Best host, level of service and beach on Corfu. Fabulous location next to the crystal clear sea. Best sea swimming in a long time. The owner, Apostolos, is incredibly welcoming and happy to provide top recommendations, help organise trips, hire boats etc. Clean and comfortable apartments within a 20m walk from the sea. Beach not overcrowded with a good selection of tavernas in walking distance. Highly recommended.
The most scenic and accommodating accommodation I’ve visited. We stayed 5 days. However the view was spectacular and the bed was one of the comfiest I’ve stayed in in years. The local supermarket delivered every other day. Prices were reasonable and always on time. Local restaurants are on par with home now but they have been closed for the last few years. I would definitely book again for the fantastic view and the hospitality.
From start to finish this was one of the best experiences we've had with an apartment rental. Apostolos, our host, is absolutely incredible at what he does. He was so warm and friendly from our first meeting. We felt so welcomed when we arrived. A welcome present and a sparkling clean apartment. The apartment is spacious and outstanding equipped. The view from the balcony to the Ioanian See is amazing. The water of the see was perfectly transparent and very worm (29 C). This isn't just another vacation home. it's a place you take your like to visit again.
We just spent a week at villa Odysseus and had the most amazing stay. Hands down the nicest villa we stayed at on our vacations. The villa is very luxurious and well equipped, clean with the perfect layout. It has nice ocean views from the balcony on the upper levels. It has a close proximity to a very beautiful clean beach. There are lounge chairs available for the guests free of charge. The house was equipped with everything you need to make your vacation a pleasant stay. There is a parking designated for the villa which was convenient as it can be hard to find parking around corfu. Our host Apostolos was very friendly, nice and accommodating. Made us feel welcome. I recommend staying at the villa without any reservation it is simply wonderful place. I can’t wait to come back next year!…
We have stayed at both the apartments and villa and both are first class. Both are spotless clean and the maids are very friendly and efficient. Right next to a very clean beach the sea is excellent for snorkeling and swimming. With free use of sun beds and umbrellas. Two nice taverns within 5 minutes walk along the beach. Great sea views from the properties. Villa Penelope is 4 bedroom modern property with a superb layout complete with swimming pool.
...I don't want it to become so popular that I can't get a room there! This is an ideal place for a vacation. The apartment is modern and truly beachfront with a eat in balcony which has sweeping views of the beach and the Aegean as well as Corfu town. The kitchen is small, but serviceable for small meals--I don't think you could make Beef Wellington. The owner and employees make it clear in their attitudes and actions that they want you to have a good time. For example, we only got two Greek stations on the satellite TV and I asked the housekeeper if there were a way to get more channels, possibly with some English ones. The owner then called a repair man that day and we got a couple of English speaking channels. There is a taverna right on the beach with adequate food and cold beer-they even had an Icee machine. The water is blue, crystal clear and calm. The hotel provides chairs and umbrellas at no charge as well as some water toys such as stand up paddleboards. The small garden between the beach and hotel is well manicured and pretty. The covered parking provided gives much needed shade for your car. You really must have a car to stay at this property as it is about .75 km down a very steep road from the main road. There are a couple of things which any potential vacationer should be aware: The beach is a pebble beach, not sand. We prefer this as my wife HATES the sand that gets in everything. Surf shoes make your feet much happier. There is a large all inclusive Stalinisque/Brutalist architecture hotel just up the beach which plays some loud music at night. You can hear it from the balcony, but not from inside the units. You really need a car, as I said above. Even the main roads in Corfu are not what you may be accustomed to in the US. They are narrow and you have to be careful when you encounter a bus or truck on them. There is a significant amount of low end trashy tourist development on Corfu (like there is on any beachfront area in the world), but fortunately none of it is visible from this hotel. This is not a full service hotel and there is no restaurant or service personnel other than housekeeping. The owner is definitely involved in maintenance of the property and its grounds. We had a great time here and definitely plan to return If you want the ideal beach vacation, this is the place for you!…
We stayed for 5 magical nights in one of the villas (Penelope) with our kids. our total trip was 12 days and this location was by far the best place from every aspect in all of our trips to Greece. when we entered on the first day our strongest impression was how clean and spacious everything was.. then the view from the balconies was breathtaking, and the pool was pre heated before we arrived so we could just jump in and we did. There is a lot of space in every floor and every room, the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, and so is the BBQ area in the lower deck. there are 3 bathrooms and an outdoor one by the pool. the master bedroom is huge and the master bathroom is huge as well with a jacuzzi. There is free cable TV and board games and pretty much everything you would have at home so that was really nice to spend the late evenings indoors some nights. The AC is great and its quiet so at nights all you hear are the waves... that sound is still in our memories... and the sunrise view ... wow... There are 2 restaurants right on the beach (like 2 minutes walk), go to the further one (Yannis) - it has everything for kids as well. there are surf boards and SUPs you can use anytime, sunbeds on the beach just for you - its a private beach.. so really nice. there is a nice bakery in a 5 minute drive distance so we did that for breakfast sometimes. the beach is pebble beach and such clear water that makes it fun for diving and swimming. and there is a nice underwater cave really close (5 -7 minute by SUP to the left of the private beach). All of these combine into a really perfect stay, and above all, the hospitality and caring of Apostolos, the owner, from when we arrived until long after we left, has made this unforgettable.…
It was important for us to find a silent place, far from the road to enjoy the seaside, and we are happy to find Krouzeri Beach Apartments. Great view from the comfortable apartments, clean and tranquil beach without limits (I don’t like buoys 😊 ), with the free umbrellas and sunbeds, traditional fresh and very delicious food in tavernas on the beach (do not worry about the absence of breakfasts in the apartment - you find great ones in the tavernas on the beach). Hospitality, help, and smiles everywhere. The feeling of ideal rest for me 😊 want to be back 😊
My hubby and I stayed here for 10 nights and it was perfect. Every apartment has a balcony with a beach view. Our apartment was immaculately clean and I think it’s the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in on holiday. The cleaner visited daily. High thread count linen. You do need a car from here to get about but there’s so many places to visit with lovely tavernas and bars. Apostolos the owner was so helpful and informative and gave us some great recommendations for eating out. We’ve been to this area of Corfu a few times but had never been to Agios Stefanos. Loved it there, had wonderful cocktails at Damianos served by the delightful Maggie and then dinner at Galini- not the cheapest taverna but a fabulous dining experience and the food was amazing! Regulars return there year after year. Apostolos can also organise a taxi boat to take you round to Agni bay and highly recommend Agni taverna. Barbati down the road is great- we’ve stayed here before and it has a good choice of cool bars on the beach and again great tavernas. I’ve never had a bad meal in Corfu. Thank you Apostolos for being such a great and helpful host. We had a wonderful stay. …
From the moment we arrived we were impressed with The Krouzeri Beach Apartments.
