Paradise found. You receive such a warm welcome from Maria, Yannis and the rest of the team at Porto Fiskardo apartments, they cannot do enough for you so friendly and helpful. We stayed in Angelos Zavalata apartment which is road level. An amazing apartment with a spectacular view from the verandas running the length of the building and with an added terrace off from the kitchen which had easy chairs and two comfortable sun loungers. We loved watching the boats and yachts coming and going. A very spacious clean three bedroom apartment with two shower rooms. The kitchen is equipped with all you need and Yannis comes in everyday to empty bins from kitchen and bathrooms. There was ample space in the apartment for six adults. The pool area just a minutes stroll from Zavalata apartments has plenty of sun loungers. ( these were the most comfortable sun loungers we had ever used) sometimes we were the only people around the pool and it was so peaceful and relaxing felt like a spa. Yannis made us his signature mojito cocktail and the lunch menu and food was fresh, delicious and great value. Fiskardo town is a short stroll from the apartments where you find tavernas and shops. You can book boat trips or ferries. Such a beautiful town with the charming colourful Venetian buildings.
We all loved the private jetty and access to the beautiful crystal clear sea from the Zavalata apartments. Great for snorkelling. We saw an octopus and lots of fish. There are sun loungers to soak up the sun too.
Do not hesitate in booking these apartments in a fantastic position. We booked direct with Maria and she made the whole experience easy and was very prompt at replying to E-mails.
We cannot wait to return again.

A return guest and we loved it as much as our first trip in 2018. Maria and George are so welcoming and friendly. The apartment is spotless and has everything you need , very simply furnished with very good shower and beds so comfortable. The pool is perfect , such a chilled communal area with all the other lovely guests , chatting over a beer . The location is perfect to walk into town, less than 5 mins and a beach opposite. We had a car and explores all the wonderful beaches around . I will return . Thank you for such a special time . I so recommend but also want to keep it as my secret place !! Having just returned from a week at the Porto Fiscardo Apartments ,travelling as a family with small children, I can understand why every guest you meet there, is a returning one of many years .
The staff and the accommodation are both faultless. A warm welcome is worth its weight in gold , and this is exactly what we received from Maria and Yiannis. They were present but never obtrusive and on first name terms with all guests. We stayed in apartment number one, with the large terrace and cannot fault the accommodation. Views are spectacular with a relaxing and calm environment. My 4-year-old daughter helped the man who came to harvest the grapes from the vine next to our terrace , rewarded with a fine bunch for our lunch. Prior to arriving , the email correspondence between Georgia and the whole team was amazing , who helped with Covid questions and room information . Excellent – and we will be returning .

We have just returned from a lovely week at Porto Fiskardo. We booked late so were very lucky they had a vacancy. We stayed in apartment no 4, a 1 bedroom apartment with a balcony overlooking the sea. The apartment is sufficiently well equipped to make a meal, although there are so many lovely restaurants nearby we ate out every night. The apartment was spotlessly clean, bins were emptied daily and towels and bedding changed mid week. There is a table and chairs on the balcony and we loved sitting there on an evening, with a glass of wine watching the yachts sailing in and out.
The pool area was spotless with comfortable loungers. There is a small bar where you can order light lunches and breakfast. The whole premises is very well kept. The staff were all wonderful, friendly and helpful. Maria on reception will recommend restaurants, make reservations, book a taxi etc.
The location is great. A sort walk to the stony beach with wonderfully clear water. Another short walk into the harbour area where there are many lovely restaurants, (Maria will recommend some). We went to Theadoras cocktail bar each evening for a pre dinner drink. Lots of restaurants on the waterfront where you can see the boats. A very buzzy lively area. There are some lovely shops and there is a supermarket nearby where you can get most things.
Although it was our first visit, many others staying at Porto Fiskardo had been previously. Before we left to come home we booked for next year. What better endorsement! We definitely recommend Port Fiskardo, you won’t be disappointed.

From the start I had a good impression due to helpful, courteous and prompt email interaction with Maria and Georgia pre-trip, despite my numerous changes. Then we had a lovely warm welcome from Maria and Yannis on arrival, and a welcome drink by the pool. We stayed in apartment no7. It was spacious with a large seating area inside and a large, shady balcony. It might not have the best view out of all the apartments but it was perfect for us with our two teenagers. Spotlessly clean and cool despite the August heat. Maria is so lovely and helpful and really makes the place the relaxed, friendly, well organised establishment that it is. Perfectly located just a few minutes from the bustling harbour. Nearby beaches - we found Foki not really worth the walk, but Emblisi is spectacular! Crystal clear water, white pebbles, surrounded by rocks and lush green hills. There is a bakery/snack bar and a taverna on the way if you are walking in the midday heat and need a pit stop. Fikardo is beautiful, the whole area is, and these apartments are really the icing on the cake....We had a lovely stay and are already talking about returning!

