* We reached late night and the staff wasn’t really welcoming * No phone in the room •No kettle or cups in the room * No towels in the room I had to go to the reception to ask for them, the receptionist brought me the towels but they were disgustingly stained. I asked him if he has clean ones, his answer was why? What’s wrong with them. I showed him that they are dirty- stained and his answer was “it’s NOT our fault, the laundry didn’t cleaned them properly”. I found the answer super unprofessional. * Safe box in the room has extra charge 12€ x week or if you are staying less it’s than a week goes 3€ x day! * Shower was disgustingly dirty, with black mold all around, insects walking. * Toilet bowl was dirty * bathroom emergency pull-string was full of black mold * Humidity all around the walls in the room * Spider net all around the doors in the hotel and in the room * Pictures of the hotel in the internet do not reflect reality * Last but not the least… housekeeping staff will wake you up at 8:30 AM, it doesn’t matter if you are on holiday they will break into your room. The hotel staff (housekeeping or other staff) they will literally knock the door and not wait even a second for you to open the door… they literally BREAK IN your room as it happened to us, while I was naked. * Food selection & quality was very average. I definitely DON’T recommend this MOTEL to anyone. Thank God we found a real Hotel in the same area to spend our last couple of days.

I was for the first time in Grecee and my experience at this hotel it was ok. The room and the bathroom it was not so special or luxury, but it was beside the sea (5 minutes from the hotel). I had a lot food to eat, too much, in my opinion.

We spent a week at Strofades beach in September. Five friends. The holiday wasn't cheap, booked all inclusive, this is where the hotel let us down. There were no mixer drinks available at the pool bar (no bar inside the hotel strangely) other than large warm plastic bottles of cheap sugary cola orange and lemonade. No tonic no soda, and NO diet drinks of any kind, this was also the case in the restaurant. One of our party was diabetic so was having to buy diet drinks from local shops, totally unacceptable after what we paid. We also had to buy bottles of tonic etc, as none of us could drink the warm bottled pop in spirits. As well as this extra expense, as mentioned in other posts if you want to use the beach its 9 euros a day each, the drinks were the same (dreadful) and food was limited cold and sparse. Totally unacceptable to be charged to lie on the hotels sunbeds when paying well over £600 for all inclusive. AI isn't what it used to be, charged for extra door keys, towel changes and safes. Have had a lot better amenities in better hotels for less money. Also unbearable around the pool area, very small and music totally deafening, cannot relax. The team try hard to entertain but it is so noisy it becomes unpleasant. Wouldn't return.

If you are English, you will ripped off! While the hotel has lovely facilities and a great location. Staff are rude and temperamental. Other nationalities are massively prioritised and favoured And it is almost as if, if you are English, you will be treated abysmally First of all our family party was separated on the first day resulting in 2 family members being sent to the Strofades” sister hotel for 2 nights. (We booked in January) We were what appeared to be lavished with our inclusive gold bands which apparently meant we had been upgraded as a good will gesture for the inconvenience! This turned out to be a sham and it was being done to most English guests. It seemed If we were to have refused the upset and remained insistent on not being moved, the usual inclusive blue bands would have been issued! These blue bands would have meant we would of not been able to use the beach bar or sunbeds on the beach! This is where the hotter lunch time snack were served! If we had these blue bands and wanted what they quoted as the full All inclusive we would have had to pay an additional 9 euros each per day, which would of totalled 100 euros a day for our party to be comfortable on this “All Inclusive” holiday for 9 people. All Inclusive should be exactly that if not stated differently when booking. If we hadn’t accepted the offer of another hotel for 2 nights we felt life would have been made very uncomfortable for us by the staff and at that.......... very expensive! It was advertised that there were 2 adult pools when in fact there is one! the pool was very cold and the sea was warmer. The pool bar snacks were meat/cheese and salad subs left on a tray on the bar and could have been left there in the heat for anything upto 4 hours with no refrigeration and being exposed to various insects. The beach bar snacks, were stale, uncooked at times, cold and very repetitive! The bar staff all but the older bar tender, were very temperamental and rude majority of the time. In fact They were very inappropriate toward the younger females. They used their job as a hunting ground to lure girls for drinks after their shifts! We have suffered stomach upset even upon returning home. They would not provide bottles of water to the English (but did to other nationalities). The menus did not cater at all for children other than pasta and chips. Ice cream is only available at meal times. They would not provide packed lunches if you were to go out for the day! The food was never warm right through and at times wasn’t even cooked properly (chicken/pork). we have been visiting Zante for many years (Kalamaki side), we are also very conversant with their Saint festivities and have enjoyed being enthralled with them. However on the first day of starting these festivities the hotel staff did not give any notice to the hotel guests that a few of their staff members would be firing shotguns at the entrances of the hotel, leaving the Remains of bullet shells on the floor. As you can imagine this caused some distress to many worrying it was something untoward happening, especially in today’s social climate! we have never experienced such trauma, illness or prejudice treatment. This is the poorest of poor All inclusive holidays by any star rating!. They management team truly let this hotel down in every way. The cleaning staff were amazing!

Booked all inclusive but on arrival were told we had to pay a further 9 euros per person per day to use the beac bar and beach sun beds , absolute joke ! Hotel was very basic and most of the staff were pleasant enough , food was ok but always cold , soft drinks were cheap and nasty . Great location but would not return to this hotel , very over priced for what you get
