We booked an all inclusive holiday to this hotel if you can call it that! On arrival we were greeted and shown to our room what we weren't told was that it was a 10 minute uphill route march to the top of the cliff where our room was located. We were offered no help with our cases until my...

Where to begin.... We arrived very early hour's of the morning and were greeted by a lovely greek man...And then it went all down hill from there...He told us that our holiday hadn't been paid for so how would we like to settle the bill...cash or card now or at the end of our stay...Puzzled, we said it had been...

Our holiday was at the beginning of September, junior suit room with sea view. LOVELY sunsets! The room was spacious and clean. I literally have no words for the food- simply exquisite and I for one I am a very fussy customer when it comes to food. For breakfast you have the Continental option(Organic Greek yogurt and honey to name...

The junior suite which we booked was spacious however the place could have done with some maintenance, but being the end of season we hope it will be done during the closed period. We had an all inclusive stay, The food was akin to school dinners and was always not hot, the only way to get a hot dish was...

Arrived late in the evening to this establishment and shown straight away to dinner. Choice of foods adequate something for everyone. Dining room on the small side, there are tables outside but chilly in October evening to sit outside. Staff very friendly and always have a smile on their faces. Would be nice to have an option of tea or...

The only good thing about the hotel is that it is located in nice and quiet bay. Hotel located in remote place is not maintained for years (air conditioning with mildew, fungi in bathroom, gym with 2 bicycles and 1 treadmill – all broken down, old and rubbish furniture, swimming pool with no water cleaning system etc.), dirt everywhere, dogs...

Just back from a fab relaxing week at the rosa bella. We had a great room on the same level as the pool and pool bar. It had a living room with kitchenette (two rings, fridge and kettle) two bathrooms and two balconies. Disappointed that despite reporting a broken toilet every day it was not fixed during our stay. (We did...

I booked two rooms and took my parents with me and was a little worried reading through reviews, but no worries once we were there. My mum is disabled and so they found a more appropriate room for them within moments of getting there as we'd been allocated ones quite far from the main building. Staff couldn't do enough for...

We spent at this hotel 7 days at the end of August. It is situated in a beautiful nature, but the travel agency which arranged our holiday (JT Touristik, Berlin) sent us false information that this hotel is situated "direkt am Ermones Strand". It was not visible from the photo they had included that the hotel is situated in a...
