Hotel has a long way to go to become an upmarket hotel. Bathrooms updated, but rooms remain a little dated. Sun beds are uncomfortable (if you can even get on), guests allowed to play loud music around the pool and reserve beds which I feel lowers the tone! We found the breakfast okay, but nothing special, it’s help yourself and a bit busy.

Two outdoor pools and especially the very nice wellness area with indoor pool to warm up, with a Jacuzzi and hammam. I love this hotel! Probably my favourite in Luz. The rooms are very comfortable and tastefully furnished and have a fridge. Breakfast is wonderful, such a great choice and the home made granola is superb. Fresh juices, great hot choices - nothing to not like!
The spa is really good, super hot sauna and steam room. Jacuzzi is a little hot for me - as is the pool. Unfortunately, I think the heat has been turned up for children, it was cooler in November and early December. The spa doesn’t open until 10.am (along with the gym) shame as I like to workout before breakfast at home. Not a huge issue, just moved my day around to accommodate a late afternoon gym session 😊 staff are very helpful and friendly!

It was very quiet while we visited (except at breakfast). The bedrooms are ok but will depend on which you get. The outdoor pool is good if you have it to yourself. There's a pool bar & some non-poolside places to sit. The spa has indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room. All are good except the indoor pool which is far too shallow for a tall person and seems a bit like a plunge pool. Breakfast was ok but it was busy/crowded. Hotel is next to a bus stop & short distance from a large Spar. The hotel is on a hill so can be more windy than the town.

Excellent hotel. (Ocean front) Room was super, magnificent view and balcony. Good Parking free. Staff were excellent and professional. Lovely new thermal suite with heated pool. Beautiful gounds. Good breakfast. Welcome drink on arrival. Will definitely use again when visiting Luz.
