We stayed in July at this hotel, and we were delighted with every aspect of our stay. The hotel is absolutely excellent for the price and provides an unforgettable experience. The hotel's location is perfect - just a step away from the beautiful beach. The view of the sea from the hotel is spectacular, and, best of all, we didn't have to pay extra for a sea view; we were given a room with a lovely partial sea view. Breakfast is a special experience in itself. It is served by the pool, making it a delightful way to start the day. The food is diverse and delicious, with several options for every guest. The staff is exceptionally friendly and attentive, creating a friendly atmosphere. One of our favorite spots in the hotel is the Tad Mahal beach bar. It's the perfect place to relax with a cocktail and watch the sunset. Unfortunately, I must mention that the beds and pillows in the room were uncomfortable, which was the only drawback of our stay. It would be great if the hotel could pay attention to this detail to make the stay absolutely perfect. All in all, this hotel is a true oasis for those seeking a relaxing seaside getaway. We highly recommend it and are already planning our next visit!

Located at the end of town this hotel offers peace and tranquility and excellent value for money. It was one of the best priced hotels online and didn’t disappoint. The pool was relaxing and tranquil and often we had it to ourselves. It was clean and tidy. Across the street was the bar and beach. The sea was clean and clear and if you bought a drink, the loungers were free all day. A short walk into town and there were so many bars and restaurants with scenes straight out of Mama Mia and a different place every day. The bedrooms were clean, had air con, if you can have a balcony over the front or back that would be a bonus. The bathroom was standard but I don’t spend much time in a bathroom on holiday especially when I can sit and watch sun set on a lovely balcony. The room came with breakfast which was a daily standard breakfast, but perfectly edible. It’s a well priced hotel and one of the few with a pool so we chose this one. For its price it would be difficult to beat, it’s a small family run friendly hotel with comfy beds - a great base. It’s not 5* luxury and fancy charm but that is because it is but it’s run with love and care and it’s characterful, small and homely. Most definitely you get what you pay for and more! We would love to come back.

The breakfast was bad, you can ask yourself how hard is it to cook an egg ? To make it Grey/Black inside must be a really bad cook. Every day same bad breakfast cheap Bread, coffee, juice that has never seen fruit, it would be better not serving breakfast if the hotel can not afford this ! The only good thing to say about this hotel was the new separat place for shower, so the water do not get everywhere. Almost everything at this place was wrong. Unfriendly and unhelpful personel was the worst about this hotel. When we arrived to the hotel sunday the Older receptionist showed us our room which was in another building on the other side of the street, but on the Beach which was Nice, until we ask where is the safetyboks, the receptionist answerd no People stell here it is a small village so do not worry about that. We insist to have a safetyboks which is written at the booking side, and she promissed to fix that for next day. We used the small safetyboks that was installed next day for our money, creditcard and pasport, and things was looking ok for the hollyday. Friday we came back to the room after spending the day at the Beach, and the room was cleaned, i took my shower, and took my closed cosmetik bag to put on my makeup and my Pandora rosagold bracelet on for the evning. The bracelet was gone and also a lipstick was missing. I Coould also notice that things was placed different in the bag. No braken into the room had happend, so somebody with a key has made the Way into the room. We went to the reception to ask for help, and a Young receptionist was there to tell us to look Again and that they would ask the cleaning girl next day. We ask next day about What has happend, and this time it was the older receptionist again. She Said that the cleaning Girl did not know where it was. We ask to talk to the cleaning Girl but she was not at work due to no cleaning saturday so not possible and we where leaving sunday. We ask her to Call the police, but she Said that we had to go samos town police station to report it, and she was very unfriendly and unsypatic about this. Almost syspect her behavior to be involved in the situation. We went to police to report it and they sent a policeofficer to come to hotelroom for fingerprint. Do not book this hotel to destroy your vacation at Kokkari, we have stayed at other hotels in Kokkari with Nice and friendly staff.

I wouldn’t call it a 3 Star hotel! It doesn’t really hold what it promises online. The Wifi is not working properly and the holders in the bathroom were broken. The breakfast was always the exact same and not really good overall. They had old watermelon and peaches from a can. The eggs tasted like they were boiled in the beginning of the week in advance. The coffee tasted horrible. The staff at breakfast wasn’t welcoming and not helpful at all. All in all the rooms were clean but not renewed in a decade. The tv didn’t even work. The ladies at the reception werd the friendliest of the stuff. The area on the bottom floor was not used so half of the activities (like billiard, bar or gym room) couldn’t be done. I was pretty disappointed because the website set pretty high hopes. I would only rate the Kokkari Beach Hotel on Samos 2 Stars, not 3!

Mid sized hotel at the beginning of Kokkari village. We have booked superior rooms which shall be renovated but upon arrival we got standard rooms. The furniture is old and shower very small, but the beds are good, the rooms big and very clean. The fridge and airco are both free of charge work well. The breakfast was low average, no fresh fruit (sometimes when you got lucky you found a bit of watermelon), coffee and juice artificial and poor of taste. You got toast, small croissants, some yogurt and cheese and ham. I usually brought my own fruit and cheese. The staff is friendly. The pool is clean and there are some sun beds, and due to COVID and loss of income the hotel suffered income loss, so renovations were put on hold. The Taj Mahal across the street serves basic food and good cocktails. The best restaurants are at walking distance. If the hotel would get renovated we would come again. Hopefully the breakfast improves. Reading other reviews I read the same feedback over and over… they seem resistant to improvement here.

On the isle of Samos you find this small fishing village. Plenty of restaurants and small bistros. Long Beach where you can relax all day and enjoy the Mediterranean. Not so much night life, thank God, but more a place for relaxing and of course for water sports. Wind surfers paradise if I understood it correctly

I will not stay here again due to the horrible beds. They offered no support and the pillows are horrible too. I understand this is a budget hotel but beds should always be OK in my opinion. I got back ache and headache due to the beds and still have problem a week after arriving home. My boyfriend is usually not sensitive to beds but he did not like these either. Breakfast is very poor, some bread and some yoghurt and some kind of cake. The eggs are so hard boiled they are grey. My boyfriend could not drink the coffee and I saw some other people brought instans coffee instead. Would have been OK breakfast if they had done the eggs properly and had some fruits and maybe some more vegetables. Also they did not have water, just juice. Cleaning was good and the hotel room was okay, there was an issue with a lot of water in the bathroom, the floor drain does not work properly. The location is good, right next to a lovely and peaceful beach with a gently breeze that makes the heat nicer. Walking distance to a lot of restaurants and bars - the best bar is cavos bar and the best restaurant was poseidon. The pool area was nice and never any problems with getting sunbeds at the pool or beach. Beach restaurants that the hotel has was nice. Friendly staff at hotel and restaurants.

- staff not friendly (only the maid) - breakfast very poor and monotonous - the rooms are clean, but need some attention (handles loose, no liquid soup) - we had to change rooms in the middle of vacation (double packing and unpacking) - wi-fi very poor or not working at all - air condition is optional (you have to pay 5 eur/day for it) - i wouldn't recomend it to anyone

Not very happy as the wifi was only available in the lobby or standing in the corridor out side room. Decor was terrible pink on one wall and mauve on the other-very dated. Shower was almost impossible to get water from the actual shower head however hard we tried!! Toilet had a very slow fill and as you were advised not to put toilet paper in it was rather embarrising!! Position was ok across from beach but wouldn,t reccomend it for service or friendliness
