I normally roll my eyes at people who give bad reviews. This hotel is not fully refurbished. we arrived late in the evening to be shown to a tiny dark room this is not what the picture of the room looked like when booking. we then had to ask many times to be moved after speaking to the manager and showing the picture we thought we was staying in and him coming to room trying to make out it was the same as the picture he did move us on day 3 to a bigger room but not much better room 107 the shower isn’t behind the screen so the floor is wet all the time and going hot and cold burning all 3 of us. Even after telling the rep about this it continued to be the same. We haven’t been in the pool since day 1 it is that dirty it turned my daughter costume green and her snorkel had algae/dirty all round it which would of made her Ill if she put in her mouth we found a lovely pool nearly the beach that we then had to pay 10 euros a day to use the loungers there. the breakfast is not nice. Maids are very nice, reception staff rude!

We stayed here in June, we wasn’t that impressed with this hotel unfortunately. Food was very basic and poor choice, we ended up eating out every night apart from one. The breakfast wasn’t nice. I loved the location and tsilivi was amazing but as for the hotel it was very average. This definitely isn’t a 4 star. The room looked nothing like the one on the jet2 website. Was very old and dated. Also had a hole in the ceiling and the shower wasn’t good. the walls and the door were very thin and often woke up in the middle of the night due to people walking around. Having said that the room was clean and the staff were very friendly.

Stayed here in July, and it was brilliant! The staff incredibly friendly, food throughout the day and the place is so clean. Also, Tsilivi is a great resort for evening entertainment and beaches. We will be back!

The Hotel was very clean and rooms serviced every day. Not much storage in the rooms though for a family, literally one wardrobe and two little bedside table drawers. Getting a sun lounger became a nightmare as people would pop down and reserve them early in morn then not turn up to use them until late PM if they came at all. Food was very nice BUT you've no chance of getting in for breakfast if you go after 8.00am so wouldn't go All Inclusive it's just not worth it. No entertainment for the kids. Drinks were pretty poor and if you asked for one at 11.01pm you couldn't have one as All Inc drinks stop being served at 11.00pm. LOVE Tsilivi, Karras Hotel was nice and the Staff were friendly enough but deffo not value for money.

4 star hotel this is not. Location good, only positive. Room dated and nothing like what was advertised. Room 107, shower head plumbed in wrong place, pointless having a shower door as no use. Bathroom flooded every time and needed numerous towels to mop up. My 15 yr old soon slipped which could have ended badly. Bathroom fittings poor and hanging off. Lady on reception unhelpful until I suggested a poor review on trip adviser, manager then became involved although not much use either. 2 days later offered another room, checked it out, although the shower was a cubicle and much improved the bed they wanted my 15 yr old son to sleep on who is nearly 6 foot was a mattress on a piece of wood on wheels. Maybe ok for an 8 yr old!! We refused it and stayed where we were due to the fact is was eating into our holiday time. Requested more to wells to mop up, never happened. Thankfully only B&B, breakfast shambolic. Tables not cleaned and reset, lack of cutlery and crockery. Food average. I would not recommend this place.

Just returned home from our all inclusive stay in this hotel. Nothing but good things to say about it; beautiful hotel, always clean and in an excellent location. Staff were always on hand and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for 7 nights. The staff was indeed very friendly and helpful. It was our first time at all inclusive, even if it was not our wish/ choice. The food was average so at least every evening we found so e good local tavern. We had a family suite, suitable for our needs but it smelled awful!!!! Even our kids mentioned the smell every time the entered the room. Once you turned on the air conditioner it became better, but still.... Since the beach was ot quite close to the hotel , we tried the pool a few times and it was great.

Stayed with my 2 teenage daughters, could not fault the hard working hotel staff. The facilities (pools, dining, entertainment etc) were brilliant and food was fantastic. The room was immaculate with daily maid service. The kids shared the double bed so I was left with a single bed up against the wall and directly under the air conditioning which was a little cramped, but it didn’t ruin my holiday. Local area was perfect for all ages - restaurants, tour guides, bars, shops, beaches and the land fun train was brilliant so everyone was happy.

Stayed here from 3rd July for 10 nights, what a great stay it was too. Lovely lovely staff, couldn't do enough for you. Was all inclusive but as we like to eat out only had a few breakfasts and 1 lunch here but had no complaints. The guy on the egg station was very friendly and was interested to know where we were from etc. Rooms cleaned daily and fresh towels, shower spot on...im normally quite fussy with showers. Initially on arriving at night we were shown to the room by the lady on reception and she was super helpful, even give us some sandwiches as were late evening arrivals, she literally carried my cases up to the room and wouldn't let me help i did try. The first night extremely hot even though we did have air conditioning so my thoughts were let's see if we can get a bigger room. I felt a bit claustrophobic, anyway the upshot was we couldn't as they were fully booked, so we did a reshuffle in the room, moved bed under air con unit and created more space, after this we were happy and could sleep comfortably. Great nights out to be had in tsilivi and we had quite a few!! Went to the beach most days as that's what we like to do although the pool was lovely the sunloungers not so comfortable, maybe something karras could look at. Certain ones had a comfy mattress on but these were very few and far between. Lovely staff again on pool bar always chat to you when you go for your drinks, we didn't stay in for entertainment as not really to our taste, but if you want a quiet evening then im sure you would enjoy. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and did not want to leave after the 10 nights. I would definitely go back one day. Thankyou Karras grande for making our stay so enjoyable.
