I Stopped here Aug 2019 with my partner and 2 children and really enjoyed our first stay in zante. The hotel is really nice and the staff are excellent. We stayed half board and the room we had was overlooking the pool with a good view. Rooms are reasonably sized with a nice balcony to sit out on, the only complaints I have of the room is the sofa bed was really uncomfortable and the shower started to flood into the kitchen if you were in for more than 10 minutes. There is a good selection of Food with something for everybody. The hotel has a really nice pool which can get busy at times but we always seemed to get a sunbed when we went down. There is usually some entertainment in the sambuca bar on an evening and would definitely recommend spending a couple of evenings in there. The location is really good with lots of shops and restaurants all around the hotel and the beach is a short walk just down the road. There is a bowling alley straight across the road from the hotel which also has pool tables, ping pong tables and arcade games which is really good for kids and adults. I would also recommend the mini golf which is not far from the hotel. My kids wanted to go here every night they loved it. The water park is really good day out also. If you go book the Zante water village trip rather than the Tsilivi water park as this is a lot better in my opinion. We also booked a full day boat trip around the island visiting shipwreck island and turtle Island which are both must see's. I would book the smaller half day trips though as we thought the full day trip was a bit too much for our kids. All in all Zante is a beautiful place and I would definitely recomend the Plaza Pallas hotel.

Wow a perfect family bed and breakfast located in middle of resort walking distance to good quality bars, restaurants, tavernas, beach and waterpark. Rooms other than standard are very modern and spacious with amenities, the hotel offers b&b and half board with the olive garden - we stayed b&b again fantastic choice fried breakfast with hash browns, continental, fruit, pastries and fresh granola Cereal bars, we heard nothing but things about the half board also. Tsilivi has everything to off a family whilst feeling safe and welcome…waterpark, crazy golf, watersports, inflatables in sea, on the beach, bowling, arcade park!!

Thank you so much to all the staff Wynn, Sabrina on reception all the girls at the bar and not forgetting Spiros and Billy!!! We will be back for sure my son maybe for the season 😂

We have just returned from a seven night holiday with two children age 3 and 7. From the moment we arrived to the day we left, service at Plaza Palace was 100%. The staff are so warm and welcoming. We stayed in a deluxe double room which was spacious and had everything we needed. The pool is family friendly and had a lovely relaxed atmosphere. Meals are served at the Olive Garden with a buffet style breakfast and a fab menu on an evening which changed daily. There was the option to have dinner instead of tea which suited us perfectly so that we could visit other restaurants in town. The Sambuca bar has such good energy and was a hit with everyone. There is a little turtle sanctuary on site which was amazing for the kids. This hotel is in a prime location within very close walking distance to the town and beach. Honestly, we had such an amazing holiday and wish we could have stayed longer as there was so much more to see and do. We intend to return to Tsilivi and stay once again at Plaza Palace. Thank you for a fabulous holiday.

The pool area is amazing and there are plenty of sunbeds around the pool. The grounds are beautiful and we really liked our balcony. Staff are friendly and very helpful - we did however think that €10 an hour for a room extension is fairly extortionate especially if you have a late flight and don’t want to check out at 11:00! Air conditioning is €6 per night which seems reasonable.

The bar staff at Sambucas are lovely people - they welcome you as friends and will always make time for a chat with you.

We stayed in a junior suite - the room was spacious and it was nice to have a shower that doesn’t completely flood the bathroom as seems to be the norm in a lot of Greek accommodation. We were slightly surprised that there was not a single drawer meaning that we had to dig socks out from our suitcase every evening. The beds were also not the comfiest (hard mattress) hence us rating our overall experience as a 4 rather than a 5.

Staying at Hotel Plaza Pallas in Tsilivi was the Best thing that could happen to us so far. The hotel is exellent, highly above 3 stars, it should have at least 4, if not even 5 stars. The cuisine is really top range, we haven't ate like this in 5 * hotels nowhere in Greece before. The personel is really great, I can't describe them in words, I can only say thanks to them all, aspecially Dyonisios and Panos was great, so was Olga. Their Olive garden restaurant is also open to the public, and if you want to get 1.class experience of local cuisine, let Dyonisios leed you all the way, he won't disapoint you. Top class are also the rooms ( big, minimalistic, with fridge), pool (not big, but very clean) and green garden around the hotel with turtles in a pond. We deffinitely recommend this hotel for anykind off visit.

