I have to clear up the situation around the Air Conditioning in the first place. There are many reviews about the fact that it is not working or that it is loud. If you use it properly, you can't get such problems at all: the Air Con is working ONLY if you shut the glass balcony doors. And when you shut them, it's impossible to be bothered by the noise of this thing.

Otherwise: excellent views on the sea, very good diving, much to see underwater. The furnishings of the social spaces and the rooms are clean but not new. The quality of the food was average, only occasionally was something really tasty on the table (like lamb meat). There is the possibility of late dinner (if your plane will arrive after the midnight, you will not be starving till the morning) and late check out (to have your room till 6 PM instead of 11 AM for 10 Euro fee). Both is nice and above-standard service.
Small downside is that there is WiFi really only near the reception desk…

Otherwise there is not much to see or to do in the neighborhood. Very busy road in front of the hotel – going by foot to Barbati possible but dangerous. Go with bus (is often late) or lend a car. Because after 1 or 2 days there would be nothing to do here.

Small tip for sporty people: go to the ruin of the old chapel of Archangel on the Corfu-Trail in the mountains. It is just 5km away (above the Spartilas village) and there are mind-blowing views!

So if you have mobility problems Do NOT book this hotel. There are steps and slops that are difficult for an averagely fit person so for someone with issues this hotel is not good.
The pool was clean and sun loungers were always available whatever time we went to the pool. The beach hut and bar were both a bit expensive but the food was plentiful and ok. The beach are was ok Gin plenty of sun loungers but we only went twice as it was on slopes and steps and not good for flip flops but it was a nice area just needed trainers on for safety really which isn't ideal when you want to sunbathe.
There was no option for English food at the buffet so if you don't think you will like Greek food this hotel is not for you as that is all that is served, we ended up buying snacks and drinks from the supermarket as we didn't eat a lot from the buffet. Tea and coffee are only available at breakfast there is not a kettle in the room
The shuttle bus is a good idea to get to the beach but doesn't always come and get you at 2:30pm, we waited for over half hour one day and ended up walking back to the hotel which is not the safest. I'm guessing the bus would have come at 5:30 but we wanted to get back.
The bus stop outside the hotel that takes you to Corfu town or Cassopi is advertised the wrong way round, we had decided to go to Corfu town on our second day and after waiting an hour and a half for the bus we were told Corfu town was to wait on the other side of the road (but to be fair you wouldn't wait as it is like waiting in the middle of the road) We did go to Cassopi (nice place) It is 2 euro 20 and 2 euro just to go one stop. We used the bus to go to ipos but we used the shuttle bus to get to Barbati and got on the bus to Ipsos there as it was safer.(in short Dont go by the times on the timetable, Green buses are a bit unreliable)
We hired a car which was brought to us at the hotel which the hotel staff sorted out for us which was ok if you don't mind driving on the wrong side of the road. (Locals can drive fast and erratically) Thinking about it we would have probably been netter with a quad.
Views were stunning from the hotel room where we stayed but wandering around the hotel not all views were as stunning. (Im assuming it depends who you book with)
Air conditioning was an extra 5 euro a night
Beds were semi comfortable
Take a citranlla candle as were were bitten alive and the wasps were everywhere, there were lots of cats at the hotel

I booked this with TUI and I paid £585 per person including flights from Glasgow. Amazing low price & excellent value for money.
The hotel is small & traditional, no mod cons but it’s charming. Air con is extra and tbh it was so weak it didn’t make any difference so I wouldn’t bother. Keeping the curtains shut through the day kept the room cool enough.
Rooms are small & really dated decor, but spotlessly clean, have a mini fridge & the view from the balcony was absolutely stunning.
The pool area is beautiful & very quiet. Never any trouble getting a lounger. Pool clean and bug free.
Breakfast was great, plenty choice.
Evening meal basic but tasty, salad bar and a meat/fish dish every night. You could struggle if you are veggie.
I thought the bar was pretty expensive, 4 euro for a can of coke but that seems the norm in the corfu.
One afternoon I fancied a cocktail and ordered a margarita, the lady behind the bar didn’t have a clue how to make one and gave me a half pint of tequila with a slice of lime. It was 9 euros so I drank it and slept on a lounger for the rest of day. Stuck to soft drinks after that.
The hotel is in a very remote area. You can’t walk to any bars or restaurants cos the road has no pavement and everyone seems to drive 100mph. We used the complimentary mini bus to Barbati beach most days. Nice stone beach, free loungers and the restaurant down there had a great menu. I recommend going. On the way back the driver would stop at the supermarket for us & I would get some waters etc for the mini fridge in the room.
Got the bus to corfu one day, bit wild having to stand on the main road for it but we survived and enjoyed a look round corfu old town.
I would stay here again if I travelled alone and just wanted a quiet week round the pool with a book but I wouldn’t go with family cos the teenagers were bored & you couldn’t go for a walk anywhere close by.

