I stayed 2 nights at this resort. The staff could not have been more helpful in helping me with details of my trip including arranging a flight over the Rainbow Mountains and someone guiding me on a hike to the Hunlen Falls. They were friendly, chatting about local life, medical services and the wildlife etc to allow me to learn... More

We arrived at Anahim Lake in the pouring rain and it felt deserted. We were shown the room we had booked, but offered a different one which had a television and a covered balcony. We decided to take it, although it was more expensive, as there was no prospect of going outside and we had quite a time to fill. The meal... More

My husband and I spent 3 days here in early July. We can't say enough about how fantastic our experience was. What the weather lacked (it was alternately sunny, cloudy, rainy, sunny) the staff and resort made up for with superb service. Tim met us on check in and looked after everything even serving at breakfast and dinner - he... More

The resort has some very strong positives including truly excellent food and a great wine list and heart wrenching sunsets. There is also a charming sitting room library. Finally great wifi in a region of no cell service. The out cabins are rustic and wonderfully close to the lake. Beds are a problem. Mine was to hard and I had... More

Beautiful setting right on the Lake, comfortable spacious room (or perhaps should call it a suite, it was so big and well equipped) only matched by the superb service from Tim Noble and his team. From the first exchange of emails when booking to the suggestions for activities, accommodation of dietary requirements and general helpfulness and friendliness Tim sets the... More

We stayed with friends at the 2 Heritage Log Cabins right by the Lake and enjoyed the peace and quiet. Beautiful location. Cooking on the wood stove was a new experience which we quite enjoyed. We would consider coming back in the future, for a summer adventure. On a personal note, an higher out-put propan lamp or a second lamp... More

I recently overnighted for a meeting this December and was quite impressed with the beautiful setting and great hospitality. Meals and service were excellent and a great Lakefront Resort offering many year round activities. Highly recommended and very nice Board Retreat facilities. Looking forward to my next visit!

When planning our trip to the Chilcotin, it was not easy to know what to book. After all, distances are huge. This is a remote area and we had no idea what to expect. Upon arrival, we felt immediately welcome, and were delighted when our hosts told us about the history of the buildings and the area. Our room was... More

Just stayed there with some friends, we had 3 rooms. They were Great!! Super beds, great room furnishings celebrating the past, TV with a ga-zillion channels, the food was stunningly good, super service in the dining room, and all on the shore of the lake!! Care and investment into landscaping also adds to the resorts' quality and appeal. Highly recommend... More
