First visit to this hotel. Trip advisor special deal. Staff were all very friendly, room comfortable. Visited the spa on both afternoons. It is not huge but they have made the vest of the space with some surprising features. Blessed with good weather so sat in gardens with glass of wine and olives which were well presented. Dined in restaurant...

I stayed at this hotel with my wife on Sunday 16th April. Got there just after the check in time of 3pm. Everything was fine up until the point we actually got to the room to find it was not ready and the maids were still cleaning it. They never left until half 3. There was hair still in the...

We stayed here for one night for our friends wedding. The wedding was held at the hotel and everything went smoothly from the ceremony, drinks, canopies and photographs in the gardens to the sit down meal which was well organised. The food we were served was lovely and served in a timely manner. The room was of a high standard,...

We stayed here for one night on our way to Eire, It is fair to say it was OK - nothing outstanding but not through lack of effort on the part of staff. I think Management could do with a bit of zest and imagination and visit other hotels to see how things can be done. Although clean and the...

We have just been served Fish and chips, the batter was over cooked on the outside, virtually raw inside with the fish overcooked. I'm totally bemused how they managed that! The chips were burnt on the outside and hard in the middle (oil too Hot) Mushy peas were typical microwave peas. On the plus side the tartar sauce was amazing!!...

I purchased a day spa with 2 treatments for my daughters as a surprise, I was offered a double room, which I booked, (informed they were the only 2 people having treatments that day due to staff being on a course or something) and I wanted them to have same room. Both girls ended up in separate rooms. Both my...

We stopped here for just the one night on the way to Dublin, we were made most welcome. The food we were served was of the highest quality & the house wine was excellent. Our room had a large double bed & was very comfortable.

Stayed here with my husband for a break in between Christmas and New Year. Undoubtedly one of the best mini-getaways ever. The room we stayed in was beautiful. Spacious, clean and so so quiet! Bed was like sleeping on a cloud. The food in the restaurant was absolutely delicious. Friendly, attentive staff too. We enjoyed a lovely afternoon tea, evening...

We had a pleasant room, although very warm. The room was of adequate size for us and our two dogs. Our breakfast was delicious. We used the spa in the evening and following morning. We enjoyed a Thai banquet in the adjacent restaurant as part of our inclusive break.
