I don’t understand that low score of recomendation. This hotel has everything that you need to rest and relax on your holiday. Stuff is so nice. Food delicious, fresh. Room clean and modern. Furnitures are new. Big balcony with see view.

This hotel has a great location at the end of a street with very little traffic. Nice sunsets and the beach is right in front of the hotel. The front desk staff is exceptional. Dimitri and George are professional and very good at handling the guest request. They are very nice and welcoming with warm smiles. Without them the hotel would lack charm and charisma. The restaurant was a bit of a disappointment if you like Greek food. Cold eggs every morning and bacon or little hot dogs. Toast and fruit, tea, orange juice and coffee were ample and good. One morning I took a sip of my milk and it was sour. The manager had it replaced quickly. He is a friendly hard working man. He does the work of 10 men. Very impressive. Sophia works in the restaurant and she is delightful and beautiful smile. She does her job very well. Dinner was hit and miss. Some nights good some nights disappointing. With more money in the bugget I am sure that the chef could do more consistent quality. Blondie needs to work on her hospitality. Overall I can recommend this hotel.

Got sent here after our losing our holiday with Thomas Cook. Room ok, had to wait 2 days for someone to come & open our safe, 2 days for a hairdryer. Food was appalling & very little of it!!! Was told it was because it was end of season & very few people!!!! Well that’s not our fault, we paid £750 each..like previous person said bar in lounge area unused, had to down 2 flights of steps with no rails to get drink( great trying to get up/down when raining & slippery. Wine was awful, never tasted/smelt anything quite like it before....undrinkable . Lovely island, lovely bay. Would not go back to hotel though!!!

I really enjoyed my stay at the Samos Bay hotel. I got there a few days early and was given a beautiful room overlooking the ocean. The room was great, the food was exceptional and there were a lot of great shops down at Vathy. I recommend asking for room 110 as I think it is the room with the best view! 🌊 🌟🥂

Initially bypassed this hotel when looking for our holiday. But we were so glad we decided to book. It was so relaxing and left us feeling we had experienced something special. Authentic Greek food and drink with friendly helpful staff. Comfortable rooms and WOW! What a view from the room. Yes the hotel is a little tired, but that did not spoil our stay one bit. And the lack of pool was more than compensated by the beach which is a stones throw away. Clear waters ideal for snorkelling with so many fish to see. Samos town is easily walkable with many tavernas/bars and a wine museum which is worth a visit on the other side of the bay (2 euros well spent!). All in all this hotel gives everything and more for a quiet and relaxing break. I would definitely recommend it and will be going again.