Hotel is family owned and provides a solid three stars greek standard service. Nautilus hotel is mainly visited by Germans and Dutches.

Rooms are small and basic, they would need some renovations, air conditioning is for an extra charge 5EUR/day/room and if you use it, you or your partner cannot spend the time on the balcony because the air conditioning system puts the hot air directly in the middle of balcony.

Buffet was very tasty, fresh and local, but the selection was rather small but regularly refilled. We like Greek food so we had no problem to eat almost everything and surely, no-one was starving.

Bar works fine, they will provide you as many drinks you want with no bothering like „one glass per time per guest“ if you are on all inclusive program. Bar is also in the beach area which belongs to the hotel. Bar staff is very polite and friendly.

Hotel provides a shuttle service to Barbati beach, which is usually very crowded, sun beds are for a fee and the only bathrooms are the one from restaurants. This was not the option we preferred.

On the other side, the hotel molo decks were super beautiful, sea was clean and full of fish. Rock area was nice to snorkel. We had no problem to find sun beds any time during the day. BUT - I recommend to have a proper shoes (not flip flops or similar) as it could be dangerous to clim the rock hill with such wet shoes especially after a few drinks :)

This is the second time we have visited this
Hotel and they have used the time that they were sadly closed last year well refurbishing bathrooms and putting fresh furniture in the rooms.
The public areas are clean and tidy at all times and the pool is simply amazing with views from Barbati across to Corfu Town .
The food was superb Greek cooking by the amazing Tasha and always plentiful with fresh salads.
The bar offered great service and a wide variety of quality drinks served by Katerina in the day with her brilliant Greek music and great smile and then looked after by Stamatis of a night with his superb cocktails .
The staff always have a smile and nothing is to much despite having worked a long hot summer non stop.
I would recommend this hotel as either a base to travel from or a place to relax and will always head there while I’m Corfu
Finally the views from our balcony were outstanding .
This year the main guest nationality were Dutch with a few french and Germans but as the only English in the hotel we didn’t feel at all uncomfortable and indeed many of them made a point of speaking to us which was nice

Well done and thank you keep doing what you are doing so well

I stayed at this hotel for a week on a solo holiday and was so disappointed. I have been to many Greek islands so I know what to expect from a basic Greek hotel however this was particularly bad. The worst part for me was mealtime, I was on half board so had my breakfast and dinner included, the whole meal time was just awful, I honestly wanted to cry! You have to queue up with a tray like a school canteen, help yourself to the horrendous tasteless slop they serve for dinner (no traditional Greek food) and then fight your way through the Germans to get a table in the packed loud dinner hall and clear your own plates away afterwards. I have never met such rude people as the German/Dutch guests at the hotel, no respect whatsoever for anyone but themselves! The staff at the hotel weren't much better either, it felt like they do not want to help you at all if you are English and made me feel very uncomfortable - the arrogant mini bus driver was the worst!! The rooms are very basic, the bathroom stinks of sewage and the walls are paper thin, I could hear absolutely everything going on in all the rooms/bathrooms around me and barely slept all week. The hotel is situated on a very busy main road on top of a hill so there is nothing within walking distance, I did walk/run to both nearby resorts of Ipsos and Barbati (mainly to escape the hotel!), but I took my life in my hands and had quite a few near misses with cars speeding towards me! The only 2 positives for me with this hotel were the stunning views and the sunbathing deck with access into the sea for the best snorkelling in crystal clear turquoise water, if I could've spent the whole week down there I would've done! Overall, I would definitely not return and certainly would not recommend staying here.

