Detailed Reviews
Location location location. Next to the harbour which has a small beach and beachside restaurants, and with a view across the bay this is a quiet and peaceful setting in the wonderful resort of Paleokastritsa. Views back in land are spectacular providing a dramatic backdrop to this pretty coastline. The apartments have sea views and are less than 50 metres from the beach. I swim early and have the bay to myself but it never gets very busy.

After an evening flight my wife and I arrived at the property around midnight, it was very dark, lighting in the area being very limited. we were met after a few minutes by the owner with a flashlight who led us down a narrow passage between other buildings. We were both wondering nervously where we had been accommodated? The apartment seemed rather small but we were very tired so we went to bed saying, oh well lets see how we feel in the morning. we awoke the next day, opened the curtains stepped out onto our veranda and wow!! an uninterrupted view across the bay, we sat out, had breakfast and reflected on this gem of a find .As the week progressed we fell more in love with our lovely little apartment and would have liked to stay longer. The kitchen had everything one need needs for 10 days in the sun. The twin beds were comfortable, linen changed regularly and the room was cleaned every other day. There was a short path and steps down to the harbour beach. To add to this the owner was lovely and very helpful.
Paliocastritsa, is beautiful with a choice of pretty beaches. We seldom visit a holiday destination twice but this may have to be an exception.
If you arrive at night don't be put off by the approach to Napoleon I'm sure you will love it as we did. It's not posh! simple and charming!

We stayed in this block of apartments but ours was called Molos beach apartment- i believe the whole block is owned by one family. We had the most wonderful holiday staying in a ground floor apartment. It was lovely and clean and unusually for Greece the beds were extremely comfortable and the owner could not be more than helpful and friendly than he was. They are located on Alipa port / harbour so can be quite bustly (Paleokastritsa style!!) during the day but lovely and peaceful at night. This was a truly lovely place to stay for those wanting to stay in clean basic accommodation in a wonderful peaceful getaway from it all location. All restaurants and bars are a wonderful stroll from the apartments on a lovely warm balmy corfu night.

We stayed in the top floor apartment A, it had 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, and a kitchen, and 1 long balcony, and another small balcony off the kitchen. Their were lovely views of the harbour (Alipa) . Yes the shower areas in the bathroom were small but pretty much the usual for Greece, we didn't bother with the shower curtain as the floor dried pretty quicky in the heat. The kitchen area was nice and well equipped, the air conditioning in the bedrooms was very good if a little noisy at times. The apartment was nice if a little rough around the edges in places, but for the price we paid it was very good value, and I would stay there again.
Alipa beach is just in front of the apartments, there are sunloungers to use by the path down to the beach.
We got a very good price from the owners, and booked direct with them, and they picked us up at the airport and took us back, all included in the price.
I really enjoyed staying there and would recommend it.
I recommend going to Lakones, and Angelokastro, walking up to both places if you are into walking. Getting the boat taxis to Liapades to the beaches and walking up to the old village. We also went to Cassiopi, it has a lovely pretty harbour. Corfu town is lovely although we didn't visit there this time as we were there at Easter this year.

Stayed here for one night at the start of June. We'd got married in Moraitika on the other side of the island a few days before and wanted a quiet night away from the rest of the family just the two of us.
The apartment was perfect for what we needed. Really close to the beach with a lovely view and very well furnished for Greek self catering.
The balcony had a big wooden table and chairs as well as two more comfortable deckchair type wooden chairs, perfect for a drink early evening. The bed was comfy, room was spacious and the kitchen had all you needed with a mini oven/grill, toastie maker, kettle and a couple of ceramic hobs too. shower and bathroom were adequate,we even had complimentary wine, fruit and toiletries. If I was back in paleokastritsa in future I'd certainly return.

Unfortunately the weather was pretty dreadful for 3 mornings so we could not enjoy the lovely view from the balcony for the whole week. The sunny mornings were really enjoyable with a book and a drink looking over the bay.
Great location and definitely in the best area of Paleo.

Just arrived home from a very happy holiday staying at Napolen Appartments. The rooms are very clean and comfortable and very well equipped for sel catering, all rooms were cleaned every other day with fresh bedding and towels . Nancy the owner was very welcoming when we arrived and was always on hand if you had any questions she very kindly found us a room to use on our last day to shower before flying home. Our room had a perfect view of the harbour and was so close to the beach. We will certainly be staying here again.

Cons: Mattress was hard. There's no reception, staff could be reached by phone (or occasionally when they were doing the cleaning etc). Things went well by calling them, but phone calls can be expensive. Wifi was sometimes slow.
Pros: Good location. Walking distance to a supermarket (ca. 200m) and several beaches. Also popular monastery is near by, we walked there as well. Kitchen was well-equipped. Our studio was cosy and the view to Alipa harbour is great! Sunbeds and shower in the garden were nice.
