Krouzeri Beach Luxury Apartments & Villas are 7 double room apartments in total, 2 of them (41 square meters) can accommodate (from 2 adults up to 2 adults and 2 kids) and the rest 5 of them (32 square meters) can accommodate from 2 adulst up to 3 adults . Krouzeri Beach Luxury Apartments & Villas are completely equipped, with air condition, satellite television, cooker, refrigerator, free wi-fi internet and balconies with view in the splendid sea hardly 20 meters from the beach Krouzeri. There is maid service 6 times a week. They are 22 km from the center of Corfu and 24 km from the International airport of Corfu. Krouzeri Beach Luxury Apartments & Villas are waiting for you in a hospitable and familiar environment. In the big green garden by the beach exist umbrellas and sun beds that are free of charge for our customers. Furthermore Krouzeri Beach Luxury Apartments & Villas have private parking place and BBQ AREA. The sea is very clean and calm ideal for families for swimming, fishing, diving. This is an amazing location that we have now visited three years in a row. We have found this to be perfect for winding down, enjoying stunning views over the Ionian Sea and either dining in or eating out (Yannis Taverna is just a stone’s throw away).
This is almost becoming a home from home for us. The mini kitchen has all you need and the bed is one of the most comfortable we have experienced. We have the choice of loungers right by the water’s edge or in the mature olive gardens (with no jostling to get one at any time in the day).
There is also a Paddleboard and Lilo and the water is crystal clear and warm (we have been in May and September).
Apostolos (the owner) and Bessa (who looks after the apartments and gardens) are friendly and welcoming and never too far away to help out to ensure our stays are relaxed and memorable

...I don't want it to become so popular that I can't get a room there!
This is an ideal place for a vacation. The apartment is modern and truly beachfront with a eat in balcony which has sweeping views of the beach and the Aegean as well as Corfu town. The kitchen is small, but serviceable for small meals--I don't think you could make Beef Wellington. The owner and employees make it clear in their attitudes and actions that they want you to have a good time. For example, we only got two Greek stations on the satellite TV and I asked the housekeeper if there were a way to get more channels, possibly with some English ones. The owner then called a repair man that day and we got a couple of English speaking channels. There is a taverna right on the beach with adequate food and cold beer-they even had an Icee machine. The water is blue, crystal clear and calm. The hotel provides chairs and umbrellas at no charge as well as some water toys such as stand up paddleboards. The small garden between the beach and hotel is well manicured and pretty. The covered parking provided gives much needed shade for your car. You really must have a car to stay at this property as it is about .75 km down a very steep road from the main road.
There are a couple of things which any potential vacationer should be aware:
The beach is a pebble beach, not sand. We prefer this as my wife HATES the sand that gets in everything. Surf shoes make your feet much happier.
There is a large all inclusive Stalinisque/Brutalist architecture hotel just up the beach which plays some loud music at night. You can hear it from the balcony, but not from inside the units.
You really need a car, as I said above. Even the main roads in Corfu are not what you may be accustomed to in the US. They are narrow and you have to be careful when you encounter a bus or truck on them.
There is a significant amount of low end trashy tourist development on Corfu (like there is on any beachfront area in the world), but fortunately none of it is visible from this hotel.
This is not a full service hotel and there is no restaurant or service personnel other than housekeeping. The owner is definitely involved in maintenance of the property and its grounds.
We had a great time here and definitely plan to return If you want the ideal beach vacation, this is the place for you!