As a family we first visited the island seven years ago and have never looked back. We were disappointed when covid hit and we were unable to visit. After two years we are back! Staying at Porto Fiscardo is our third time , the apartment has everything you need it’s clean, tidy and best of all has outstanding and very impressive views. The pool has the best sun beds to relax on and you are provided with pool towels. If you don’t feel like eating in your apartment the pool bar offers a varied menu from wraps, toasties (which were a big hit with us) salads and much more. From the airport we have always hired a car as we sometimes like to explore the island, but if you want nothing more than to relax by the pool you can grab a taxi from the airport which will cost around €80-85 each way. The beach just a stones throw away and offers paddle boarding, which our two girls loved. The bars, restaurants and shops are just a few minutes walk away where you can enjoy a cocktail or two or dinner overlooking the bustling harbour watching the small fishing boats and private yachts coming in and out or basically watching the world go by. Maria and team offer an outstanding and a personal service and nothing is never too much trouble. We are made to feel welcome every time we return and it’s like a home from home. Our family love these apartments and Fiscardo and we are already looking forward to our next visit. I am definitely missing Maria’s great cocktails around the pool, raspberry mojito and Pina colada are two of my favourites. 😋

Our second family holiday in a row with our three teenage children and we had a wonderfully relaxing and restful time. The location is superb, quietly located just a few minutes' walk from the bustling harbour village of Fiscardo - we enjoyed watching a variety of boats sailing in and out. Maria, Ramzi, Yanni and the team are so welcoming and helpful, always cheerful and smiling, which makes a big difference in helping us relax into our holiday. The pool bar serves delicious food and our kids enjoyed hydrating pre-lunch slushies every day. The pool area is spotlessly clean and generally quiet during the day before guests return from their day trips and congregate for a social happy hour at the bar in the early evening. Apartments are spotlessly cleaned and tidied regularly. There are plenty of great restaurants within walking distance and beaches nearby (the closest being two minutes' walk away). And as for the weather, wall to wall sunshine every day - sheer bliss!

We have just returned from our second visit to Porto Fiscardo / Zavalata … and we can’t wait to go back for a third time. It is the perfect accommodation to enjoy the charm and beauty of Fiscardo … especially the amazing views over the bay both day and night. Maria and her staff can not do enough to make your stay in Fiscardo as enjoyable and relaxed as possible … you are made to feel very much at home from the minute you arrive and nothing is too much trouble until the minute you leave. Fiscardo town is lively in a chilled out kind of way, fun and sophisticated in the Greek kind of way, with a great choice of bars, restaurants and shops surrounding the very impressive marina. Escape to Porto Fiscardo and you certainly won’t regret it !!

My family and I have been lucky enough to stay at this amazing place twice and we cannot recommend it enough.
Maria and Yianni as simply the nicest people who do everything to make sure that you have a great time at this place.
The location of the apartments is amazing with great views, easy onsite parking, easy 5 minute walk to Fiskardo Harbour and the local beach (1 min walk). The rooms have amazing views, ice cold airconditioning, fridge and cooking facilities and are spacious. All of the rooms with amazing balconies or patios overlooking the water.
The pool is modern and clean and looks over the water and it has a bar attached with plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas.
So many if the other guests had been back again and again over the years which tells you everything you need to know about Porto Fiscardo and their staff.
Cannot recommend this place more highly. Just sensational in every way.

Just to answer your question:
Our resort is built on a slope and there are 2 entrances to the property. The bottom entrance has a small gate with steps leading up to the apartments from the main road. This entrance is only accessible by foot. The back entrance is accessible from a private road which runs along the back of the property and is accessible by car as well as by foot. If you have any difficulty in climbing stairs then the back entrance would be more suitable as the slope is more gradual getting down to the apartments.

Hi there, I can only speak for the ground floor apartment in the main block but have to be honest and say it was intermittent. The best signal was outside on the terrace, and in the main bedroom. I slept in the main room itself, and got one bar of signal but if I lost the signal I often had to go outside to pick it up. It was enough to read papers and do emails but you wouldn't use it to download movies. If I needed to do something more than that I would take it into Fiskardo itself and do it at one of the bars.
Hope you enjoy, it's a great place.
