"This is a very busy site in July and August. Let the staff know what your needs are when you make your reservation. We asked for a quiet site and told them that our tent was quite large. There were only two vacant large pitches when we arrived - both reserved for us so that we would have a choice."
"Choose a pitch away from the river if you want more peace. The terraced pitches in the far corner require long extension leads, have no parking, and little shade, so probably not the best (although if you come prepared they are some of the cheapest and quietest)"
