we walked from the hotel to the village below in about 30 mins, but uphill you may prefer a taxi depending on time of day/fitness. It is abt 2.5klm. no shuttles to my knowledge. There are walks around the top near hotel and variously off the road as you go to village. 3 days here might be a little generous if you dont have activities planned or are not keen on walks/exploring.
