Postives. Location is great, short walk to the beach, small shop next door and ten minutes walk to the town. But far enough away to only hear a little noise from the night life. Although we didn't use the swimming pool it looked crystal clean. Our room looked over the small carpark which was surrounded by trees, we had a view of the hills too. We enjoyed sitting watching bats geckos and the birds from our balcony. The room was cleaned very well every day, towels and bedding changed every third day. The whole hotel was spotless. All the staff were friendly. Negatives This is a two star so bear this in mind when booking. Pay for air conditioning,as sleeping with the doors open is not really possible especially if you have noisy neighbours The room we had was very dated. We had no cooking equipment only plates ,old mugs and small amount of cutlery. We took a travel kettle. There wasn't a toaster or wine glasses or pans. The breakfast was the same every day one sausage, beans scrambled eggs and toast. Coffee or tea. The linen although clean was very old. We would definitely go back tsvilli but not this hotel as we like a bit more comfort. But it was a budget holiday and for the money it was worth it.

We went to Zakynthos trough a travel agency from our country and we booked Hotel Daisy for 2 reasons, it's very close tot the beach and the price was acceptible. When we reached to the hotel everything was good(the reception lady showed us the room, which was ok for the price that we paid for (you don't have AC but you can rent from the reception), even though I expected to have soap or shampoo, but it was ok, I had my own) Dennis from the bar was very friendly, he gave to us good recomandations of restaurants and pubs (you have to try Magdalena's cocktail bar and Planet pub). Also there is a minimarket near the hotel about 50 m far, and there you can find all you need. Something that diasapointed me was the breakfast which was very poor (I am not pretentious but I expected more than 2 slices of bread and one of ham and cheese), here I want to make a recomandation to improve the quality of this meal, maybe you can add a fruit or a salad, yogurt or different kinds of cheese or meats, maybe some pastry. The dinner was very consistent and various, I expect to have the same situation at breakfast. The hotel has a nice pool, we didn't try it, but the owners (who were daily at the hotel) recommanded to us, and also a bar near the pool where you can serve coffee, juices and also you can choose to eat the breakfast, lunch or dinner at decent prices (we had a pre-established menu from our agency for dinner so we didn't eat anything else from their menu). The rooms are clenead everyday and the towels and bed sheets are changed once at 3 days, we had a room with a view to the pool, where during the day were guest and maybe is a bit loudly, but we didt't stayed at the hotel very much so for us the room was just to sleep at night. To sum up all the things it was a successful holiday, we loved the city and the people, also the food was very good and of course, the sunrises and the beach. We will come back one day!

Cheap, cheerful & clean. This is a basic 2 star hotel and you get what you pay for. The pool is amazing though - spotlessly clean and cold just what you need. We have never had to put towels in loungers as they are always available. Julianus in the bar is fab - so helpful and funny too. Hotel is a maximum of 10 minutes from the beach and town (all on the flat) This is our 2nd visit and will be back.

Fourth visit now. Friendly family run hotel. Very clean, regular friendly, maid service - great bar staff - very entertaining!! Olympic Holidays have introduced B&B which is the only option and this doesn’t suit a lot of people (including ourselves). Otherwise close to beach and town with supermarket next door - so well worth a visit 😎

Great stay with friends for a week away. Hotel is basic but is clean and had everything you need. Pool area is always quiet which is great for not having to worry about getting a sunbed. Staff are friendly especially the two men who work on the bar during the day. Great customer service
