Arrived on Romantic Getaway with partner for 10 night stay all inclusive and we were very disapointed with some of hotel facilities. -all inclusive only till 11pm(does mention on website but not on travel agencies so we werent aware) -extreme use of plastic for all inclusive drinks, only after 11 pm glasses being given to all inclusive drinks -very very bad quality of all inclusive drinks-were sick many times, the only safe drinks is beer(not mythos btw) -drinks are very expensive in hotel, by expensive i mean Ireland expensive: Beer €5.00 ,cocktail €7/€8 spirit and soda similar -the shop dowstairs dont shop, everything is way over priced, go to supermarket better eg prosecco €20.00 for bottle in hotel €7.00 in supermarket. -the rooms are very dated, deffinately not 4 star, the shower is barely working and most times cold water or no water. -the sewage smell around hotel and inside bathrooms is bad -iron is shared between many rooms, and not available in each room(got woken jus passed 9am call from rececption looking for us to bring iron back to them cause we borrowed the night before-not cool as we do enjoy our rests. -only filter coffee available for all inclusive during meal times, otherwise €4.00 for small cup of cappucino -the room does not have any soundproof from the hall-when people passing feels like they are in your room, also do not get a room at the start odlf corridors make sure you are in the end. We were on 3rd floor room and from 6am was sooo noisy with guests walking and later cleaners(which are super loud also) -the food is very standard, to suit all, were very disapointed with quality, had to go out into restaurants and eat most of times and breakfast/lunch & dinner is all buffet style(very rushed from servers to get tables back) -€30.00 charge if you like late checkout until 6pm As from above the whole impression was way overpriced for what was offered, we stayed in corfu before in 2 star hotel and it was better than this. If you are willing to charge customer so much for holiday be ready to provide whats expected. The 2 things i will mention the reason i gave 3 stars instead of 1 is: Your staff are 5* amazing-if it wasnt up to them this holiday would be nightmare, they make you forget the bad by being so helful and friendly: especially Planton, Jerry, Janis, Daniel, And the views are amazing from hotel. -

Dear Elvyra P, your opinion and comments are very important for us, because they enable us to optimize the quality and standards of our services. We appreciate your feedback and we would like to point some very important facts for you and agree with you in some others. Kindly note all Inclusive program starts at 10am and ends at 11pm, a total of 13hrs of Food, Drinks and Snacks within 3 bars and a scenic restaurant. Information you should had before and after your booking. The ‘’All Inclusive’’ program are very clear and detailed given by the hotel to all Tour Operators. Regarding the use of plastic, health and safety regulations do not allowed us to use of any kind of glass near the pools. After 23:00 and only at the main bar the service was and is with glasses. However, this year CNic Paleo ArtNouveau reduces the use of plastic by using eco glasses at the pool bars. We are very glad and happy you mentioned that as we are very concern about the use of plastic and waste management trying to do our best with personal acts to reduce the use of plastic, especially on Corfu Island where the problem seems to be huge. We apologies for any inconvenience caused to you by the quality of the drinks, as we don't hear that many times, we will make sure the quality department check this matter. Please note we don't provide iron services; however, the reception team have 2-3 irons for emergency situations. It's not a service we provide officially. However, we have an external partner (Paleo Laundry) with Laundry and Ironing services. We apologies again if we failed meeting your criteria. In the middle of the summer and in a hotel with 400 guests we can agree that this can be a little noisier from other small boutiques/hotels. CNic Paleo ArtNouveau Hotel is one of the best values for money hotels in the area of Paleokastritsa located on a hill offering spectacular views to its guests. Also, one of the oldest hotels of the area with continuously renovations. Unfortunately, we can’t predict technical problems but we do the best to resolve them as soon as possible. Hopefully we will see you again here with us and change your opinion about our hotel and services. Platon, Jerry, Janis and Daniel say Hello! 😊 Please contact us directly if you need further clarifications at customerservice@cnichotels.com

We booked a weeks stay for our first visit to Paleokastritsa and we will be back. Views are amazing. Staff are great and very friendly. We had a superior bungalow with private pool and it was great, pool itself was a little small and dated but did the job when needing to cool off from lying on your private sun loungers. Must visit La Grotta and must hire a boat to go exploring the many secluded coves and beaches. We booked bed and breakfast, but after seeing the food available we upgraded to all inclusive at a cost of 20 euro pppn. We met some lovely people as a result and would highly recommend a visit here.

Fantastic Hotel beautiful views and sunsets it has floor to ceiling windows 170 degrees round and everything turns orange at sunset. Could be hilly for some and lots of steps but a good work out if you are a Sunbed, drinks, lots of food and sleeping person. The pool on the roof is best suited for adults as quieter and sunbeds comfy. Would like to thank Alex in the dining room speaks perfect English and so helpful happy and nothing to much trouble on the hole the staff are very well trained in customer service would be our place to go every year for a break, this is down to a good management team as all staff look as tough they love working there

We stayed 2nd to 9th October 2019, celebrating my 60th birthday. From the moment we arrived at the top of the drive and were greeted by the lovely Elias (who carried all our suitcases up to our rooms), my three sisters and I were thrilled with our choice of Corfu hotel. Although we'd gone for an 'inland view', we in fact had a view of the sea and the beach we'd travel to by boat on our final day. The rooms were comfortable and clean, though the showers could do with a bit of tlc it didn't matter. The views from the dining room and veranda off the bar were breathtaking, watching the sunsets was stunning. The all-inclusive food was divine - we hated wasting any of it, but felt compelled to try a little of most choices at each sitting as they all looked so delicious! The Head Waiter (sorry didn't get his name!), was extremely accommodating, and always found us a great sea-view table. Georgna behind the desk stood out too, very helpful. And Platon, one of the waiters, was such a joy. Always smiling and helpful. The entertainment was a bit mixed, but as long as people got into the spirit of it, it was fabulous fun. The location was great. Not too busy, many lovely things a short walk-away (including a fab secluded beach with awesome bar), and the bus to Corfu town at the end of the driveway. We also booked a day trip to Albania through reception, which we loved. All-in-all, this is a place I would highly recommend and would certainly return to in future. Thank you to everyone who works there for making our stay so enjoyable. Sandra
