The hotel is run down and I could excuse that if the service was great. Unfortunately even on the first day the service is wanting! The ladies at the front desk are very hospitable but the rest of the team just doesn’t deliver the customer promise. Management really need to look into the hotel experience as it is such a waste of what was once a lovely property.

Don’t come for the accommodation. But the location and beach are perfect. The property, the rooms, towels etc were very worn. Buffet food in evening was nice. Like any outdoor display things can get warm. Getting beach chairs is easy. Service to the chairs can be slow but if you want to be left alone then this is your beach.

I've spent 2 weeks at Diani beach hotel and I've been able to appreciate the kindness of local people. A kindness that I've never seen in other countries in such way. I do have some complaints tough. The food for the full board package was basically always the same and the waiters would take our order for drinks by the time we would be almost done with our dinner. When they finally got us drinks, one time out of two they would forget to bring one glass. The bathrooms were in a awful state, you can't have a 5 star hotel and offer bathrooms (and towels !!) that smells like mold. When we asked for room service, for toiletries or such as it would take the staff ages for what we asked. I've waited one hour and a half when I asked for a clean towel that didn't smell like mold. We went to the spa and the towels were also dirty, not something you are happy to pay for. One positive thing I have to say is that I had medical problems during my stay and the staff took good care of me and brought me to the hospital which is just nearby. The receptionist Tabitha came with me to the hospital. She was very nice and very competent. Oder than that we still enjoied our stay at Dani and in Kenya, it's such a wonderful country. Tough we highly recommend an improvement in the staff efficiency.

I want to highlight the professionalism of Rodgers, a member of staff who proved to be a great person and professional being in every detail of the animation and always helping guests feel at home. The hotel is amazing, the rooms, food, the beach,etc. Dear friends, I hope you're all well. The reason for my note is to tell you that I want to return to your hotel in a few months since I was a few months ago and I really loved only wanted to make a consultation since the only inconvenience I suffered was the bad behavior of one of the managers who took too much and in front of the guests their behavior was uncomfortable even recommended this hotel to some friends and told me the same I think they found out his name and is something like Jorherm. I apologize but the truth is the only thing that bothered me. Lis excellent guys and girls animation and great services. From now on I greet you hoping to see you soon maybe in September.
