One of the best anniversaries with my wife in this hotel. We had everything arranged before even we get there. They prepared for us a special gift in the room. Thanks to the manager we extended our stay for one more day. And one of the best beaches on the island just a few meters away. 5star service from all the staff thank you so much.

this is a beautiful and welcoming hotel. nice facilities and rooms with modern design with amazing sea views! we were 3 families stayed for a week and none of us experienced any issue at all. especially when we wanted a change in the one room, the reservation manager quickly assisted us and offered us one room with extraordinary view! breakfast and dinner really tasty and also the pool bar was our favorite spot. we loved being so close to the beach without having to move away from the hotel with cars. the highlight of our trip was the care of the staff as they were always at our disposal for anything we needed! we will definitely come back!

We chose The Bay for our stay in Zakynthos as we were looking for a quite hotel on the beach. We had not visited the island of Zakynthos neither knew much about the hotel. When we arrived we were so happily surprised by this property. The girls at the reception were very friendly and professional. We were offered a refreshing welcome drink and were walked to our room, which had a really nice decoration and incredible view! We knew straight away that we got it right! The hotel overall has a very good level of service and great food. The location is unique as it is set on a beautiful sandy beach with clear crystal water. The sunbeds around the pool and the beach are very luxurious and comfortable. We spent all our days by the beach and the pool, relaxing and sunbathing. We also tried the outdoor massage which was a very nice experience In the nights we enjoyed having our drinks under the stars. Loved this place and will love to return one day soon……

Great hotel with new and modern Zante island charm. Suite was spacious and beautiful decorated with modern stylish and new furniture. Also was clean, comfortable and affordable. Hotel was quiet and has scenic views, especially if you have a sea view (highly recommended).

I visited the bay already three times. I had always a great time! I really liked the friendly reception and the nice room , the delicious food and the service with the helpful employees! I really enjoyed my time there! I want to take the opportunity to say ´Thank you´ !!! Look forward to my next visit the coming may to the "new The bay" Best personal regards from Germany!

The Bay is a beautiful hotel full of style. The rooms are very nicely done and from our balcony we had a fantastic view to the sea. The location is unique as it is set on its own private beach and is surrounded by green mountains. The sea has crystal clear blue waters and the beach is clean with soft golden sand. The sun beds are to die for, they are as big as beds, very comfortable and we always found available ones. We had a very relaxing stay spending our days around the pool and beach area. We will be revisiting in the close future.

Just returned from 2 weeks at this hotel . It is not suitable for people with mobility issues due to the accommodation being in several buildings on multiple levels with no lifts except in the main building. We had 60 steps to negotiate to get to our room which wasn't great. The food very average with limited choice but always luke warm especially the breakfast. The Wifi was virtually non existent in the rooms and apart from a couple of news channels there was only German and Greek TV channels. Don't pay extra for a sea view as room some of these are very limited in some cases - we had room 805 with a partial sea view with next levels roof and a building site in view. Staff were excellent and food at the pool bar was excellent but overall the hotel is very poor.

First visited in 2018 was sad to see none of old staff there anymore since pandemic but new staff just as hospitable Nina costas young lady was nice and helpful she had a brother she said I liked her she did many jobs reception serving at tables as most staff did with a smile I found food nice but pandemic has caused lots of changes Rooms cleaned every day plenty of sun beds in October beach towels free no need to scramble for sun beds they have there own beach car hire greatly recommended to see things far cheaper than getting taxis every were so glad we hired a car as it’s right on the bay and a way to zante town nice wk np complaints from me

The hotel is clean and the staff friendly. The pool area is small but very close to the beach. The sun beds were very comfortable & always available. There was a reasonable selection of food for breakfast and dinner although all served at the same lukewarm temperature. We were slightly put off by the feral cats that are allowed to wander freely around the dining room. The only bar is the pool bar which would be inadequate in bad weather and although we were there for a week, there was only evening entertainment twice. This was an issue as the hotel is quite remote and there is nothing else to do in the evenings. The gym is also inadequate which no air con, limited equipment, some of which was broken and no instructor. The on-site mini market is a joke- only opening for a few hours and selling overpriced beachwear and local crafts. Lunch is an issue as the only option is the pool bar which has a limited selection of food. There a mini market a short walk from the hotel gates along with small bakery. Both of these offer a good selection of produce. We paid for a sea view room but the view was disappointingly limited. We were eventually moved to a suite for an additional charge. All in all a disappointing experience and we won’t be back…

My room was on the top floor with no elevator. People are waiting hours to get a taxi, and last night we were told no taxi service available at all. Absolutely NO internet, unless you go and sit in the un-air conditioned reception area with everyone else also trying to access the internet. Food it mediocre, at best. Mostly food reserved in different dishes from the day before. DON'T dare put anything in the fridge in your room or you will immediately have thousands of minuscule ants in your room. We looked for the mini club for 2 days. First, we were told it was closed on Tuesdays, then on Wednesdays. When we finally found it - it was a table by the pool with 1 person doing arts and crafts for All the kids of All ages. Gym is pathetic and not air conditioned. I asked reception multiple times to please have a room ( being 70 years old) without having to climb 80 steps in the sun, to and fro. And to please provide internet access, as was advertised. I was told NOT possible to both, the multiple times I spoke to them. Happy to provide pictures of All of the Above.…
