Personally I'm not a big fan of public transportation in Finland. To get to this spa you need to take a train from Helsinki to Turku (1,5 h) and then one or two buses. This is possible, but reserv 4 hours total travel time. You can walk to the village (500-800 m) there are shops and restaurants. The surroundings are nice and you can walk. On the Naantali webpage you can find more info in English.
