This was our third stay at Casa Olea and it will not be out last. Tim and Claire are brilliant hosts and make you feel so at home. The place has the feel of a house party with everyone congregating in the bar before dinner. They are both really patient with guests and clearly want to make sure that you... More

Casa Olea was a late addition to our planned trip through Andalusia - and we were so glad we found it in time! The setting for this little gem is simply gorgeous, and whether by the pool, the restaurant terrace or our balcony, we looked out onto rolling hills of olive groves. Tim and Claire have painstakingly restored this old... More

Tucked away half way between Córdoba and Granada, on an olive farm, Casa Olea is a wonderful place to stay in while exploring Andalusia. It's just about 10-15 minutes from the beautiful town of Priego de Córdoba, where you can find plenty to explore and enjoy. Tim recommended a really nice restaurant for contemporary style tapas in Priego de Córdoba.... More

We have just returned from a week at the wonderful Casa Olea near Priego de Cordoba. This boutique B&B represents an outstanding achievement by Tim & Claire who work tirelessly to look after their constant stream of very appreciative guests. There are six rooms, all of a similar quality and price and we stayed in Membrillo which was spotlessly clean... More

Spent three nights at the beautiful Casa Olea. Tim and Claire have created a true labor of love and it shows in every detail in how they operate their wonderful hotel. The rooms are perfectly appointed, meals are sumptuous (Claire is a wonderful chef) and their combined hospitality is first rate. As an added bonus, Tim offers interesting insight into... More

After visiting the coastal towns of the Costa del Sol and Seville, Casa Olea was a welcome and restful break from the busy tourist areas. Claire and Tim, the owners, are exceptional hosts. Our accommodations were perfect and the food was the best of our whole 2-½ week trip. We relaxed by the pool, hiked to the Moor towers with... More

Nestled in the olive groves of Andalusia, near Priego de Cordoba, in southern Spain, is this special place for the independent traveller. Conveniently located to explore the big cities of Cordova and Granada, exploring the pueblo blanco towns is also easy. Tim and Claire are exceptional hosts. We took their recommendations to make the most of our time. We were... More

My wife and I spent two days/nights at Casa Olea, in the midst of olive groves. We were treated to huge breakfasts and delicious dinners with local produce, to absolute silence at night, to a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, and even a choice of written hiking guides to the nearby hills and villages. What an unexpected treasure this was. We'll... More

We've just spent four days at Casa Olea, and it was just about perfect. I think the building was originally an old farmhouse, it's been lovingly and meticulously converted into a really luxurious, and really beautiful place to stay (the rooms and bathrooms are particularly nice). The breakfast that's included with the room was delicious, and there's an option for... More
