my partner and I flew to edinburgh where we were picked up by Joe our driver who then delivered us very efficiently to the ben doran hotel. Unfortunately three days later this same driver was upsettingly offensive and rude which cast a shadow over the holiday.Otherwise the tour was very well done. The young people in the dining area were... More

Having visited this hotel twice in the last 5 years. It still offers value for money and is very welcoming,The food is great and the evening entertainment is always spot on even if they have kept the same artistes over the years which goes to show that if you have got something good, dont change it..The head gardener Mr Ian Cleaver keeps... Had a successful tour - Lochs & Islands 5 nights in September. Cannot fault the room or the food or the excellent service provided by the exclusively eastern European staff who work around the clock. They serve breakfast, attend to the rooms, serve dinner and man the bar with good humour and a smile. The entertainment isn't`spectacular but ok however... More

This is a 3 star hotel in a small village with a pub and 2 shops. It is owned by Highland Heritage and used solely for their coach holiday clients, who have en suite rooms over 3 floors and are there on a bed and breakfast and evening meal basis. On arrival the pleasant manager Ruth came onto our coach,... More

Lovely welcome from the staff, all smiling. Old but comfortable beds, very clean rooms. Kettle, tea coffee and biscuits everyday in our rooms. Welcome fruit too. Well trained... More

Just back from a 6 day break with Highland Heritage-get the negatives out of the way first. HH coaches are old 05 and the newest we saw was 56 registration. Our first coach broke down on the 2nd day and was quickly replaced but both could best be described as bone shakers and looked tired plenty of leg room but... More
