First off all these suites r amazing. Own private pool and great views over looking tsvilie .just remember it's a lot hotter up in the country side.a taxi to town was 10euro each way .but the town is wonderfull.resteraunt is wonderfull and all the staff was amazing. They couldn't do enough for you.right only a few downsides to this .the bar in your room everything is 4 euros even chocolate so becarefull you won't a big bar bill at end of week.wine in restaurants is only served in bottles and not bye the glass.thers a spar in town very cheap big cola or orange etc is only 1 .5 euros.but I would definitely return here very soon 5 star for me
My mum and I recently stayed in suite 101 and the whole experience was amazing. All the staff at St Johns suites from the reception staff, the people driving the buggy and the staff at the restaurant are very friendly and professional and made us feel very welcome at all times. The suite itself was out of this world it was immaculate the decor was very stylish and a great size for two people with lots of seating and a very comfortable bed. It had all the amenities you could wish for hair dryer, iron , Kettle and coffee machine along with a fridge. The pool was a really good size and the views were incredible overlooking Tsillivi , there is plenty of seating outside including a day bed which was very comfortable and sun loungers. The suites have its own restaurant which we eat in every morning for breakfast which was very tasty and there was a massive selection to choose from something for everyone. We eat in the other restaurant on the first night the food was great and the cocktail was the best I tasted in tsivilli The location of the suites was about a 15 minute walk from Tsivilli town we walked down and got a taxi back up to our suites most evenings and spent all day making the most of our fantastic pool. Overall I cannot fault this place every single thing about our stay was amazing highly recommend anyone to book this place you won’t be disappointed!…
Room was absolutely beautiful, my only comment would be there should be a little kitchen, as there is nothing around you at all, maybe just to make up a little salad etc, was so nice having your own pool with beautiful views, the staff are so lovely and helpful, and The cleaner is fab, we ate in the restaurant for breakfast but that was all, plenty of choice, there was a couple next to us who thought they owned the place and complained if anyone played music, we played music on our phone no speaker just a phone, from 3pm-8pm and they complained, sorry but I like to list to music while I sunbathe and drink wine, they also complained about another room who had music on, it was 2pm we didn’t actually think it was that load, they even called reception to get them to come Listen, everyone paid for a holiday, so I do think it was wrong for the hotel to tell the other couple to Turn music off i n the afternoon, but the reception did send us a bottle of wine as an apology as we didn’t Warrant a complaint ,…
Faultless! Amazing location and accommodation. Staff are just the best. Especially joanna and Lisa/Elizabeth in the suites restaurant. Quiet except for one suite playing music really loud...but Staff dealt with it promptly. There for10 nights.. Got home and re booked immediately. Paradise 50s bar in tzilvi is a must for cocktails. Sir Anthony.
We are nearing the end of our 1 week stay in one of the 10 suites. The location is so peaceful with stunning views over olive groves and the sea. Each suite has total privacy and the swimming pool is of a very good size. Breakfast: We have only eaten in the resort's restaurant each morning for breakfast. The food and choice is excellent. I have really enjoyed working my way through the numerous pancake options each day and have decided chocolate was my favourite! We travelled a little nervously with food in mind as my wife has just been diagnosed as Coeliac and was apprehensive about what she could eat / not wanting to make a scene asking numerous questions. I can say that the breakfast team have been amazing in coming up with options that she can have and she made the most of it. We would like to say a special mention and thank you to Joanna who has been amazing. Joanna talked through the options, what they could do as alternatives and even went especially out of her way to purchase some GF chocolate that we took away and enjoyed today. Joanna is a real star and we thank her very much for her help this week, which was done with such warmth and sincerity. I would also like to recognise and thank the lady who cleaned our room each day. Sadly, I do not have her name but in all my years of travel I have not seen a more thorough clean done each day. Our room was left spotless. We have enjoyed our stay; the quality of the suites and the service has been excellent, we don't want to leave.…

My boyfriend and I had a really good time, everything was perfect, nice staff, clean room and amenities, and good food. The private pool with view on the sea was a must! We’ll come back next year and highly recommend for a weekend, or longer!
We came for a quick weekend trip from London ahead of the start of the season. The staff was great, good food and the suits matched perfectly the description. Very happy, we'll come back next year for sure, we have already checked availabilities :)
A great week spent at the St John’s Suites. The accommodation was as described and the pictures do it justice. A lovely suite, well presented, spacious and very comfortable. The outdoor space was private with a good size pool, comfortable furniture and fantastic views over Tsilivi, and Kefalonia across the sea. Modern, well presented and well maintained. The staff were fabulous. Friendly, efficient and extremely helpful. The restaurant adds to the experience. Very well presented with a good choice of menu supported by great taste. We enjoyed everything from the plentiful breakfast, the light lunch (highly recommend the chicken Caesar salad) and evening meals (whilst we dined in Tsilivi on a few occasions you need not venture beyond St John’s). Fantastic food…….with a view. Then there is Nick and Ray in the restaurant who deserve a particular mention. Attentive, courteous, friendly from the moment we arrived and throughout our stay………..both proactively support a positive holiday experience and are a credit to St John’s. A very easy and solid 5 star rating. Thank you to all the staff.…
Just stayed at St John suites. On a positive note, the rooms are lovely and Ray in the restaurant is fab. That’s pretty much as positive as it gets. Unlike most hotels that deem themselves 5*, there is very little customer care or thought. You are only allowed one coffee pod and one milk each per day. And if you ask for more, you are told to ‘wait for housekeeping’. Reception staff rude, bottled water in the room chargeable at £2 per small bottle, and food is pretty crap. This isn’t a cheap hotel by any means and having stayed at loads of 5* hotels, is by far the worst we have ever stayed in. Make sure you bring your own shower gel as none is provided. Bring plenty of cash as if it’s raining and you want to order room service, there is a £10 charge for delivery. If you want a true 5* in Greece for the same price I fully recommend the Lindos Grand in Rhodes. The difference is unbelievable.…
