There was a missing handle in the bathroom stall, water was running down the bathroom, the toilet was loose, the sink tap was sealed with insulating tape. Weak breakfast, lack of options. The service staff were excellent.

Excellent impression of the hotel and its structure. Although only stayed one night a hotel to appreciate the climate of the mountain and rest in its extensive green area with lakes and beautiful landscape. The same is located next to the Canela Roda. The accommodation is comfortable and breakfast tasty. Great service.

Th hotel is very nice. The only problem is that it is a bit far from downtown. Breakfast is ok. It is a very quiet area, what guarentees a wonderful sleep. The taxi to go to downtown is expensive, tough.

We went to spend a few days in Gramado with family and friends. We liked the hotel based on the photos and the price, which seemed like good value for money. The location is very good, the breakfast is good and the staff is very friendly. Unfortunately, other than that, we didn't have a good experience. We found the hotel to be very neglected, with a lack of maintenance and with an old appearance. The hotel does not have an elevator and the rooms are on the first floor. The air conditioning in our room didn't work. The bathroom appears to have undergone some renovation recently, but it was incomplete or poorly done as the taps were missing finishing touches. The toilet lid was completely chipped, giving it an unhygienic appearance. One day I went to close the bedroom door and found myself holding the doorknob in my hand. The beds are uncomfortable and old-looking, the same thing with the sheets and blankets. The curtains are not blackout and the noise insulation in the rooms is poor. If someone makes noise in the hallway or at reception you can hear everything in the room. We thought that because it was a farm hotel there would be some animals for the children to look at, but there are no more, just a few horses. It's a shame that a hotel so well located in a highly touristic city is in such a state of neglect. It needs investment in reforms and urgent modernization.

The good reviews that has are old the hotel is falling to pieces the photos are all old we only stayed one night and was a nightmare.

When arriving at the hotel from the track you see cracks and that is without maintenance for years we arrived in the room and a smoke burst, my asthmatic husband feeling bad in the morning we saw that simply in the tile has a hole from the kitchen know there that comes out awful smoke.

Worst breakfast I've ever seen in my life all hard, tasteless, terrible sloppy in ALL.

On the first night the bathtub stuck extremely old all peeled and yellowish and what could get worse the lid of the vase broken an old lid of wood all cracked was surreal.

Reception making a Christmas decoration super late since weeks ago had already started Christmas light, decorating in the middle of the day while we checkin.

In the morning the owners of the hotel, staff do not know why it looks like a family hotel that is leaving making huge noise knocking on the door, waking the guests a tremendous lack of education!

Curtains passed every sun gave a huge heat since the air did not work and the bathtub so high that a person of 1,50 hand can go down alone without getting hurt after the bath.

To close with a gold key the air conditioning was broken and didn't work all night.

Worst hotel I've ever been to in Gramado and cinnamon!

We stayed on kite 2.

Everything is very nice and beautiful on social media, but the reality…

Rustic is different from dirty.

The kite was full of cobwebs and strands of hair hanging down the stairs and around the room.

The toilet then… is really rustic. They shouldn't change since the stone age! After a few hours he started to smell urine.

Light bulbs burned out in several rooms. On the balcony, there was a board coming loose.

The door has a hole about 2 centimeters long. An easy snake passes through there. I had to put cloths there to avoid that risk.

The view from the third floor is really beautiful.

And looking at the kite from the outside is really cool too.

They say it's a unique experience... it really is unique! Once and never again.

There is the 15 kite which already seems to be better, but I can't say how much it cleans.

Not a pleasant place to sleep.

This is the second time we have been to the hotel, the first 5 years ago, but this time nothing like the first.
There was an event being organized there for 40 people, when we arrived there was nothing organized as agreed, the beds were singles pushed together, the rooms looked old, the service was horrible and the "manager" shouted at us. In short, a horror show... For the sake of your trip, don't stay at this place. There were even underwear from the previous guest in the room....

Returning from a walk around 21:00 I noticed many ants on the floor and some spiders inside the chalet. When calling the reception the assistant "Ed" said that if I wanted to solve I should go to the reception. Upon arriving at the reception the same said that I had not found the insecticide and that I should wait a girl to go there and so on was a show of poor education and poor service. I asked how long it would take and said I didn't know and that I had to wait. I asked to change a cottage, and he said that I didn't have how, asked to go stay inside the hotel, again said that I didn't have how, asked to talk to the manager or cancel my diary and said that I had nothing to do, that if I wanted to complain was to wait the next day to talk to the manager or the financial officer. Only after I changed my mind and started screaming he called another employee, who went to the cottage to solve the problem. Ana the staff who went to the chale showed an excellent service, apologizing for what happened, for the poor service of "Ed" and offering another accommodation that we accepted. I do not recommend the hotel for the poor preparation of the staff and the quality of the chales "pipas" offered.

I chose this hotel for the location, between Gramado and Canela, the concept of a country setting, and attractive pricing as well. First, location is very good, close to Canela downtown where there are plenty of places to eat, and 10 min from Gramado downtown as well; as far as country setting, not so much, the hotel is located by a major road, so not the farming setting you are lead to believe it by pictures & descriptions; the room, oh well, saying that it needed renovations is not enough, the bathroom tub was falling apart, there were ants everywhere in the room, heating not working although we didn't need it, the floor laminate was buckling in many spots, furniture is worn out, there's no electronic key system, TV was old and not working well, loved the fireplace at the lobby but the constant smell of smoke in our room, which faced the lobby, led me to believe that there was a problem with the chimney . We arrived late Monday and were told that neither the bar or the restaurant were open since it was low season therefore they only open from Thursday to Sunday (this information was not disclosed on the website), breakfast was good, plenty to eat, the breakfast room was so cold in the morning!!! The positive side of the stay was the pleasant front desk workers, who helped me to receive a refund for leaving a day early even though I had booked with Booking.com, thank you guys! Please speed up the renovations!!!
