This was my second visit to this Hotel and I returned because it is a very lovely ,stylish hotel with the best staff who I found gave good service all round. My room was bright, comfortable and pleasant with two patio doors to enter and one for the balcony I felt very spoilt. There, was a nice shower room and a good luggage area for your clothes, shoes and bag which helped to keep the room tidy there was a fridge where you could store your water drinks which you do need because it is hot and there was a good selection of tea with a small kettle. I felt very at home in the apartments and would return again. I loved laying by the pool which wasn't too busy and had enough areas for you to relax and the staff made me feel special. I stayed bed and breakfast but there were time that I didn't want to look for restaurant which there were a few outside of the hotel I was allowed to eat at the hotel and paid on the night or at the end of the trip. There is a beach close by which is is named Barbati Beach and you can walk it from the hotel it was nice with locals however I felt comfortable they, also have a good Restaurant which served a lot of food.

We have just got back from our relaxing holiday at the Pantokrator Hotel. Our room was a superior room number 214 and it was very up to date, with plenty of space, a modern bathroom and a large double balcony. We had a direct view of the sea. In fact the hotel is designed so that each part of the hotel has its own unique view with glass panels in the eating and bar area so that you get an uninterrupted vista of the island. The styling of the Hotel is quite modern and metropolitan. I must admit I still quite like the white washed traditional Greek decoration but that's just me. I can fault the finish and quality of the building. The hotel and rooms were spotless. Staff were friendly and attentive. Especially Angelo and Helena who despite it being the end of the season were still able to have a good laugh and a joke with us. The food was delicious with lots of choice. The meat and fish dishes were particularly good with large joints or fillets rather than grey stew! Breakfast had fried eggs and bacon and all the other continental dishes. My husband really liked the spinach pie. The dishes were also hot...hurrah. If you have trouble walking distance or steps I'm sure the Hotel would get you a room near reception if you dropped them an email. This whole set up allows you to enjoy your holiday without being scrutinised. If you need something the staff are there but you can also do your own thing. There are cups and a kettle in your room, with a fridge to chill your drinks or snacks. We didn't use the pool much as we tend to go to the beach but it looked as though there were plenty of sun beds and also shaded rest areas with double beds..very nice! I had a quick swim and the temperature was just right. Barbati beach is a walk or a ride down the hill. We took the car and in September there is room to park at the sides of the road. There isn't a designated parking spot but with everyone having small hire cars there is room for everyone. We hired a car from top cars and Jannis met us at the ferry port (we had been to Albania) and at the end of the holiday we left it for him at the Airport. All very straight forward no extra for another driver and all fully comp with no excess. That's what you want! If you have sensitive feet take some swim shoes as the beach is pebbley. There are a couple of cafes at the beach I had the grilled squid one lunch time which was delicious. You can use their loos and outside beach shower. The sunbeds were 6 euro for two beds and an umbrella. Out and about... check out the ghost village old Perithia up the Pantokrator mountain. its fascinating. I would definitely recommend this Hotel to those seeking a relaxing and comfortable holiday

Amazing stay at this hotel. Friendly helpful staff. Excellent food. Thoroughly recommended. Had booked to go back in 2020 but unfortunately the Thomas cook problems have delayed our return. Will definitely go back asap.

First impression were brilliant and it didn’t fail us the whole week. The rooms were lovely, spacious, clean and the views were amazing. The pool bar was clean and offered good service from Emma and the team. The food in the pool bar was nice and reasonably priced along with a good selection of drinks. The pool was clean, with lovely sun loungers and spectacular views. Breakfast and evening meals were ok (I wouldn’t rate it as amazing just ok) food needs to be warmer and less salt used but again the restaurant was modern and clean. There were a few minor grumbles such as bar bills not adding up, extra bills appearing on our room after day 3 of paying cash and the extremely steep steps / hills upto the rooms but 100% be back to stay again soon
