#27 of 69 in Tsilivi (Planos)
Families can't keep away from the TUI SUNEO Tsilivi Admiral, thanks to its handy setting and bright, comfy rooms. When it comes to location, this place has plenty to yell about. It's five minutes' walk to a sandy beach, and there's a flume-filled waterpark* even closer. The yellow, peach and blue-toned apartments are scattered through gardens filled with palm trees and flowers.

We were greeted on arrival by the receptionist and a Prosecco for alcohol drinkers or soft cocktail for non. We were shown to our room by one of the receptionists. Our room was a family room which consisted of 2 bedrooms one with a double bed and one with 2 singles. The beds and pillows were some of the comfiest I’ve slept on in a hotel. The bathroom was quite dated and dull but done the job required. My only concern would be that someone with limited mobility would struggle with getting in and out of the bath (shower over bath), I suffer with sciatica and there were a few twinges. Rooms were cleaned daily with bedding and towels changed on alternating days. Restaurant… Food was lovely although not the warmest. There was a great selection but I did find that quite a few items were repeated everyday. This goes especially for the deserts, they were the same day in day out. I found that the fruit was a bit lacking, I like a big choice when going all inclusive but there were apples, oranges and bananas. Restaurant was spotless and the waiting staff worked tirelessly to keep the tables clear. Bar… Not the best of choices when it comes to alcohol. Cocktails were poured freehand which meant no 2 were ever the same. Most premium drinks were priced at 6€. Entertainment… God awful!! The entertainment guy couldn’t work the sound system and had it blaring the full time. Even sitting at the furthest point of the bar you couldn’t hear each other talk. That was only an issue on our first night as we tended to use local bars instead. Would I rerun?! Yes, I would.

Originally did not book this hotel but the one we were booked on was not ready in time !!! We arrived Sunday evening and we were greeted with cava and smiles, check in took less than 2 minutes. Rooms are basic but clean, fresh towels every day and maid service everyday. The food was amazing, so much choice and the restaurant staff were very attentive, constantly smiling and happy. The staff work so hard, often see bar tenders there till 12am then they were back to serve breakfast from 7.30, from the cleaners to the manager they were all very welcoming. The only criticism I would have is the evening entertainment, the guy who does it is so lovely and he really tries to get people involved, but I would of liked to have seen more organisation and variety. There’s plenty of bars and restaurants around. Will definitely be going back to this hotel in the future.

From start to finish the hotel and staff exceeded all of my expectations! From the moment we arrived the whole team where polite and attentive, we were greeted with a glass of cava, check in took 2 mins and our cases where taken to our room for us so we could go and get some food and relax. The rooms are the usual standard that I have experienced in all the islands I've visited but what set them apart was the finishing touches, we were provided with lots if toiletries in the bathroom, our rooms were made up every day with fresh towels and fresh water in the fridge. We were greeted with smiles everyday and when eating in the restaurant the staff were there the moment you sat down with water and cleared everything away promptly, there was lots of choice everyday with the all inclusive buffet and the food was always lovely. The all inclusive cocktails were also great! I would 100% return and want to thank the whole team for making our holiday fantastic!!! Thank you 😊

Wow the food is truly amazing. It is as good as the Riu Vistamar! 5*. The staff have been fantastic and we moved to a studio in D block to get away from the noise of the bar and main pool. May and there is some building and refurbishment work going on here currently so drilling and banging in the daytime. It is 7.30am ecen on a Saturday and they are here starting work! I guess that this may change as the season kicks in but worth checking before you book. We got a really cheap deal this week and we wondered why! There are quite a few young people getting absolutely wrecked so it is very noisy at night as well. Not usual for this quiet place but cheap deal/young people partying go together. It felt like we are on the strip in Laganas rather than quiet Tsvilli! There are no G block rooms now as that part of the hotel and down towards the beach seems to be owned by Jet2 and these are the rooms that are being refurbished. They are really lovely!!!! We got metal paint on our hands! The beach is currently messy from the winter covered in seaweed and rubble and there is a lot of building work going on down there at this end. Remains of covid recession and revamp I guess. Some sand has washed away at this end. You can walk round the coast to the big beach which is better and only 10 minutes walk. We are so early in the season that things aren't ready yet! We enjoy the sun, we are early risers, and we spend the days by the beach so miss the building noise mostly so lovely for us! And we just go back to sleep at 1.30am after the drunken noise finishes - it doesn't last long after the bar closes. Sound REALLY carries here and the slatted patio door doesn't block any noise. It will be noisy but if you're laid back it is a really lovely place to stay.

Stayed here for 3nights in October, hotel was following covid rules, assisted buffet service, staff where serving you the food from behind screens in the main resturant. Hotel was clean, and pool area. The room was clean, but dated, and the whole accomadation block needs a refurb now. Food was of good quality and choice, staff friendly. Hotel in good location to the beach. There is a wasp problem around the hotel so this could be addressed better, if your sitting around the bar area and pool near to it the wasps are instantly attractted to your drinks, this seems to be an issue in Greece, so take some Peppermint spray with you..

