This was my first trip to Greece and the Greek islands. I stayed at the Zante Maris Suites on Zante. Whilst here I had my very first massage and the massage therapist Eleni was really excellent. Her calm energy and professional and friendly manner were really appreciated. I believe that one of the most important things in this industry is that a therapist should reflect the service that they offer and this was the key thing that I experienced during this massage. It really was very calming and positive and I have no hesitation to recommend Eleni to other guests staying here.

Good points 1) Mariela , the receptionist who speaks excellent English and is friendly and helpful 2) swimming pool is excellent nicely heated 3) having breakfast overlooking truly panoramic view Bad points 1) hotel is up a very steep hill and unless you are extremely fit walking up and down isn’t viable. Having said that the hotel are very good at whisking you up and down the hill in a golf buggy. 2) you have to use a QR code to access the food menu. Small black paper napkins at breakfast, surely if you are staying in a 5 star establishment you should be given white linen ones. Cooked breakfast often cold and comes with salad! 3) they called the rooms suites but a bedroom and bathroom don’t make a suite. Extremely small bath towels and often frayed. Sockets aren’t near mirrors. Bedrooms aren’t user friendly. Very stark flooring, concrete is not exactly luxurious. Lighting in bedrooms meant reading at night is difficult as there are only tiny lamps which point downwards to the bedroom tables and certainly in room 111 all central lights were fixed over wash basins or at the other end of the room over the bath. 4) we were allocated room 105 and the noise from the bar and reception carries up the concrete stairs making it impossible to get to sleep. After complaining we were offered room 111 which as soon as we walked in stank. This was sorted out by the housekeeping staff I should add. I have since read room 111 has had smell problems in the past. The worst problem was that the heating system wasn’t working and the control panel didn’t do anything. We asked at reception and were told that it had to be set by them. That clearly didn’t work either and a technician came who adjusted the heating control in the bedroom. This worked for a day but we were told we should have kept the key card in the slot at all times! The room has an enormous bath in front of the window and the only way to open the curtains is to clamber in the bath. The shower controls leave something to be desired as to operate the large shower head you get very cold water drenching you before you can engage the control There are lots of positive reviews but this hotel doesn’t live up to its 5 star billing on many issues.

We stayed here 14 - 24th Sept, and both agree this is the best Tui Blue hotel we have stayed at. Great hotel with lovely beach, really close to the town filled with shops, bars and restaurants. From our arrival when the staff greeted us with a cool drink and easy check in to when we left 10 days later the staff were amazing, nothing was too much trouble, the housekeeping was so good even changed our towels twice a day. The food was delicious always something you fancy. So many staff need a mention but here's just a few, thankyou Clare , Veronica & Tony for the activities crew, Artemis and Achillies and others from the bar not forgetting Sakkl for my daily free massage. We had a lovely holiday and will be back. Ken and Angie x

We stayed for 10 nights at this beautiful hotel. From the moment we arrived we were treated with kindness, warmth, and genuine welcomes and smiles beneath the team’s masks. Our room with a pool off our private terrace was clean, comfortable and airy. The food was fantastic - the choices for breakfast were many and varied, and dinner was special every evening with the beautiful views from the deck. The cocktails were top-class, prepared by an artist who was meticulous in his professionalism and presentation. But what makes the Zante Maris Suites outstanding is the staff. Each and every one was committed to our comfort and wellbeing. Special thanks to Mariela on the front desk, Maria, Eleni, Carol, Eleana, Nikos, Dimitris and Andreas who all looked after us so amazingly well. (Apologies to any team members we have missed! As two travel professionals working in the airline and tourism industry - we were blown away by a fantastic stay here. Thank you - you are all brilliant and I would not hesitate to recommend any travellers reading this review to stay at this beautiful hotel for as long as you possibly can. We can’t wait to come back next year!

a place to definetely stay while in Tsivili, beautiful location where harmony and balance can be feel. The Staff is professional, friendly and welcoming! the room are well designed, very cleaned! Stay in Junior Suite, with rooster alarm o’clock for free is, but hey nature can only bring good in humanity. Pool is small but relaxing! Top of the PoP is the Poolbar, the best drinks made by the best barman, Strawberry Pie my favourite. Breakfast is also fantastic, i can only recommend and would definetely come again! Thank you to all Zante Maris Suites for making our stay so wonderful.

We loved our stay, the hotel is so well kept and is in a wonderful setting. We were lucky enough to have a room with a pool and this was so worth it, the views are incredible and the hotel has a great energy. I know some people have commented on the decor but I think honestly it is just that this is more of a 5 star hotel with an Ibiza boho chic vibe rather than a 5 star traditional vibe. Everything is concrete with modern decor, white cotton minimal which we really loved. The food and cocktails were amazing and it is on a hill but the staff will take you up and down by golf buggy whenever you want. We couldn’t fault the staff they are all really hardworking and will do anything for you. We loved our stay it was a blissful and peaceful two weeks and we would recommend to anyone wanting to stay here.

This is the best hotel/suite we've ever stayed in. You pay a lot of money but it's definitely worth it. Only 1 tip. The hotel offers a boattrip for 400 euro to shipwreck beach and the blue caves. Don't do this. We expected a luxury boat and great service. But we were picked up by a captain who's car almost fell apart and the boat was not luxurious at all. Besides that the waves were to high to enjoy the boattrip. We got a little sea sick and got pain in our backs from the boat crashing into the waves. They shouldn't offer boattrips when the sea is too rough. The boattrip was from Abba travel. But the hotel shouldn't offer this. They told us we wouldn't find anything cheaper but that is not true. They alsof told us drinks were included but this is also not true. We felt really screwed.

We have spent a week here on a Jet2 package in a suite with private pool. I do a lot of research before booking any holiday so I pretty much knew it was going to be good, but boy, it's really exceeded my expectations. All the basics are right, amazingly friendly and warm staff (management, waiting staff, the guys who are always there to offer a buggy ride etc. , housekeeping, reception), great aircon, great WiFi, immaculately clean, incredible high quality breakfast including buffet and kitchen prepped dishes to order all served in lovely surroundings. We loved the calm and relaxed atmosphere that pervaded everyone and everywhere. The room with private infinity pool was fantastic. If you're a sun worshipper it may be worth noting you won't get the sun all day on the fixed sunbed (also as the suites are mirrored so different reviews will give different experiences of this) however this suited us fine and in fact we had a parasol brought to our terrace so we could lie in the shade when we were too hot. I don't really know what else to say, we're travelling home tomorrow but would love another week here. Highly recommended.

We spent 11 days in this beautiful hotel and we are absolutely certain that we will be back. As the rest of the guests I can recommend this place to anybody who seeks tranquility and pure relaxation. Amenities of the hotel are outstanding! We stayed in a private pool suite and it was worth it! What really made this hotel special for us was staff! From the first moment we opened the gate we were met with friendliness, kindness and professionalism. In almost 40 degrees heatwave they kept on wearing their face masks, making sure all guests were safe. Every little request was met with a smile. We would like to thank again all staff members who made our stay so amazing, Dimistris, Mary and Dimitra working in the bar. Andreas, Eleana, Carol, Nikos and Eleni working in the restaurant. I most likely forgot all names apologies for that but thank you goes to all staff. Reception personnel, all concierges and last but not least the housekeeping lady!

Beautiful place, outside the crowd. Good facilities, service and restaurant. And above all: very friendly staff. Definitely go to the great cocktailbar near the swimmingpool! Dimitris makes excellent, creative cocktails and wants to please his guests.
