I stayed at this hotel for a month in January 2013 and re -visited yesterday for dinner. It is owned by Ethiopians. Food same as Quality Hotel but more expensive. Pool and area around it much nicer than Quality Hotel and I saw it being chlorinated. Looked sparkling. Only
