Very family friendly hotel. Staff are welcoming and helpful. The amenities are good and the infinity pool at the roof top is a lovely area. The dinner buffet was ok, but breakfast was really nice. I would definitely come again based on overall experience.

Third time to this hotel, Facilities and cleanliness ae excellent. The staff are outstanding and so friendly they are always ready and willing to help. The pool area is clean and well kept with a really good pool bar that sells bar snacks. Guests from here can use all the facilities at the sister hotel across the road these include 2 pools a spa and the Terrace Bar. The resort is small but has a good variety of restaurants and cafes to met all tastes. There are no night clubs so ideal for a quieter and chilled holidays.

What a lovely hotel! Some of the best service we have ever experienced. We stayed bed and breakfast, which was very good, something for everyone. Nice to be served coffee/tea instead of having to queue at a machine. We ate in the restaurant one evening E18 per person for a delicious buffet with a very good choice for all courses, again great service. The staff couldn't do enough for making sure your holiday went well. From the bar staff, reception, cleaners, dining room staff, a genuine pride in their Hotel. Our room was a junior suite 227, it had a good view from the balcony of the pool area and the sea. Tea/coffee making facilities, a big bed, good sized wardrobe with a safe (E15 per week). All very clean including the bathroom with a walk in shower. The whole hotel was spotless. Would go again for the peaceful resort, easy walking to some good tavernas with reasonable prices and warm Greek welcome.…

A lovely hotel in a lovely place. Such friendly and helpful staff with clean, fresh rooms. We went as a young family of 4 and they could not have been kinder and more understanding of our needs. We will definitely go back.

We both liked the Almyrida Beach Hotel very much. The staff were all excellent, always polite and willing to help. The communal areas were always very clean and the rooms were cleaned to a high standard on a daily basis. If I were to return to the hotel it would be on a B&B basis as although the food was plentiful and flavoursome it was only ever lukewarm and this included the occasions when I turned up at the very start of dinner. I found this extremely dissapointing and made comment to the hotel directly, through their review system.

Super hotel very well managed and super friendly staff. Fabulous location near a very shallow sandy beach Definitely would recommend for a quiet holiday Pool area can get busy but the beach is amazing Definitely will return probably in the spring Local bus 5 mins walk near El Greco supermarket Bus to Chania about 45 mins and 6 Euro return

We had a great time. We had a 2 week holiday in the hotel and the staff was amazing with us. The room was very clean, the towels were changed every day. The food was good, I really liked the sweet. The food was not very diverse but it was very good. The drinks were lovely I would have liked if there was a authentic Greek night. The staff was lovely, helpful and just adorable. I didn't understand the safe box policy.

Rooms spacious and very clean , housekeeping very good change of towels daily , hotel near plenty of sea front restaurants , breakfast plenty to choose from , having use of the Residence hotel opposite is good . Only downside I can think of is no privacy on balcony , ironwork on sides let’s you see straight through to other balconies

We were here in July what a lovely hotel very clean and food was very nice too, the maids who cleaned are room were very good are room was spotless, the only issues we had were are room for 3 was small and little storage for clothes, it's wasn't a big problem we managed, and to get a sunbed by the pool was very difficult apart from them 2 minor issues everything else was perfect would definitely stay again.

The hotel was immaculate, same with the rooms, which were changed regularly. The staff were fabulous, very kinda and helpful, and the food was amazing, we only had bnb but the breakfasts were amazing. The food in the area was amazing and a good range. Overall a wonderful stay
