I booked this back in March where the only reviews were from 2019 so when new reviews started to come in I was worried and even thought about changing hotel. I’m so glad I didn’t! Been to a different area of zante a few times but this was our first stay in Tsvilli. Yes it’s a 2* and you get what you pay for ! It’s a standard family run greek hotel and I’ve definitely been to worse! It was a bit dated but it has everything we needed. Was very clean! Cleaners came daily new toilet roll daily and sheets and towels changed I think twice in our week stay. Didn’t try any of the food at the bar but it was always busy and if you don’t like what they have to offer you’re literally 5 mins walk to the main strip with loads of options! Wi-Fi wasn’t great but I got 5g the whole time which is included in my phone package so might just want to check before going you won’t be charged extra. But we hardly used our phones we were always out and about. Such a good location so close to the beach and at the end of the strip so everything is walking difference but it wasn’t so busy being out of the way. Staff were always polite when we spoke to them so no issue there. Very relaxing by the pool and the pool area always clean. All in all an amazing stay we are getting married close by in a couple of years and will suggest this hotel to guests! Hope no one is put off by other reviews and if you don’t want basic don’t book a 2* !

We have just returned from an 11 night stay at the Daisy apartments, and after being worried over previous reviews we read before going had a great stay. Yes the room was a tad dated but large and spotlessly clean, we were in room 101 at the back of the hotel looking over a field with olive trees, so peaceful. The staff work so hard and are very friendly and helpful. We had fresh towels and sheets every 3rd day. The pool bar food was really lovely and Nick the barman is amazing. We knew when booking there was no kettle so took our own. Overall a great stay would return. Lovely resturants and bars on the way into town, just a 5/10 .inute stroll.Recommend Oasis bar and Avra resturant opposite amazing food.

We stayed here for 10 days in September, lot of mixed reviews. Got to bare in mind it states self catering, but it doesn’t include microwave/kettle/toaster very basic self catering facilities. We were fully aware of this before we went so no complaint from us as we knew before we arrived. It’s a 2* hotel & I 100% would give the hotel a 3* & staff, pool, reception area & comfortable beds a 5*. Fantastic spot to be for beach & all the superb restaurants. We stayed in room 110, balcony on the back looking out on to olive trees. So quiet & yes the aircon is 90 euros which we had for 7 nights & didn't on the last 3 nights as was a bit cooler. Maybe Daisy Hotel tip you might want to include it in the holiday price & people would just pay it without complaining. Don’t let the bad reviews put you off staying at this hotel, make your own mind up we weren’t disappointed & will be back. Cheers to the barman & reception staff for being so friendly 🌞🕶👍😘

I’m not going to write a lengthy review, but just touch on the points that are important. Hotel receptionist during the day was somewhat attentive but staff member during the evening was atrocious, lacked simple understanding of English so most issues were lost in translation. Plumbing was terrible, in most instances having to flush three or four times before waste was removed. Room itself, despite dated, was what you would expect for a two star. The bathroom however was, in our opinion, not even worthy of one star status. Limescale is attached to most of the faucets, extraction fan cord was covered in black mould, shower tray was tiny and curtain was unsanitary. Cleaning staff on one of the days left our room door completely open whilst we were out. The door wasn’t just unlocked, it was open. This is where I have the issue with the evening hotel staff as I mentioned this, clearly furious, and it was like it wasn’t a problem. Basic facilities that you would expect with a room, such as a fan for the heat, a television, a phone for reception in emergencies and a kettle to boil water should it be needed are not available in the room. If you wanted these extra services, charges were extortionate. For example it was €90 per week for air conditioning. Additionally, if your room had air-conditioning you were not afforded the opportunity to rent a fan for the lower price of €15 per week. You had to take the AC. Outrageous. Prices for the pool bar we’re also inflated considering this is a two star Hotel. For example, a chip butty which is essentially a baguette and a portion of chips was €6. It is a shame as this hotel has a lot of potential, but price gouging and lack of customer service has led us to the conclusion we will not be returning customers.

What a lovely place to stay. This hotel has mixed reviews without baring in mind it is a 2 strar. The hotel is traditional, clean and well maintained. The staff are friendly and helpful. The beds are extremely comfortable with brilliant self catering facilities. The shop is literally next door and the beach is only a 5 minute walk. Taverners and bars are a 15 min walk. It is ideally situated and not far from the airport. The pool and sun loungers were the best I've used.

