Rosa’s Beach Studios are a traditional and family run complex of studios, situated directly opposite the long and idyllic sandy beach of Lourdas, in the Greek island of Kefalonia. Our studios offer guests breathtaking views of the Ionian Sea, and together with the majestic mountains of the neighboring island of Zakynthos, it is a stimulating combination that will never be forgotten. The complex consists of 13 newly independent, self-contained studios, ideal for a relaxing holiday and that well deserved get-away. Rosa’s Beach Studios will satisfy and delight those who relish in the beauty of nature and take pleasure in swimming in the turquoise waters of the sea. We had a lovely holiday staying in one of the top floor studios. The views from the balcony out to sea are amazing. The studio was comfortable and the air con worked very well. We made breakfast and lunch in the studio and ate out each night, though the small cooker unit would enable anyone to make a simple meal. Towels and bed linen were changed regularly. It is quite a steep walk down to the beach and is a good way to keep fit! It is very quiet at night. This is an ideal place to stay at lourdas beach

Nice place, helpful staff with rooms in excellent location, I recommend these rooms, I will stay there again in my next trip. We have only Sweet memories from our trip in this island, we would like to visit it every summer

You will get a warm welcome here! The rooms are clean and have a lovely veranda to sit out on. There are garden with chairs, if you do not wish to visit the beach. I would, however, mention the stairs to the beach, which are quite steep, but it is peaceful and quiet and a nice stroll to the local restaurants, I have stayed here three times now and return as it is safe harbour. Recommended!

If like me you adore everything about the Greek islands, the laid back culture & warm hospitality, then you will love Rosas Studios. It’s set on the hillside in pretty gardens directly overlooking the Ionian Sea with views across to Zakynthos. The family couldn’t have been more helpful & friendly. Despina is the main point of contact for anything you need but they all go out of their way to make your stay a pleasant one. If you’re looking for somewhere that is great value, exceptionally clean & roomy, with breathtaking views from your private balcony this is it! It’s at the quiet end of the beach & i found all I needed within 200 yds- plenty of good bars and traditional Greek restaurants dotted all along the road running adjacent to the beach.

We were a tiny bit concerned with the lack of recent reviews but upon arrival everything was as we had hoped . Perfect location in a very low key area with enough tavernas and bars to keep us going for a week of pure relaxation. Rosa herself is so accommodating and we were lucky enough to have a top floor apartment with fantastic views . Will definitely return here again for a week of indulgence.

Just back from our second stay at Rosa's Beach Studios - and just trying to work out when we can go again:) From the day we decided to go everything has been perfect - booking direct with Despina was so easy , we turned up everything ws spotless. The room (No 6) on the second floor has great views of the whole of the beach and is well equipped. The bed was really comfortable , the shower was great - a proper shower with glass doors plenty of room inside. The kitchen was well equipped although we did not use it - so many excellent restaurants near by . We had a car and parking is easy. We've met all the family over our two visits and they are all very accommodating and friendly , the apartments are at the far end of the beach were it is soooo peaceful . Thank you again for a great break hope you have a fantastic season…

Simple but perfect. Everything you need - we didn't even leave Lourdata for 9 days! Clean and comfortable with all studios having a sea view. We asked to move to 3rd floor (top) mid way to have an even better 180 degree view and it was no problem. Beautiful beach and enough choice of local tavernas and bars. Will be back.

We spent a week here at this lovely beach location. This family run business is friendly and very accommodating. The rooms are well equipped and comfortable with a stunning view. The grounds are well looked after and we felt very relaxed here. There are also ample restaurants within walking distance and a cute beach bar (Waikiki) A quieter area which suited our needs.

We've been all around Greece and this is by far the best accomodation. It's not luxurios but it has everything, they made it like they're going to be living there, perfect on the beach sea view (180), clean (and you get anything you ask) etc. The whole family is just the most kind family and hosts we've ever had (and that's not easy, we love Greece and Greek people). Despina and Vasilis helped us with this small village (Lourdas), and yes drove us a few times, Kefalonia is a bit specific to get around, you pretty much need a car but it is generally perfect for a quiet vacation, and did I mention perfect sandy beaches (go to the right!). And one tip, if you're looking to stay in Kefalonia (at least this part of the coast) go somewhere close to the beach. You can't go wrong with Despina's place if you can get it booked.…

Brilliant , Despina was so helpful she even took us to the supermarket to get supplies. When our taxi did not arrive to collect us she made several phone calls and sorted it out for us. Highly recommended.
