Completely understand other reviews saying they are hesitant to publicly review this hotel so they keep it a secret for themselves :) However, Kostas and his team absolutely deserve for the place to be completely booked up for the whole season. So here goes:
This place is above and beyond anywhere else we have been before (and we have done the Maldives, Caribbean and other luxury holidays in the past). The customer service is unrivalled, Kostas and his team are absolutely wonderful, nothing is trouble and they do all they can to make your stay wonderful and memorable.
Hotel and surrounding is super pretty, fantastic location - quiet / not too touristy but right on a wonderful beach. Pool and pool area is lovely, breakfast choices and food quality is fantastic! Completely agree with going half-board - the food is one of the best we have had (anywhere!), 5 courses, lots of variety and caters to difficult vegetarians (like me!) very well.
We have also had the massages and would highly recommend those also.
Huge thank you to Kostas, Emilia, Yannis and Myrrine - me and my husband and my parents had such a lovely time and we are already planning to come back next year!

We have just enjoyed a fabulous week at Delfino Blu. The hotel is everything you could wish for in a relaxing place to stay. On arrival (after a taxi ride arranged for by the hotel) where we were greeted by Kostas the friendly owner and given a cold drink on the terrace with a fruit and cake platter to share.
We had room 10 which is a two bedroom suite with a side sea view and two balconies set on the second floor. There is a fridge and a kettle, so you have somewhere for cold drinks or to make tea or coffee. There is a lounge area and a bathroom with a shower over the bath. Room service is daily with the room kept immaculate by friendly staff. When you arrive there is fruit, water and a bottle of wine in the room. Bottles of water are provided daily.
We really liked the swimming pool (nice deep end for swimming) and spa area (big jacuzzi). We had some spa treatments which were very good. There is a gym which my husband used and a sauna is located behind there. You have to ask at reception for this to be switched on. On all of the terraces there are plenty of sunbeds and lounging beds with plenty of parasols provided for shade. You can hire beach towels for a deposit and change these daily at the spa.
There are two bars. When we were there the lower bar (Mango Bar) was open all day and the bar by the pool was open in the evening only. The pool bar has a lovely closed terrace with sofas overlooking the sea - fabulous for a relaxing drink before or after dinner.
The real star here is the food; it is simply wonderful. They provide a really nice buffet breakfast with a remarkable range of food on offer and many products sourced by Kostas (honey, yogurt, cheeses etc). We booked half board and were so pleased that we did so. Cooking and ingredients are of a very high standard. The menu changes daily and there are three choices for each course. I loved the fact that there was always fish and a vegetarian dish available as well as meat.
The hotel is set in a very good position and you just turn right out of the (secure) gates and in a couple of minutes you reach the centre of Agios Stefanos which has some shops and lots of bars and restaurants.
The hotel is set on Agios Stefanos beach with plenty of sun loungers. The sun loungers are deeply padded and you are served with water by the Mango Bar staff as soon as you arrive. You can order other drinks to be brought to you as well.
When we left we were given a gift bag (two - one for our daughter and son in law) with local produce - oil, limoncello, sweets, honey and soap.
The only thing that would be helpful is for handrails to be provided for the many steps going down from the hotel to the beach via the different terraces. This wasn’t a problem but you do have to be very careful!

We cannot say enough about how special our holiday was on the island of Corfu because of our experience staying at Delfino Blu—from its location on the island in the upper NW village of San Stefanos (Άγιος Στέφανος) to the overall aesthetic of the property, it is the best.
Then, there are accommodations and cuisine, both which were excellent. The half board rate included the best breakfast buffet we’ve ever had; each morning it offered a wide selection of fresh fruits, vegetables, local honey (made by the owner), baked treats, fresh squeezed juices, a variety of egg dishes, and other local favorites. Dinners were five course meals, with a new menu each night. And it should be noted that we were traveling with our daughters (5 & 7 years old), and they graciously offered options for them off the menu each night. And for lunch, the on-site beach bar, Mangos, has great options for a light lunch, like chicken souvlaki with pita and tzatziki (our favorite) or seafood platters.
But most importantly, the team of people who operate the property made the whole experience. It is run by a small staff, so by the end of our week there, we knew their names, enjoyed talking with them, and benefitted greatly from their recommendations on everything from activities, places to explore, food to try, and wines/cocktails to drink. My only regret is that we did not get a photo with them before we left.
If you are traveling as a couple, Delfino Blu offers intimacy and relaxation, and if you are traveling as a family, the attention to detail and personable connection makes for a wonderful experience, especially if your aim is to introduce your children to international culture, language, and foods in a safe and fun environment.
I truly hope we make our way back to Corfu some day. It was everything we hoped it would be and more.

