KATIA STUDIOS

Stayed for week, end of Sept to Oct, with my partner and had a great chill out break. Beautiful location and this studio apartment was exceptionally clean. Open living space, separate bathroom with small shower area, has a kitchenette and private terrace area, lovely to sit and have breakfast in the morning! Supermarket across the road few meters away and some lovely restaurants along the main road, all happy for you to just sit and have a drink too, (all so different so will do separate reviews). Katia the owner was so kind, she kept the complex so clean and made us feel very welcome. All precautions around Covid where in place at the studios and in all bars/restaurants etc,. Didn't want to come home!!

A gem on the mountain

Ok, where to start??? Words cannot describe how wonderful our stay was. Katia is amazing! She works so hard and puts the personal touch to everything. The apartment was spotless and had everything that was needed and more. Despite being self catering the apartment was cleaned throughout the week with Sanitisers supplied and restocked when required. The studios are set just outside Paleo in a quiet area but don’t let that put you off, its a wonderful walk or short drive to the beaches and coves. Views are breathtaking and plenty of stop offs on the way. There are a selection of tavernas located within a few minutes walk as well as a local supermarket across the road which stocks everything from fresh bread and veg to marmite and lynx. Paradise

First time to Paleokerstritsa and Katia apartments,fantastic value for these cute,spotless studios.Sat on the edge of the resort,with lovely tavernas and a shop close by.A nice walk to the main beaches,with plenty of stop offs.Katia is a delight,works so hard and has gone above and beyond to be helpful,thankyou.

Back again

Back again just love it here. Katia still working so hard every day room and pool spotless. Only one disappointment that flavors was closed but didn't spoil our stay. See you again katia in may. Looking forward to it already.

Wonderful gem

This is my third visit to Katia’s and it didn’t disappoint. I came for a few days alone - and had a wonderful time. The location is perfect and so peaceful. Lots of great walking and exploring, and Katia is always on hand should you need anything. The studios are well located, clean and a definite haven for anyone looking to get away from it. The weather has been really good for this time of year, but I can really recommend a few days here in October to set you up for winter.