I stayed at the Daisy hotel Tsilivi aug 22. My daughter & her family stayed in a villa close by, after reading the reviews I was worried about my stay as a lot of them are negative. Once I arrived I was welcomed by a lovely receptionist who was very helpful. I did pay extra for air con & a kettle but these was things I needed & for the price of the room it really wasn’t much extra. My room was lovely & clean I also had a lovely little balcony with a view of the fields behind. The maid came in & cleaned every day, & I opted for the full English breakfast(€8) which they had cooking for me every morning before I got down 🙂 overall I have to say I am more then impressed with my stay at Daisy hotel, it was clean & tidy, the staff was very pleasant & helpful I really can’t fault it. I was a short walk away from the busy town which I was happy with as there was no noise where I was staying. Please don’t look too much into the reviews come here with an open mind & experience it for your self you will be pleasantly surprised, I will 100% recommend & be back.

First time staying here and to be honest I’m 50/50 if I would again! On arrival we entered a beautiful looking reception area and was welcomed by a friendly receptionist, who showed us to our rooms via a lift to the first floor. Rooms were spacious, clean and accommodated with very basic self catering facilities, glad I brought MY OWN KETTLE AS ONE IS NOT PROVIDED!! Unlike others have said, the bins were emptied and floors were swept everyday, towels were replaced every other day, bedding changed twice whist we was there for 11 days. We did pay for the air con and the added bonus for this is that you can leave it on all day as a remote control is provided, it was bliss being able to walk into a cold room after very hot days. The bathroom is typical for Greece, shower was temperamental but it did the job! Now for a negative…. Although the pool area is clean we used it once for our entire stay and this was because of the negativity of the other guests and staff, no one spoke or even bothered to respond when you said “good morning”, there was no atmosphere at all and it was really off putting with an uncomfortable vibe, which is quite a sad situation. The placement of the apartments is about a 5 minute walk to the bottom end of the town and a couple minutes walk to the beach and a small supermarket is directly next door which came in really handy for snacks and drinks to take back to the room. If, like me, you are just looking for a base then these apartments are ideal but I would say that they are more catered for couples, or families with much older children

We are currently staying at Daisy hotel in Tsilivi on arrival we were put into a room with no air con after requesting one & after complaining moved to a room with one & after unpacking went for food came back to a very large puddle leaking air con went complained moved to another room had to buy own toilet rolls & after 5 day’s room had not been cleaned or bedding & towels changed only done after complaining to rep we are self catering with only 2 cups & Glasses . At least 8 couple’s complaining to rep & a rep from another company asking us all about the problems. Yesterday I had a missed phone call from jet2 then text message asking if we had our bathroom cleaned when I got back to room got a not saying bedding & towels get changed twice a week & also do not throw your sheets on the floor which we have never done . I’m here with my daughter & clean the room every morning & the owners were very rude & when I asked for the note back to show jet2 they refused. Paid £50 for taxi to & back from jet2 office to complain direct & they will get back to me with 3 options 1 resolve 2 move us for next 2 weeks but we have to pay 3 fly home & we would have to pay for flight’s.

Rooms were basic, but fine for a base. Charge of 105€ for air con! Which was reduced to 90€ the day before we left (probably because no one bought it) when our friends up the road paid 5€ a day. Ripped sheets, basic old cutlery and crockery, 15€ charge for a kettle and no option of toaster, no toilet roll given. Cleaning was of a poor standard, 1 day theyd empty the bins the next you might find clean towels or your sheets folded, and only swept through once ... very random! However if you want to change your own towels or sheets you can ask at reception for them. Pool area was amazingly clean and lovely in all honesty. Prices of drinks were extortionate! 2 vodkas 16€ then you pay for sprite on top 18€ 3.5€ for a bottle of beer, 4€ for a soft drink Food was beyond poor, the thinest cheese and onion toastie I've ever been given, no taste might aswell of had toast. I also had poached eggs on dry toast with were overcooked, I had to smother in salt just to get the mouth watering enough to swallow it lol my partner did enjoy the omelette though. Staff were not interested in making you feel welcome, only smile and bit of conversation I got was from the young bar man... It's almost like they've given up, no effort made anywhere... Ideal if you want to be left alone and moan round the pool with other guests about the lack of everything or you literally just want a base. Cost 8€ in taxi to the main street, totally walkable in about 10 -15 mins but it was so hot and no air I'd melted half way up the road. Beach again is a 10 minute walk away Supermarket next door, convenient but cheaper and more variety in the town.
