We were very pleased to find this quiet (off season)seaside resort hotel and had a reasonably priced meal the night before sailing back to UK from Bilbao ferryport. A very pleasant walk along the prom to the town centre and we might some day stay two nights to explore the town.
the hotel is in a quiet place just 10 minutes walking to the center of the town, 20 meters close to bazaar beach, has a terrace and parking, the menu is really good and has also saloons for conferences or weddings,the rooms are ok
Nice hotel, well maintained in a style that is a bit old fashioned. I was hesitating between three and four points appreciation. Three for location, staff and atmosphere. Four for the comfort in the room: a very comfortable bed- and bathroom.
After a surly receptionist checked us in we made our way to our room. At first glance not a large room but reasonable size, a good view but only one tea bag. Never mind we’ll cope. However, we went into the bathroom to find excrement on the wall. A walk down to reception and…
We visited for one night on our way to South Spain after getting off ferry at Santander... Easy to get to location. Easy check in. We arrived very late 2300 but able to get drinks. Very accomodating . Lovely rooms.. nice breakfast.