Currently a Tui listed hotel. Check in was quick. Our room was clean and functional. The bathroom needs work. Holes in tiles behind taps. Shower over a high sided bath with a fixed screen. Heard people with disabilities/problems say that they could not step over side of bath to shower and so could only strip wash. One couple who mentioned it to reception were moved to a room with a walk in shower. First night we had no hot water but after speaking with reception this didn't happen again. Rooms cleaned and towels changed daily. Restaurant is clean and tidy with staff excellent at assisting with serving food/clearing tables etc. Food is good. We found something more than acceptable to satisfy our needs at every restaurant visit. Bar is outside by pool. For five days we had torrential rain and although there is a covered seating area over the bar this did not stop us getting wet. Other than reception there is nowhere else to go other than back to your room. The A/I spirits are okay but the mixers are flat and tasteless. The one A/I beer is the worst I have ever had at an A/I resort; flat and tasteless. The Tui team put their heart and soul in to their job offering kids and adult entertainment alike. Laura, Mimi and Kirsten, it's a big well done from us. The two pools were freezing with many people dipping a toe in but going no further. A bit of heating would make a huge difference. The hotel staff are welcoming, warm and very friendly and couldn't do enough for us so thank you Admiral, your staff, Athena at reception and Magda behind the bar to name a few, were all fantastic. We stayed here at a quiet time with only about 150 guests at any one time. The hotel is only a 5 minute walk to the start of Tsivilis main Street where there are plenty of welcoming bars and restaurants. There is a small beach equi distance but for a decent beach you would need to walk about 15 mins or get a taxi. Overall this is a 3 star hotel as it is advertised and all we can report is that we had a thoroughly enjoyable holiday there.

Came away for a week with my Nanna start of October. The weather has been lovely, not too hot and nice enough to get abit of colour☀️The hotel is located in a lively area with nice restaurants around and the beach is nice if you walk further round towards the small marina. 10/10 food and the rooms were comfortable and clean, staff amazing and very helpful always. Daytime activities such as aqua gym etc and snack bar which has a variety of fresh food and hot food, burgers and hot dogs etc. Would definitely be back as we only paid £450 and was all inclusive too definitely got a bargain!

Don’t listen to the bad reviews…lovely hotel, all areas kept very clean and tidy. Staff are all polite and happy. Rooms… we had a lovely room facing the main pool. No noise. Towels changed every day and room cleaned every day. Shower warm and powerful. There was a smell of sewage in the odd days but nothing that bothered us. Hairdryer provided but you have to look for it… it’s hid in the dressing table draw and attached to the draw. Food… restaurant is very clean and all staff polite.. food is tasty and warm and always a variety to choose from. Big jug of water given at lunch and tea time on the table. The snack bar isn’t the best but still nice and available to eat around the pool. Drinks… plastic cups around the pool.. just your usual all inclusive drinks and they stick to the measurements. Entertainment… the entertainment team were not the best… only bare minimum on a night which was not great but due to covid there were restricted.. they had quizzes and bingo and the odd singer…kids disco was on every night but only for around 20 mins and same songs…day time they did aqua gym and volley ball. The beach outside the back of the hotel is mainly private for other hotels and only small but if you walk for 5 minutes round the corner you will come to Alexandra beach which is lovely and has its own beach bar which is not expensive and has some boats and canoes for hire. The sun beds we’re not bad priced either… 3.5 euros for a bed with a comfy cushion and a brolly or3 euros for one without a cushion. Tsilivi was not busy and always found a seat in the restaurants and bars. Admiral is tucked away a bit down a side street so is around 10 minute walk to the main bars. Tsilivi is lovely and we will be returning

We had a week here with two of our friends from the 24th September till the 1st October. There are so many great things to say about this hotel so I’ll start with the very warm welcome we received from the lovely Athena on the front desk. After giving us a cool welcoming drink she then personally showed us to our rooms. We were in G block and the room we had was absolutely beautiful. Spotlessly clean with a fabulous balcony and a sea view. Literally couldn’t have asked for a nicer room. Now to the buffet restaurant. Again scrupulously clean and the food was absolutely top rate. The breakfast, lunch and dinner service was fantastic with lots of choice and all beautifully prepared. The manager Dimitris was around all the time and always smiling and helpful. His staff also very pleasant and helpful. The cocktail bar was really nice with good service and lots on offer. Lorena on the bar was so sweet and helpful at all times. And then we had the lovely Magda. Always smiling and on hand to take away your glasses and plates. Magda works incredibly hard and keeps the whole bar and main pool area absolutely spotless, she’s a real asset to the hotel. Considering what we paid we really weren’t expecting the standard of room and service we received and will most definitely be returning. Well done guys, we went home very happy guests, just sad it because a week wasn’t long enough!