This is not our first time staying at these beautifully appointed apartments close to the sea. There is always a worry that over the years places will lose their freshness and that the upkeep may slip. This is not the case here. The Apartments are freshly painted , beautifully clean and all aspects fresh and prepared. The beds and bedding ensure that you relax and dream throughout your holiday. Everything you need is in the apartment but ask and other items will be brought to you. The owner is on site daily and is extremely helpful both with advice and making calls for you if required. This is actually a key aspect of the holiday and what makes it magical. Toli ensures everyone has what they require. He has advice on all aspects from eating out, water sports, travelling around the island etc. The passion and commitment shines through and ensures holidaymakers can relax in the knowledge that nothing is too much trouble. There is no need to move to other beaches .. you won’t find a better beach! Sun beds and umbrellas are provided as are beach towels. The rooms are serviced daily. Along the beach there is a great taverna and a snack bar. This year with the pandemic Corfu was quiet but Krouzeri beach was welcoming and safe. A calm, peaceful location for a relaxing break. We go to other islands and have done for 30 years but Krouzeri Beach is by far our favourite apartments, favourite beach , favourite island and people. My hubby and I stayed here for 10 nights and it was perfect. Every apartment has a balcony with a beach view. Our apartment was immaculately clean and I think it’s the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in on holiday. The cleaner visited daily. High thread count linen. You do need a car from here to get about but there’s so many places to visit with lovely tavernas and bars. Apostolos the owner was so helpful and informative and gave us some great recommendations for eating out. We’ve been to this area of Corfu a few times but had never been to Agios Stefanos. Loved it there, had wonderful cocktails at Damianos served by the delightful Maggie and then dinner at Galini- not the cheapest taverna but a fabulous dining experience and the food was amazing! Regulars return there year after year. Apostolos can also organise a taxi boat to take you round to Agni bay and highly recommend Agni taverna. Barbati down the road is great- we’ve stayed here before and it has a good choice of cool bars on the beach and again great tavernas. I’ve never had a bad meal in Corfu. Thank you Apostolos for being such a great and helpful host. We had a wonderful stay.

From the moment we arrived we were impressed with The Krouzeri Beach Apartments. The apartments location is perfect one minute walk to the beautiful Krouzeri Beach with two Tavernas a short walk away. The apartment Includes all you need and was maintained to a very high standard. We would without doubt recommend the Krouzeri Beach Apartments as an excellent spot to enjoy your stay in Corfu.

It was important for us to find a silent place, far from the road to enjoy the seaside, and we are happy to find Krouzeri Beach Apartments. Great view from the comfortable apartments, clean and tranquil beach without limits (I don’t like buoys 😊 ), with the free umbrellas and sunbeds, traditional fresh and very delicious food in tavernas on the beach (do not worry about the absence of breakfasts in the apartment - you find great ones in the tavernas on the beach). Hospitality, help, and smiles everywhere. The feeling of ideal rest for me 😊 want to be back 😊

Our stay at Krouzeri Beach was perfect, the hosts Tolis & Natasha couldn’t do enough for us & really made us feel very welcome. The view was to die for, the beach was always beautiful & never too busy, you have everything you need on your doorstep including food shopping delivered. Don’t hesitate to book here, it was one of the best holidays & apartments we’ve ever had.

From start to finish this was one of the best experiences we've had with an apartment rental. Apostolos, our host, is absolutely incredible at what he does. He was so warm and friendly from our first meeting. We felt so welcomed when we arrived. A welcome present and a sparkling clean apartment. The apartment is spacious and outstanding equipped. The view from the balcony to the Ioanian See is amazing. The water of the see was perfectly transparent and very worm (29 C). This isn't just another vacation home. it's a place you take your like to visit again.

Apartments are in a brilliant location right on the beach. The host, Apostlos, is always on site, speaks great English and will help out with anything. He helped organise taxis from the airport, shopping from local supermarket, boat taxi to Corfu Old Town - was fantastic to have all his local knowledge and contacts on tap. Lovely taverna on the beach made for long lunches with ice cold beer during the hottest part of the day. Also a good seafood taverna 5 mins walk to the next cove. The apartments are clean, modern, well equipped and serviced daily ! The staff are all so welcoming and friendly. Would highly recommend - we'll def be back next year.

We stayed for a week in the middle floor apartment. The apartment is modern and clean, comfy bed and everything you need. The location and view is amazing, beautiful beach, crystal clear water, a couple of nice tavernas. Peaceful and relaxing, lovely owners, really helpful and friendly, would highly recommend.
