My mum and I recently stayed in suite 101 and the whole experience was amazing.

All the staff at St Johns suites from the reception staff, the people driving the buggy and the staff at the restaurant are very friendly and professional and made us feel very welcome at all times.

The suite itself was out of this world it was immaculate the decor was very stylish and a great size for two people with lots of seating and a very comfortable bed. It had all the amenities you could wish for hair dryer, iron , Kettle and coffee machine along with a fridge.

The pool was a really good size and the views were incredible overlooking Tsillivi , there is plenty of seating outside including a day bed which was very comfortable and sun loungers.

The suites have its own restaurant which we eat in every morning for breakfast which was very tasty and there was a massive selection to choose from something for everyone.
We eat in the other restaurant on the first night the food was great and the cocktail was the best I tasted in tsivilli

The location of the suites was about a 15 minute walk from Tsivilli town we walked down and got a taxi back up to our suites most evenings and spent all day making the most of our fantastic pool.

Overall I cannot fault this place every single thing about our stay was amazing highly recommend anyone to book this place you won’t be disappointed!

The room was stunning, beautiful interiors that felt carefully chosen and maintained impeccably. Incredibly clean and airy. The view was wonderful, day and night. The pool was perfect sized for two, felt very private and calm (was 1.5m, so if you’re petite.. may like a float!). Staff were so warm, friendly and genuine - helped us navigate the local area and book trips and car hire all from the hotel. Really highly recommend.

Me and my family had a weeks stay in June, we had a 2 bedroom villa (Apricot). On arrival staff were friendly and helpful and there was a service to take you to your villa with baggage etc which was useful. Private, gated entry which felt very safe, nice size pool and cleaned every day. Villa inside was nice but not as good as it seems in images - some dated furniture and the kitchen was the biggest let down as was very small and old fashioned. Air con in every room which was great in the heat. WiFi was a big issue for us especially with a teenager as it constantly cut off. Plenty of toiletries, towels etc supplied and maid service everyday if you wanted it. Shower heads in both bathrooms couldn't attach to wall fittings as they were loose and dangerous. Beds overall not bad but not amazing either. Restaurant wasn't far for us which was good, service was great and food was the best part of this experience - especially the coffee!
Biggest thing to note was the hill upon which the accommodation is set. There are 2 hills down/up which are both extremely steep and winding and in the heat it was a nightmare. We relied heavily on taxis to get back to the villa and thought the location was a bit far from the main area of Tsilivi. This has its good and bad points as it is peaceful and private but is hard work when wanting to explore freely. We would say its not really a 5 star property but maybe a 4 at most.
Overall we had a great stay and would recommend!

We visited St. John's for the second year in a row. This time we stayed at a suite (last year we stayed at a villa). The suites complex has a modern and minimalist aesthetic to it, furnished with glass walls and having great sea views of Tsilivi beach. A totally different experience than the previous time, but with service remaining outstanding! We enjoyed our breakfast at Noya restaurant, which was exquisite (with a selection of over 10 dishes to choose from), while the gym offered the facilities for us to keep in shape even during vacation. Can't wait to visit again next year!

If there was one word to describe this place, it would be "Superb ".
Amazing in decor, spotlessly clean, all the staff were friendly and the service in the restaurant professional and polite.
The wifi was very fast and i could connect very easily in all areas of the accommodation.
The food was great and tasty and the cocktails very special.we chose the " Romantic note" and it was really a very good choice .
The bartender Tony was knowledgeable and helped us choose the right cocktail .
The breakfast was spectacular. We chose the "noya breakfast" and everything was fresh and tasty. We really enjoyed the view, the food and the excellent service.
Also the view from our room was breathtaking. The suite we stayed in was private ,very comfortable and the pool very clean.
The location of the accommodation is very close to the centre of tsilivi.
The best choice we could have made.
I highly recommend it.

Thank you for making our holiday so special.

We’ve just returned from a week’s stay and absolutely loved our time here. The staff are amazing and cannot do enough for you, food was excellent and the room and pool were cleaned thoroughly everyday. Room service always arrived quickly and was good quality. Bottled water was available on arrival and topped up in the mini bar. The room and pool area are very private and well furnished. Only small negative was that the shower didn’t drain properly, the water pooled away from the drain but this was such a small issue in an otherwise beautiful suite.

I think it's only fair that this place gets the full and proper review it deserves from start to finish.

The Accommodation: The private suites are simply amazing, set on the backdrop of Tsilivi overlooking the Ionian the setting really is beautiful, with your own private area complete with private pool and day bed you can just escape from reality out here all day long. The area is very private and set away from the main building, there is a golf cart on demand that can take you to and from your room. Inside the room itself, its fabulous. The bed is huge and the comfort is like nothing ive ever experienced from a holiday room. Shower is fantastic and the general ambience of the room is second to none. Netflix also available on the TV for that late night wind down.

The Restaurant: You wont believe the portion sizes here, there's no need for lunch once you've got one of the many breakfast options down you. It will see you right through to Dinner time where you'll be ready to be full of great quality food and refreshing Drink. The service is of the highest quality and there's nothing the staff wont be willing to do for you. The half board menu is comprehensive and theres something for everyone.

Overall I cannot wait to get back here, if you are after a relaxing holiday of sitting back, relaxing, eating and drinking then this is the place for you.

For the third row we spent our holidays at St. John suites in Zakynthos. Though we were not sure if this would be possible this year due to Covid-19 we fortunately managed to come back again. The time we spent here was great as usual, the hotel staff very friendly and always at our service. The suites are very spacy, comfortable and clean. Sometimes we ordered room service other times we went to the suites restaurant which is located in the main building and absolutely quite with a very pleasant atmosphere and a breathtaking sea view. All dishes we ordered were absolutely delicious. A buggy transfer from/to main building is always available and brings clients any time to the main building and back. The safety regulations concerning COVID -19 are kept from the hotel and the staff very strictly. The tables in the restaurants have the necessary distances between , everywhere is liquid for desinfection provided and all the employees are wearing masks. Another bonus which made our holiday very comfortable was the hunger-speed WiFi . We will definitely be back next year!!

Just stayed at St John suites. On a positive note, the rooms are lovely and Ray in the restaurant is fab. That’s pretty much as positive as it gets.
Unlike most hotels that deem themselves 5*, there is very little customer care or thought.
You are only allowed one coffee pod and one milk each per day. And if you ask for more, you are told to ‘wait for housekeeping’.
Reception staff rude, bottled water in the room chargeable at £2 per small bottle, and food is pretty crap.
This isn’t a cheap hotel by any means and having stayed at loads of 5* hotels, is by far the worst we have ever stayed in.
Make sure you bring your own shower gel as none is provided. Bring plenty of cash as if it’s raining and you want to order room service, there is a £10 charge for delivery.
If you want a true 5* in Greece for the same price I fully recommend the Lindos Grand in Rhodes. The difference is unbelievable.

First of all i have to say that the staff of the hotel was excellent and kind ane they helped a lot during my vacation. Then the view was amazing and you could see the waves of the sea and tsilivi village. Also one more point is the WiFi that had an amazing speed in all the areas of accomodation, the air conditioning worked perfectly and the room service was brilliant and Tony was very helpful. About the Restaurant i tasted the salmon and it was fresh and tasty. I also took The wild sea from signature cocktails was fantastic and absolute premium like the description. About the breakfast i took the healthy and i have to say it was really good. Also Irene was there for everything i needed and she makes me feel comfortable like my home. I definitely recommend this hotel for everyone who wants a premium experience and real great people.
