Pros:
- hotel looks new, nice looking materials and furniture
- very clean and sanitary, rooms cleaned daily or even more often upon request, hotel bathroom and common areas also spotless
- excellent food, there's not a million options but just enough so you can go a whole week without eating the same thing
- on the food again, the pizza made at dinner is excellent and freshly made, people were literally lining up to get pizza slices
- staff friendly and helpful, the barmen always moving around to either clean up cups, arrange sunbeds or pour drinks
- even though the hotel was fully booked you couldn't say it was crowded, there were always enough seats and food for everyone at every meal
- the rooms were beautiful with concrete floors which didn't retain water
- we got a garden view room but the other couple got a pool room, we saw it and it was very nice and felt premium
Cons:
- the only entertainment we've seen is a Greek night dance and a ping-pong table hidden away in the childrens' area. They should invest in something more for adults like a poll table, or TVs in the common area to watch sports. There's a spa but you have to pay for it even with all-inclusive
- the room walls are not sound proof, the other couple complained from the noise coming from outside, we also could hear people moving around in their rooms as well, as well as noise from the street
Overall it was a great experience and well worth the money, and we would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The island itself is beautiful, and my husband and I will definitely go back there. The distance from the hotel to the beach was not too great, a pleasant walk, the beach was quite long and wide, next to which the Greek flag hung, marking the beaches clean (such an honor), and in the vicinity there was a port, a historic building on a small hill (sunrises and sunsets were very interesting and picturesque). Once again, I would like to thank the entire hotel team for the warm welcome, joy, openness and full commitment. Kindness for your middle name, Hotel the Best! Unforgettable impressions on Zante will remain in our hearts for a long time.

The hotel itself was modern and had all facilities needed. I would not say it is a five star hotel, but my expectations were already tempered based upon the reviews by others. Yet, I do not think it is fair to expect a high level luxurious hotel for this price anyway. So price / quality it was good. The buffet was diverse, not that crowded and there was always space to sit down. The room itself was pretty small, as well as the storage space which can give challenges. Our room had a spacious balcony with a table and two chairs, which was good to sit down sometimes. A big plus for me was the bed: it was super comfy! They have four swimming pools and they are all fine, nothing fancy but good enough to cool down a bit. The hotel supplies towels for free for pool-usage.
What I found disappointing was the fact that the hotel (just like the entire island) is Polish-ed. Apparently there are many Polish people coming to the island and the hotel, and the hotel got adjusted on that. The food, the signs and the way you are approached (the staff tries to be friendly and approach you in Polish, but when you are not it is pretty annoying). Also among the guest they talk Polish (e.g., asking if the bed is free). This took away the Greek ambience and I found that really disappointing. Also the fact that you have to pay for your drinks after 11pm is a shame, as I liked to go for evening walks and afterwards would like to have a drink (but had to pay). This also caused that people were collecting drinks at 10.45pm for the rest of the evening/night, ending up that tables were full of drinks (20+) while for only 3-4 persons. This did not gave the right atmosphere I would like to see.
There is a really small beach on a 10 minute walk. If you just want to put down your towel and spend time in the water it is fine. It gives space for 30 people max. If you would like to spend an entire day at the beach and have proper sand, then I would recommend to walk slightly furter and go to the a real beach (15 minute walk from the hotel).
Last but not least: a big compliment to the staff! They are super friendly, always willing to help, walking with a smile and really trying to add value to your holiday. They have a great feeling of hospitality, they were probably the best part of the entire hotel!

2. Bugs in the room.
3. No free beach towels available!
4. All inclusive but you have to pay for the drinks after 11 p.m.
5. The hotel calls itself spa and resort but you need to pay 20 euros for accessing the spa pool.

Good quality food, tasty and varied. Even after arriving for the meal before the meal was finished, the food was served and warm.
Very good location of the hotel in the center of the village near shops and taverns.
We recommend a holiday in this place !
We have lost one day waiting our rooms to be cleaned.
Some "baksis", 20 EUR tip helped us to get our rooms somehow earlier, from 9:00 am to 14:30 pm.
Real "balkan" mentality...
All inclusive means watery cocktails as well as soft drinks.
It is my first time to write a negative comment but let me be honest...
"Get the all-inclusive option as it's worth the money. We paid 70 euros on top of that (hotel tax). All-inclusive bar is open until 23:00"Read full review
