If you are visiting Mt Olympus, then this is a great place to stay! Great rooms, huge balconies, a pool, and right on the beach. Food and drink was good, but pricey (a can of Mythos was 5€, but I can get 6 for 4,50€ at the supermarket). Even with that, I would’ve liked to have stayed 1 more night.
It’s pretty good, with a few issues. On the plus side: • it’s very nice looking, well appointed public spaces and rooms • great pool, pool area and poolside bar • the restaurant is a lovely setting • very good breakfast buffet Not so good: • the air conditioning in the rooms is not strong enough to keep up with summer heat. Both of our rooms were genuinely warm and stuffy even when adjusting and running the AC all day and night. • nearly impossible to get a steady temperature in the shower, and agree the design is flawed as water goes all over bathroom. • as a hotel guest, it is annoying to have to bring 10 Euros (cash) deposit to the lobby to get a pool towel. There must be a better way. Overall good, but those issues (especially the room AC) did detract.
I stay for just 2 nights and everything was great. The spa is private and you use it just with your family. The breakfast is very good and the beach is very close from the hotel. Litochoro village is 5 minutes away.
The resort is located in a very beautiful area near Mount Olympus with excellent views of both the mountains and the seaside. Also, the staff is quite friendly. However, there were a couple of things that I found disagreeable. Even though I booked two rooms a month in advance specifically requesting rooms with Mount Olympus views, when I arrived there I was placed in a room in the basement with no view. Another disadvantage is the shower. It did not have a door or curtains and as such water went everywhere. This in turn contributed to a musty mildewy feel in the entire room. Generally, the hotel needs an update in its facilities.
A lovely hotel with friendly and welcoming staff. The hotel facilities (dining room, swimming pool etc.) are functioning 'COVID style' (social distancing, breakfast being served rather than free buffet etc.). Given the circumstances, it's acceptable. A single disadvantage is the room shower, which is rather small, with water splashing everywhere (with no bath curtain or glass door) and the running water in shower switching constantly and un-expectedly from very hot to very cold. One needs to exercise quick 'evacuation jumps' in order not to freeze or get burned…
We had one night stay. It was okay. The restaurant suddenly closed 9pm instead of 10pm. The breakfast buffet was really nice. The staff is very nice but not the most experienced but i think this is due to Corona lockdown. You can't easily put the bill on the room without leaving your creditcard which I find odd. We could not extend our stay 1 night - it would cost 2x the times due to they were 99% booked. We found that very odd that there are only few other guests on the Hotel, so we booked another hotel the next days. The next day we checked on Expedia and had offers with 50% discount. Why is the reception just not honest? Anyway It's their own fault that they did not sell extra nights. But in general a okay hotel but do not expect the best. They try to be very luxurios and VIP but they are really not. But for around 100€ pr night (2 pax) its okay .…
From the outside this looks like a nice resort but a closer view shows it id less than average. the hotel is not right on the beach which isn't appealing anyway. Service wa left much to be desired : when we got to the room there were no towels. No internet connectivity. Breakfast was less than average.
The vacation was really perfect, the place, the food, the people. Everything is clean, the team is professional. If you are visiting Litochoro, you absolutely need to stay there. A special Thank You to Maria, Theodore & the wonderful lifeguard !

Amazing place. Very beautiful, very clean, but the best thing here is the staff, you just feel welcome and there won't be anything you're going to miss. We had an incredible few days at the litohoro Olympus Resort. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful with all our requests. Our room overlooking the water. We enjoyed an excellent tasting menu The Elia restaurant as well delicious meals at the other eateries like Le Moon Luxury Restaurant!
