I just spent a few days in the Crusch Alba in a beautiful room on the 4th floor. The hotel staff is very friendly, atmosphere is traditional and food is great. The hotel is close to the bus/train station which makes it ideal to explore the Engadin and the Swiss national park.

A family-owned hotel that has been freshly renovated in a cozy warm cottage style. Very friendly personnel. Excellent breakfast with a huge variety of choice (muesli, fresh fruit, homemade jams, bakery items, local produce, ...) and very good value for money half-board meals. To top it off free tea and cakes in the afternoon. Very convenient location (5min by foot... More

Stayed at Hotel Crusch Alba as we were passing through Zernez to drive the Passo del Stelvio (as I'm sure all other guests were too!) We were quite disappointed with our room as the pictures we'd booked on the basis of looked so much better; it had 2 single beds pushed together (we had asked for a double bed), no... More

My wife and I stayed at the Crusch Alba for eight pleasant nights, and cannot recommend it more highly. It's family run (together with the budget annex next door, featuring a pizzeria and smaller, low priced rooms), and the personnel were all extraordinarily pleasant, competent and helpful (in English, French, German, or if you're so inclined Rumantsch). Our generous room... More

This is a small family-run hotel in Zernez. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the bathrooms modern (and spacious!). The manager was very friendly - his wife and kids also help with the restaurant etc. The restaurant was very good and had a special value set meal for in-house guests - 3-course meal for 42EUR. They also made extra... More

The newly refurbished rooms with local art are amazing. Its worth the small upgrade fee and you'll get a room with wooden furniture, local graffiti and a good sized and stylish bathroom. Very friendly and helpful staff and nice food. Zernez is relatively quiet.

We wanted to get away for Christmas and found this hotel on our quick search. What a lovely jewel this is. This hotel was close to perfect. The deluxe room was very fresh, modern in its own ways as they used local ideas, materials and it look amazing and cofortable. We stayed for 4 nights and we had on of... More

We stayed in a simple small room, a little dated, but more than compensated by the very friendly reception and service personnel in the dining room. Rooms on the side facing the road can get a little noisy early in the morning when traffic starts passing through but are quiet at night. The breakfast buffet is excellent and we enjoyed... More

Excellent choice for a stay in Engadin at affordable prices. Good location if you have a car. My boyfriend and I had a simple but very cosy room, while our friends got upgraded to a very spacious beautiful room. Very high standards for a 3 star hotel. The breakfast and food were also very good. Highly recommended.

We stayed here for two nights. This hotel has a really good situation if you want to visit the national park. The service is really good and the hotel and the rooms are modern with comfortable beds. The breakfast was delicious with a lot of different foodstuffs and drinks. We ate at the restaurant for dinners. It was really tasty... More