What can I say about this wonderfully run hotel that hasn’t already been said.
First impressions on our arrival were excellent. Everything explained to us by a very friendly member of reception staff.
Room was very spacious and clean. Air conditioning was a godsend with the heat and a bargain at €6 a day.
Rooms were cleaned everyday by wonderful friendly staff.
There were no sun bed relays which was great - always beds available throughout the day.
Breakfast was served by the lovely Marie - Lena who couldn’t do enough for you and always had a smile on her face.
There was plenty of choice so you didn’t go hungry.
The evening meals were excellent. You had a different menu every night, from which you had 4 choices to pick from; starters, main courses & desserts. All the food was presented and cooked to the highest quality.
The staff who work at the front of house such as Marie- Lena, Costa, Joanna, Eve were always busy but found time to speak to you. Over seeing it all was Angelica. Thank you for all your hard work.
The Sambuca Bar,which is part of the hotel but open to the public, is run by a great team of people who work very hard. The atmosphere is buzzing every night.
Gesi, Billy, Zoe & Olga thank for all you do & for helping make our holiday so enjoyable.
Last, but not least, Spyros the owner of this wonderful place. He is a lovely friendly man and will go out of his way to speak to you.
Thank you for a wonderful holiday. We will definitely be back!!

Stayed for 10 nights June 2024. Pros Lovely modern hotel with great pool area, comfy sunbeds never a problem getting one. Also accommodating in changing evening meal to lunchtime.Friendly helpful staff couldn't do enough to help you.Cons Junior suite had partition wall between lounge and bedroom, air conditioning isn't effective, needs a second unit in the bedroom. The bedroom was boiling at night, especially with the recent heatwave.Eventually got a fan and things were much better.Cleaning, our sheets and towels were not changed for 3 days, nor was the shower cubicle cleaned. On the 4th day, I spoke to the cleaner who said that she didn't understand English and got a translating machine out.I showed her a dirty towel and she explained she had been called out on an urgent matter on the translator. Shocking that I had to mention things to her.She said that she would change things but it would make her late, shame she didn't do the job properly in the first place. Also would have preferred to serve ourselves at the buffet breakfast. Shame this is a lovely family run hotel but we were so disappointed in the lack of air con in the room and the quality of cleaning.Wouldn't return.

Just back from Plaza Pallas, I can't rate the hotel high enough, from getting there to leaving everything was spot on.
The room was a Double Deluxe nice size with balcony facing the pool the only negative thing in the room was lack of a wardrobe and draws, there was hanging space but not a great deal.
The staff in both Sambuca bar and Olive Garden restaurant were fantastic very attentive and friendly, the owner of the Hotel Spyros and is family are always present and always take time to talk to you. We found the food to be excellent we were half board. We never struggled to get sunbeds round the pool and we didn't have to get up at 7 to do the pool rush. 😂😂.
Overall Fantastic place.

Our gratitude goes to the proprietors of Plaza Pallas Hotel for making our entire stay most enjoyable and memorable.
Our late arrival in the evening was met with a warm welcome from Lillian and the restaurant was kept open and fully staffed to provide us with freshly prepared meals of our choice. This alone demonstrates the kind and caring nature of this establishment and the whole team's hospitality towards their guests.
Special thanks to the restaurant team including Angelos, Elpida and Ada; and of course Angelica for fostering a wonderful atmosphere in the restaurant where the courtesy she afforded to her staff was reflected in their enthusiastic engagement with guests. We were particularly impressed with Michael and Panos's friendly nature, both of whom helped make the hotel feel like family.
We shall certainly recommend this hotel and hope to come again.
Many thanks and kind regards
Arun and family

Excellent stay in a prime placed hotel close to bars, restaurants and beach. The staff are extremely polite and friendly and the hotel and rooms are spotless.
Our room was cleaned daily and the towels changed every other day and bedding every 3 days.
Breakfast was very good, plenty of choice both hot and cold which changed on a daily basis.
Only ate here once in the evening and it was very good although the service was awful. After being shown to our table we waited 20 minutes for some one to take our order.
The bar area is good, well stocked with plenty of choice although they are a bit tight with the size of the spirits.
Only downside was that the air conditioning wasn't very good - we had a junior suite and they had built a wall between the A/C unit and the sleeping area.
The pool area was never cleaned, floor dirty and never washed down, stains on floor where drinks were spilt.