All inclusive is not all inclusive, ice cream was only for kids and only up until 6.30pm. Dinner started at 6.30 so if an ice cream was wanted you had to pay. Air conditioning was charged 5 euros per night per room. The road to Barbati was so dangerous so much so that our teenage children would not risk it so taxis had to be paid for. There was a shuttle bus but only once in the morning and once in the afternoon.
The food was poor (see photos). When I complained the lady in reception said that if I wanted all inclusive then I would need to find another hotel and pay more money.
Rooms and pool were ok

Thankyou you Nautilus for a fabulous holiday. We didn’t want to go home. We stayed in room 202 with a view of the sea.

Traditional Greek family owned hotel with friendly helpful staff. Thankyou to the bar staff, kitchen staff, reception, and housekeepers all very helpful and friendly.

Outstanding views of the mountains and sea, and lovely well kept plants and garden. There is a big swimming pool with plenty of sun loungers.

We went all inclusive and the food was very good, buffet food different everyday and plenty of it. The drinks were also very good. A big Thankyou to the lovely Barman who served us on an evening.

Barbati is a beautiful part of Corfu, a quiet area but everything you need from supermarkets to bars and restaurants.
The hotel is a short walk to the restaurants, shops and beach we walked most days and enjoyed the walk. There is also a free bus service the hotel offers to take you to the beach and shops.
The beach is beautiful plenty of sun loungers and places to eat. We swam in the beautiful clean sea everyday. There is also boat, car and scooter hire in Barbati. There is a bus service that operates outside the hotel that will take you to other parts of Corfu that is very reasonably priced.

The rooms are basic, but are very clean with plenty of storage. Everything we needed. (We don’t go on holiday to sit in our room!!)

I would highly recommend this hotel. We look forward to coming back again in the near future.

An excellent small hotel with extremely friendly and helpful staff. The food was good with a brilliant selection of salads to help yourself to. The pool spotlessly clean as were the rooms. Ok, the rooms are basic but perfectly adequate and do have a TV, fridge and AC (extra cost but worth it) with small but nice clean bathroom and decent shower. They also have a balcony, ours had a sea view too. We were far too busy enjoying the pool, swimming from the decking and generally enjoying the hotel hospitality to do anything other than shower and sleep in the room.
Location was ideal too with a bus stop directly outside the hotel so easy to venture out. We took a trip north on the bus costing a couple of pounds, it was like being on a scenic tour - we could even see across to Albania.
You do need to be pretty mobile to hike back up from the water and the rooms are built on the hill side so probably not suitable if you have difficulty walking or breathing problems.
My daughter and I enjoyed our June 2023 trip so much she has returned in September 2023 with her partner. She reports the staff remembering her and has an even better room with full sea view in the lower accommodation. I'm currently looking into when I can return.
If you want a laid back no hassle holiday this is the place!

We had another great holiday. The hotel is a 2 star and the rooms are clean and comfortable and well serviced on a daily basis with wifi in room which is a great addition.
The main building is kept clean with friendly and helpful staff who always have a smile on their faces and can't do enough for you despite having worked for 6-7 months solid. The drinks were good and the food although small in selection was good homecooked Greek food with fresh salad always available.
We had entertainment twice in the 10 days we were there, and it was a great Atmosphere.
The pool area is lovely with great views and a nice clean modern pool with plenty of sunbeds, the only side (hardly the hotels fault) was the Dutch guests who seem to want to let their Ferral kids run wild 24/7 while they got steaming drunk.
However, despite the total rudeness of many of the Greman and Dutch guests towards both other guests and staff the hotel was very nice and the staff should be congratulated, its nowhere as bad as the last reviewer says (however look at her previous reviews and she doesn't seem to like a lot)
Well done and we will hopefully be back next year god and the cost-of-living crisis allowing