The reason we chose Delfino Blu in Agios Stefanos was the location, being a small hotel and the reviews. The hotel was exceptional on their service when we booked and also we requested a private taxi through them and paid for the holiday directly. The journey is just over an hour from the airport.
We were given a very warm welcome on arrival and found that our partially sea view junior suite was lovely and had both mountain and sea views on the large balcony. There was a bottle of wine, some soft drinks and fruit as a welcome present. What was welcoming was a personal hand-written note from Kostas who was the owner welcoming us to his hotel.
When we went dinner, we had a welcome drink as well (as we arrived late but other guests get this when they arrive). We choose the half board due to wanting to stay in the hotel area although there are numerous restaurants and supermarkets within 5 minutes from the hotel.
The staff are extremely friendly from the cleaners, reception and hospitality led by Emelia who is absolutely awesome and became our friend!
What we liked was we felt part of Kostas family sharing his private villa with us. There was no issue with any sunbeds! You could basically choose where you wanted to lie every part of the day with ample beds on the terrace by the two pools, a lower sitting area, further terrace and sunbeds on the beach.
The clean beach is minutes down the steps past the beach restaurant (Mango) and the water is clean, clear and shallows very slowly so ideal for children. Mango is shaded and prices for the excellent food and drink are very reasonable.
Delfino Blu is a very special hotel where you are treated exceptional well and cared for where they only want you to have a great holiday and try their best with Greek hospitality to ensure you do.
We cannot recommend the hotel enough!

Truly one of the most remarkable places we have ever stayed!
From the minute we arrived the greeting of the staff was five stars. Immaculately clean, impeccable service and friendly staff. We usually do not get food included in our stay because we are very particular with our meals. First night we decided to eat there because we were exhausted from travel and we’re beyond impressed with the meal. We ate there almost every night and looked forward to the gourmet food. The amazing sunsets from the restaurant the view is probably one of the best on the island. The bartender YIanni made the most incredible drinks. Try the margarita and the Hugo. He is a true mixologist!
We begin our trip at a large resort in Corfu town where we stayed in a bungalow Suite with a private pool and you can’t even compare the two resorts. From the minute we arrived at Delfino Blu you instantly saw the difference in the service and quality. If you are looking for an incredible top-notch service, food, great location, right on the beach walking distance to bars and restaurants, water sports and shopping THIS IS IT. The difference between a boutique hotel and a large factory resort is quality and service. We even spent time with the owner Kosta, truly a gentleman and a pleasure knowing.
If they have availability book it because they book up fast! We are already booking our next trip there see you soon!!

I have been finding it difficult to write this review because I genuinely can't find the words to describe this fabulous oasis of peace and tranquility. From the moment my husband and I crossed the gate on arrival we were treated with hospitality and kindness that set the standards for our holiday. The staff are amazing, so friendly homely and welcoming, that they made you feel at home instantly. Nothing is a bother and because they are such a close knit happy group this sets the tone from the get go. We loved it ❤️. I searched for hours to pick our spot in Corfu and from reading other reviews this appeared to tick all the boxes. It didn't disappoint. We were so sad leaving and can't wait to return. If you are looking for a quiet easy going chilled holiday this is the spot. We never left the hotel and had the most amazing greek themed dinners each evening. Days were spent on the beautiful beach a stone's throw away and we enjoyed lovely light lunches at Mango the hotel's beach bar each day. Everyone including beach staff , Mango bar staff, hotel waiting staff with lovely Emilai, reception and cleaners made our holiday exceptional and we got hugs and shake hands from all when we were leaving and yet they never invaded our space during the holiday which made us comfortable. Kostas the owner was always on hand with a smile and a few words. It's worth every penny and if it's a relaxing chilled out holiday you are looking for this the place just keep in mind it is a very quiet but beautiful location. Thank you everyone we'll be booking for next year shortly 😊

