This accommodation was part of my package holiday and first visit to Greece. If you don't have your own transport, be prepared to walk from the bus stop to the hotel - about ten minutes. All uphill, and very steep from the pool and bar area to the actual rooms. The cleaning lady left the tiny bathroom window and patio doors open so when I got back to the room it was full of mosquitoes. The room had an air conditioner but my Tu i travel agent forgot to tell me that I would have to pay an extra 6 Euros per day. I personally did not enjoy my stay here and moved to another hotel after two nights so I could be closer to town and in a much brighter, mosquito free room.

We stayed here for 4 days and we couldn’t have enjoyed our stay, the villa was clean and spacious it was cleaned every day with clean linen. The pool was clean, the pool bar was closed but we didn’t need it opening. The property is near the airport but the noise isn’t as bad as people have commented, and there is one day that there was about 8 flights but on the rest of the days we had the maximum of 4. It’s in walking distance to Skiathos Town and the shops, and a great little tavern close by. The staff and management were amazing and attentive and I would recommend this place and I’m looking forward to going back, next year,

Bad, Bad, Very Bad, Very Very Bad. Where to start ? Maybe from the fact you can almost feel the blast from the aircraft landing and taking off ! By the way we did ask how far it was from the airport. The response was '' you won't hear nothing''. Then let's talk about the pool bar, well I cannot there is none this was advertised that you can get food and drinks the bar is closed down. No supermarket close by only in the town around 20mins walk. The local children and people who are not staying here come as use the pool it's very noisy and all the local digs come to your room. The host is rude they bang on your door early morning asking you questions. If you don't answer they keep knocking. Now safety wise for young childs it's also very bad, see photos and you will understand. And last but not least if you want you room to be cleaned up you will have to leave your keys on the door. So don't leave anything valuable in  the room obviously. Avoid Avoid Avoid !

We stayed here 4 nights, it was the worse place ever. The manager was pleasant enough, stated that we had the best room. There was no information provided about the property or how any cleaning regime works, he was more interested in selling us quad bikes and making sure we visit certain restaurants. Once he left we were able to look at the room and try to settle in. It was then that we noticed dirt, dead bugs and live ants were falling from the ceiling cracks onto the bed, pic attached. We mentioned it to the manager and he stated that he checked the room himself, really. It was too late to get it dealt with and he said it would be taken care of the next day The next day came and they did some work on the problem, but made it worse. We heard nothing about it the next day, then our last day they did more work, but, it did not fix the problem. It was an awful night's sleep every night feeling things falling on you and crawling on you. We had to take the top cover outside in the morning and evening to shake it off. This was handled pretty poorly and we were offered not apology. The pool side bar is never open and is it not ready to be open at all. The pool does not look very inviting, was not very blue or crystal clear. Pic attached. The room itself was lacking in space to keep luggage and actually manouver around, whilst there is a small kitchen, there is no table to eat at inside the room. The shower room, was just finished in concrete on the floor and walls. The drainage from the shower took forever to drain away and clear from the open wet floor. This meant that if you get showered and dressed, you have to go back in with the floor wet with pools of water that took more than 24 hours to dry, so it was a daily problem. It was a daily struggle to get hot water for a shower, one day we struggled to get any water in the morning. In the toilet, there was a constant sewage smell coming from the drain in the floor, we had to keep the bath mat over it to avoid the smell. The room itself was very dusty on the selves above the bed, picture attached. The outside light by the entrance door did not work, so was difficult to see in the dark when returning from dinner. The outside patio area was dirty and not swept before and the whole time we were there. Whilst a perfectly good location, the attention to detail in the rooms is very poor, it shows that they only care about the money, we will not recommend this place ever.

