
We spent a pleasant afternoon exploring the hotel; checking out the architecture, and admiring the nicely maintained grounds. The entrance staff were very friendly and accommodating. The Lobby Bar is a comfortable retreat for a little relaxing, having a drink and watching the flow of people entering and leaving the facility. All and all, it was a nice introduction to an interesting establishment.
I stayed here for a wedding. The venue was beautiful as were the rooms. Had a wonderful time. Service was impeccable! Would recommend. I definitely will want to come back to also experience the amenities. The wedding took up so much time that I wasn’t able to golf or play tennis!
Relaxing and fun weekend at the resort. Family friendly and wonderful staff. Looking forward to our next trip here. Recommend dinner at Oyster Creek Inn. Disappointed we didn’t see the Jersey Devil :)
This was our first stay at the Seaview Hotel and it was a great experience. This historic, grand hotel blends the old and new seamlessly. Our room was beautiful, well appointed, very comfortable and very clean. The views of the surrounding resort were lovely. All of the staff, from the desk clerks to the restaurant servers to the housekeeping staff, were polite and friendly. I can highly recommend this hotel. We will definitely stay there again.
Service was amazing. The hotel was clean, friendly, welcoming. The grounds were clean and gorgeous. The hallways and rooms were clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay with Wyndham. There are no complaints.
The Seaview was probably a really nice place in its day but now it’s nothing more than a wedding factory. At first glance it appears to be lovely but really, at least on the weekend, the big dining room is a ballroom for weddings and the bar and it’s adjoining room is also for the never ending weddings. We tried to have a drink in the lounge on Friday night, and it was packed with a wedding party. When we first checked in, they put us in a room that was a large king room, but it was so musty that we could not breathe and asked for them to switch our room. They did so promptly and put us in a room that was much better, the air quality was fine in the new room. The manager told us at the first room was a certain room category that we had requested but because it’s an old wing of the hotel, it’s usually quite musty there. I can’t imagine why you would have guests stay in a room that is most often musty and dank. Staff is very nice at this hotel but unfortunately that is not enough for me to want to come back.…