We have visited this magical boutique hotel 5 times over the past 24 years and each time we have received the most exceptional customer service from Kostas, his family and his truly wonderful team.
Each time we visit after the arduous journey from Corfu airport we are met like family and instantly settled into the serene atmosphere of this beautiful hotel.
Aghios Stefanos (west) is in a pretty bay, the village is small and not too sophisticated but there is a genuinely friendly feel to this small village.
We travelled with extended family, who usually choose large hotels with many restaurants and pools, we were worried this 15 bed boutique hotel would be too far removed from their usual holidays, but they have been totally mesmerised by this fab hotel and the level of service they received, they will definitely visit again!
The rooms are well appointed and very clean we occupied 4 bedrooms two of which had seas views (15 & 9), room 11 had a bay view and room 2 a garden view. I would happily stay in any of these rooms and the beds are so comfortable.
We loved all the staff, they cannot do enough to ensure you have the perfect stay. Breakfast at the hotel is great with all tastes accounted for, so
much variety. We had half board so the evening meal is a leisurely 5 courses and the menu is changed each day with three options on two of the courses, and the
quality of the food is always excellent.
Kostas and his team work hard to ensure your stay is truly memorable and amazing. We would like to thank Emilia, Yannis, Eirini, Cristos you are a great team. The Mango Bar team always made sure our large party was looked after, the amazing Emilia, the lovely Clydee, Smiley Kostas, Alex and anyone else who works there. Our other gratitude is extended to Yannis who looks after the pool bar from about 4ish and can rustle up a great cocktail, if it’s not on the menu don’t worry Yannis will be able to make it ! The cleaning staff are always quietly busying around keeping the hotel spotless, the lovely ladies who come around in the evening with fresh towels and little sweet treats are always smiling despite the heat - big hugs to these ladies.
We will certainly be visiting this hotel again and would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone. I hope Kostas keeps this special place running just as he has, for
many more years to come!

We have just returned from our first visit to this hotel and can honestly say we agree with all the reviews we had read about it. All the staff were lovely and made sure we enjoyed all aspects of the hotel and Kostas the owner was at hand to ensure strict COVID-19 rules were followed and ensuring his guests were happy. The hotel is spotless and the views of the sea and the sunsets beautiful and the palm trees give it a Caribbean feel. Special mention to the chef as the food was excellent throughout our stay. We cannot recommend this hotel highly enough and will definitely be returning.

In all our travels in the world, we have never experienced such wonderful hospitality as we did at Delfino Blu. The proprietor, Kostas and his staff welcomed us as we stepped from the taxi, ushered us onto the terrace for a cool drink and fruit platter looking across the Ionian Sea. And so it continued for our 8 night stay - the staff were so friendly and helpful.
This is a small hotel with just 15 rooms but facilities of a larger hotel: beach club (free beds/umbrella/towels/water), excellent beach bar, pool, gym, pool bar, and restaurant. We had half-board and enjoyed the 5 course a la carte dinners with a changing daily menu and plenty of choices. The sun set over the sea and islands and added to the atmosphere.
We had the Honeymoon suite with a huge terrace, daybed, lounge room and sofa.
The beach is wide and sandy and the water here is clear and warm with a sandy bottom all the way out.
Special thanks to Kostas, Iro, Irini, George, Emilia, both Yiannis and all the other staff. We highly recommend Delfino Blu and are planning to return as soon as we can.

This was my second visit to Delfino Blu, a very charming, calm oasis, overlooking a lovely sandy beach which is great for early morning walks. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive. Breakfast is a wonderful spread! Particular mention goes to the hard working restaurant team - Yiannis, Eirene, Amelia and Christos. George who handles reservations efficiently, and George on reception who is always helpful. Led by gregarious owner Kostas, whose exudes Greek hospitality. Thank you all!
We opted for half board which was a good deal with varied menus of fresh dishes daily (special mention for the mushroom soup, moussaka and lovely fish). The chef and kitchen did their best to address any dietary needs - sometimes more successfully than others.
There is not much public transport available, so a hire car is best if you want to see the rest of the island, as cabs are costly.
The view from our 2 bedroom apartment on the first floor was a little disappointing for the price as it directly faced the villa next door rather than side sea view promised (we pointed this out to management), but the apartment was well maintained and spacious. The 2nd floor apartment I stayed in before has better sea views at the same rate.
There is a small gym with a few machines and free weights where I managed to work out most days, which I appreciated!
The sea in late May was a little cold but bracing. Wonderful when you got in though. Waters are shallow and safe. Sunny and hot every day, bar one.
I enjoyed my stay 😎. Efharisto!

Efharisto!