Stayed for four days so that we could extend our holiday. Was very cheap so wasn't expecting much and didn't get much! Room was very basic and beds rock hard. Bathroom was typical Greek some 10 years ago. Hand held shower with no shower curtain. No hot water on one day. Exterior was lovely - nice gardens, great pool and fab views. Could be wonderful if they gave the rooms a makeover. If I was in my early twenties looking for somewhere cheap and convenient and wasn't too bothered about modern bathrooms etc then this is a great option. Not so much for a family with a little boy in toe. Having said that he loved the pool and we had it to ourself every day. He also loved the resident dog!

The staff here were amazing, really keen to look after us. A sweet little place to stay if you want to be just outside the town centre, away from the hustle and bustle. A pretty walk into the town and great views.

Wonderful apartment and island. 20 mins walk to centre of town and what an idyllic town! We hired a bike for 11 Euroes a day and saw most of the island. We thought banana beach offered the ideal spot to relax so went there 4days running.

We stayed in twin room. Facilities included aircon (great on days over 30 degrees!), a TV that only broadcast Greek programming, a single hob for cooking, a fridge/freezer and a typically Greek fully tiled shower room. Location is amazing! If you're up to it, we'd definitely recommend not bothering with the transfers from the airport, as we walked it in about 20 minutes (make sure you apply sun lotion first). The view from our room - and we think all of the rooms are the same - was a great spot for watching planes landing. Thankfully, the flights finish at around 8pm every night so sleep isn't affected. Also, the walk into Skiathos town took about the same time as the airport walk, so it was ideal for us. Be warned though, there are only a few street lights on the way back to the accommodation, so torch mode on the iPhone proved useful. When we arrived in our room on the first day, we noticed that the terrace door was broken. We informed the caretaker who organised someone to fix it on the same day. He doesn't speak a great amount of English unfortunately, so meeting him in the gardens was a little awkward at times. He is also the barman during the day. However, even though the bar appeared to be open he was always off gardening or painting things. This didn't affect us at all as we like to travel around and see everything on the island, but for those who want to relax by a pool for a week...getting a drink will be difficult. For the one afternoon that we did go to the pool, we took our own beers from the fridge in the room and no one said anything to us. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and if we were to have another holiday in Skiathos, it's pretty likely that we would stay here again (especially to visit the friendly and really cute sheepdog puppy, we aptly name Ouzo).

For me the location was one of the things that made my mind up to book. I wanted somewhere a litte outside of the hustle & bustle of the main town area. It was very quiet whilst I was there and I felt like a VIP, with my own private pool and gardens. The staff Sofia & Slavo couldn't do enough to make your holiday comfortable. The owners Nikos & Deni offered amazing service. WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND TO FAMILY & FRIENDS, & WOULD CONSIDER A RETURN HERE NEXT TIME I'M IN SKIATHOS Perfect location for any "anoraks" into planewatching! It should be noted that there are no late night flights to disturb your sleep, and even by the pool the noise becomes simple background noise.

4 of us, two couples stayed here in separate apartments. Air conditioning was free which we were pleased to discover on arrival. They are located a good 30 minutes walk from Skiathos time but the walk back together was nice at night. During the day and in the evening Nikos would provide us with a driver to come pick us up and drop us off in town for free which was a very nice touch, Leo gave us a card at check in and said any time we need a lift to give Nikos a call. The pool was very nice and there was no shortage of sun loungers as it wasn't very busy when we travelled in early July. The pool bar was cheap, I'm not sure if they did food but the self catering facilities were adequate in the apartment for making breakfast and we ate out in the evenings anyway. The apartments are up a steep hill which can be draining in the heat however you get a nice view of the airport runway from outside your accommodation to sit and watch the planes landing and taking off at Skiathos airport. This doesn't disrupt your holiday with airplane noise either as the only 5 or 6 flights come in a day as its not very busy. Its a shame there are not more reviews for this accommodation because its a really nice place to base yourself in Skiathos, if hiring a car then parking is available, there are some night clubs a mile down the road, I'm not going to lie you can faintly hear them in the distance and they are open until quite late but in a cool air conditioned room I had no trouble sleeping. I'd come back again, definitely recommend.
